Description

The present invention relates to a pallet that can be moved by a forklift or the like while an article is placed thereon.

SG.10.04−005Sankyo Material Aluminum Palette Catalog Sankyo Material Co., Ltd. SG. 10.04-005

However, when welding the girder and the deck material, a predetermined thickness is required for the girder and the deck material, which causes a problem that the weight of the pallet increases.
In addition, since fixing by welding requires skill in the welding technique, there has been a problem that the welding tends to vary by the welder.
Furthermore, since welding takes time and manpower, there is a problem that the production efficiency is low.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a pallet that is lightweight, has little variation in joining of products, and has high manufacturing efficiency.

The invention according to claim 1 includes a girder, a positioning tool, and a deck material, and the girder has a locking portion that the positioning tool locks in the longitudinal direction of the upper part. The engaging portion with which the material is engaged has a locked portion that locks the locking portion of the girder in the lower portion, and the deck material has a lower portion to be engaged with the positioning tool and the bonding surface of the girder The positioning tool is locked to the beam, the deck material and the beam are bonded with an adhesive, and the deck material is engaged with the positioning tool.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the girder and the deck material are bonded by an adhesive and fixed by engaging the deck material with a positioning tool locked to the girder. Since the deck material and the deck material are not welded, the thickness of the girders and the deck material is not required, there is no variation in joining as in welding, and the manufacturing efficiency is good because it does not take time and people like welding.
The positioning tool can be locked in place in the longitudinal direction of the upper part of the girder, and the deck material can be positioned by aligning the position of the engaged part of the deck material with the engaging part of the positioning tool. Can be.
Since the girder and the deck material are fixed with an adhesive and the engaging part of the positioning tool and the engaged part of the deck material are engaged with each other, even if the adhesive is peeled off, the deck material can be removed. Can be prevented.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The pallet 1 according to the present embodiment is one in which an article is placed on the upper surface and moved as it is by a forklift or the like. The pallet 1 includes a girder 3 and a positioning tool 5 as shown in FIGS. And a deck material 7.
The girders 3 are arranged with a space left and right, and in the present embodiment, a total of three girders 3 are provided substantially in parallel. Each girder 3 is an aluminum profile.
As shown in FIGS. 1B and 2B, each girder 3 has an H-shaped shape as viewed from the front side and is elongated in the front-rear direction, and includes a vertical wall 9 and upper and lower portions of the vertical wall 9. A locking portion 11 that protrudes left and right and can lock the positioning tool 5 is formed. Further, as shown in FIG. 1A, in each girder 3, an adhesive 22 is applied before and after the positioning tool 5 at a position spaced apart from the positioning tool 5. The adhesive 22 is an acrylic adhesive, and is, for example, LORD (registered trademark) 400 (manufactured by Road Far East Incorporated).

As shown in FIGS. 1A and 2C, the positioning tool 5 includes a locked portion 13 that is locked to the locking portion 11 of the girder 3 and an engaging portion 15 that is engaged with the deck material 7. And. The to-be-latched part 13 has a groove 17 into which the latching part 11 of the girder 3 is inserted while sandwiching the latching part 11 of the girder 3 from the left and right. The engaging portion 15 protrudes upward so as to form a space S between the engaging portion 15 and the locking portion 11 of the beam 3. In this embodiment, the positioning tool 5 is made of an aluminum shape, and the locked portion 13 is inserted into the locking portion 11 of the girder 3 and the locked portion 13 is caulked and fixed at a predetermined position.
As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 3B, a gap T <b> 1 is formed between the upper surface 5 a of the positioning tool 5 and the lower surface 7 a of the deck material 7 facing the positioning tool 5.

As shown in FIGS. 1A and 2A, the deck material 7 has a flat upper surface portion 19, and a hollow portion 21 is formed below the upper surface portion 19 with a space in the front and rear. ing. An engaged portion 23 that engages with the engaging portion 15 of the positioning tool 5 is provided between the front and rear hollow portions 21 and 21. The engaged portion 23 has a pair of projecting portions 25 facing each other and projecting downward from the upper surface portion 19, and projections projecting toward opposite sides on the facing side surfaces of the projecting portions 25. A portion 27 is formed. The deck material 7 is an aluminum shape.
As shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 3 (b), the deck material 7 is arranged on the girder 3 by placing the lower surface (adhesion surface) 24 of the hollow portions 21 and 21 on the adhesive 22 applied to the girder 3. While being bonded, the engaged portion 23 is engaged with and fixed to the engaging portion 15 of the positioning tool 5.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, seven deck members 7 are fixed on the upper side of the girders 3 at equal intervals to be an article mounting surface, and three pieces are fixed on the lower side of the girders 3. As the bottom.

Next, assembly and operational effects of the pallet 1 according to the present embodiment will be described.
In assembling the pallet, first, the bottom surface is formed. The three girders 3 are arranged substantially in parallel at intervals, and a positioning tool 5 is attached to each girder 3. As shown in FIG. 1B, the positioning tool 5 is attached by inserting the groove 17 of the locked portion 13 of the positioning tool 5 from the end in the longitudinal direction into the locking portion 11 of the girder 3. Slide 5 into place.
After each positioning tool 5 is attached at a predetermined position, the locked portion 13 of the positioning tool 5 is caulked and fixed to the locking portion 11 of the girder 3. Then, when all the positioning tools 5 are fixed to the predetermined positions of the locking portions 11 of the girders 3, the adhesive 22 is applied to the positions separated by a predetermined dimension before and after each positioning tool 5.
Next, with the hollow portion 21 of the deck material 7 facing downward, the engaged portion 23 of the deck material 7 is disposed at a position corresponding to the engaging portion 15 of each positioning tool 5, and the deck material 7 is lowered Press toward. As a result, the protrusions 27 and 27 of the protrusions 25 and 25 provided on the engaged part 23 are pushed and expanded by the engagement part 15 of the positioning tool 5, and when the protrusions 27 and 27 are overcome, the protrusions 27 and 27 return, and the engaged portion of the deck material 7 engages with the engaging portion 15 of the positioning tool 5 as shown in FIG. At the same time, the lower surface 24 of the hollow portion 21 is bonded to the beam 3 by the adhesive 22.
In this way, after attaching the three deck members 7 to the upper part of the girder 3 and forming the bottom surface, the bottom surface to which the three decks 7 are attached is turned upside down so as to perform the same method as described above. After attaching the positioning tool 5 to the locking part 11 at the upper part of the beam 3 and applying the adhesive 22, the deck material 7 is pressed against the upper part of the beam 3 to engage the engaged part 23 with the positioning tool 5. The lower surface 24 of the hollow portion 21 is bonded to the adhesive 22 while engaging with the portion 15. Thereafter, the deck material 7 provided in the beam 3 is fixed by curing the adhesive 22 for a predetermined time.

According to the first embodiment, each girder 3 and the deck material 7 are fixed by being bonded with the adhesive 22 and engaging the deck material 7 with the positioning tool 5 locked to the girder 3, Since the girders 3 and the deck material 7 are not welded as in the prior art, the thickness of the girders 3 and the deck material 7 is not required, so that the weight can be reduced. For example, according to the present embodiment, a pallet having a size of 14 to 15 kg can be reduced to 8 kg or less.
Further, since the girders 3 and the deck material 7 are not welded, a welding facility is unnecessary, and there is no variation in joining as in welding, and time and people are not required as in welding. For example, in the present embodiment, an assembly time of about 2.5 minutes was required for one person in the present embodiment, which was previously required for about 5 minutes by two persons. The curing time of the adhesive 22 varies depending on the type of the adhesive, but may be cured in about 45 minutes or may be cured in about one day.
Since the position at which the deck material 7 is arranged is determined by the positioning tool 5 attached to the girder 3, the deck material 7 can be easily attached.
Since the beam 3 and the deck material 7 are fixed by the adhesive 22 and the engaging portion 15 of the positioning tool 5 and the engaged portion of the deck material 7 are engaged with each other, the fixing portion by the adhesive 22 is Even if it peels off, it is possible to prevent the deck material 7 from falling off.

Further, since the girders 3 and the deck material 7 are not welded, it is possible to use a coated aluminum profile on the girders 3 and the deck material 7. When the coated aluminum profile is used, the pallet 1 is hardly damaged. In addition, oxidation can be prevented.
The deck member 7 is provided with an engaged portion 23 that engages with the engaging portion 15 of the positioning tool 5 at the front and rear central portions, and if the positioning tool 5 is disposed at the center in the front-rear direction of the deck material 7. Since it is good, positioning can be performed easily.
The positioning tool 5 has a groove 17 formed in the locked portion 13, and the locking portion 11 of the girder 3 is inserted into the groove 17 from the end so that it can slide to a predetermined position. Easy installation.
As shown in FIG. 3 (b), a gap T 1 is formed between the engaging portion 15 of the positioning tool 5 and the engaged portion 23 of the deck material 7. When placed, only the girder 3 receives the load of the deck material 7 and does not apply the load to the positioning tool 5, so that the positioning tool 5 can be prevented from being deformed or damaged.

尚、位置決め具5は、ABS(アクリロニトリル・ブタジエン・スチレン樹脂)又はPP(ポリプロピレン)製である。
Other embodiments of the present invention will be described below. In the embodiments described below, parts having the same operational effects as those of the above-described first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals. A detailed description of the portion is omitted, and the following description will mainly describe differences from the first embodiment.
A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The pallet 1 according to the second embodiment is mainly obtained by changing the shape of the beam 3 and the shape of the positioning tool 5.
As shown in FIG. 4B, the girder 3 is formed with protrusions 31 at the left and right ends of the locking portion 11, and the vertical dimension W1 of each protrusion 31 is set to 2 mm, for example.
As shown in FIG. 4C and FIG. 5B, the positioning tool 5 bends the end portion 33 of the locked portion 13 and is close to the main body portion 35 side, as shown in FIG. As shown, the dimension W2 between the main end 35 is narrowed, and W2 is, for example, 0.8 mm. The vertical dimension W3 in the groove 17 of the locked part 13 of the positioning tool 5 is larger than the dimension W1 of the protrusion 31 of the locking part 11 of the girder 3, for example 3 mm.
As shown in FIG. 4C, in the positioning tool 5, the engaging portion 15 is provided with a rising portion 37 before and after the main body portion 35 and faces the engaged portion 23 of the deck material 7. The positioning tool 5 is made of ABS (acrylonitrile / butadiene / styrene resin) or PP (polypropylene).
Further, as shown in FIG. 4A, the upper surface of the protrusion 27 of the engaged portion 23 of the deck material 7 is made substantially horizontal, and the protruding dimension of the protrusion 27 is larger than that of the first embodiment. Thus, the engaging portion 15 of the positioning tool 5 is engaged with the surface. Further, the vertical dimension of the rising portion 37 is set so that a gap T1 is generated between the engaging portion 15 of the positioning tool 5 and the engaged portion 23 of the deck material.

According to the second embodiment, the same effects as those of the first embodiment described above can be obtained, and as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 5B, the positioning tool 5 has a dimension W2 between the end portion 33 of the locked portion 13 and the main body portion 35 as a dimension W1 of the projection 31 of the girder 3. Therefore, the positioning tool 5 can be held on the beam 3 by elasticity, and caulking or the like for holding the positioning tool 5 on the beam 3 as in the first embodiment is unnecessary.
As shown in FIG. 4A, the protrusion 27 of the engaged portion 23 of the deck material 7 is made substantially horizontal, and the protruding dimension of the protrusion is made larger than that of the first embodiment. Since the engaged portion 23 of the positioning tool 5 and the engaging portion 15 of the positioning tool 5 are engaged with each other on the surface, when the adhesive is peeled off, the positioning tool 5 firmly holds the deck material 7 and removes it. The deck material 7 can be prevented from falling off even when the pallet 1 is moved by a forklift or the like before the adhesive is cured.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
For example, in the first and second embodiments, the deck material 7 on which the article is placed is provided only on the upper surface of the pallet 1. However, the deck material 7 is not limited to this and is disposed on the bottom surface in the same manner as the upper surface. Both sides of the pallet 1 may be made usable as a placement surface for the article. Further, the deck material 7 may be provided only on the upper surface of the pallet 1 and the deck material 7 may not be provided on the lower surface.
In the first and second embodiments, the total number of the digits 3 is not limited to three, with a space left and right, and may be two or four, and the number of digits is not limited.
The shape of the girder 3 is not limited to the H shape, but may be a U shape or a square pipe, and the shape thereof is not limited.
The adhesive 22 is not limited to being applied to the girders 3 at the front and rear positions of the positioning tool 5, but may be applied to the entire surface of the girders, or may be applied only to the lower surface 24 of the hollow portion 21 of the deck material 7. .
In the first embodiment, the positioning tool 5 may fix the locked portion 13 to the locking portion 11 of the girder 3 with a screw, or may be formed of a resin material and the groove 17 of the locked portion 13. The vertical dimension is made smaller than the thickness of the engaging portion 15 of the spar 3 so that the locked portion 13 presses the locking portion 11 of the spar 3 elastically and locks it at an arbitrary position of the spar 3. Also good.
