特許文献1に記載の遊技機では、装飾制御データの送信するデータ線にプルアップ抵抗を接続するとともに、データ線にオープンドレイン回路を接続することで装飾制御データの送信を可能にしている。
このような、オープンドレイン回路では、LOWレベルの出力時に接地されているソースに電流が流れるためプルアップ抵抗はあまり小さくできない。
このため、HIGHレベルの出力時に、そのプルアップ抵抗の影響を受けて信号電圧の立ち上がりが遅くなる為、高速な通信を実現することができない。
