実開平5−68277号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-68277 特開2004−33180号公報JP 2004-33180 A

In the fishing cooler of Patent Document 1, ice is placed on the low wall of the cooler chamber, and a slat with a plurality of holes having a smaller diameter toward the center is placed on the ice. It accommodates fish and the like. The fishing cooler disclosed in Patent Document 1 conventionally has a grid-shaped crosspiece arranged on ice, and as time passes, the crosspiece of the snowboard enters the surface of the ice, and the fish directly contacts the ice and damages the fish. It tries to be quick and prevent the taste from deteriorating. Moreover, the fishing cooler of patent document 2 has proposed the structure of the cooler in the case of using it as a use which puts bait, such as live shrimp, alive. In the fishing cooler of Patent Document 2, it is difficult to take out live shrimp simply by placing a cold insulating material in the same accommodation space, the opening area for taking out is narrowed, and the bait directly touches the cold insulating material and gets too cold In order to solve the above problems, a cold insulation material is arranged on the bottom wall of the cooler chamber, and an intermediate container is provided so that the outer wall of the bottom wall is in close contact with the cold insulation material to form a double container with the cooler chamber. The thing which has arrange | positioned the net container in the container is disclosed.

The fishing cooler disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a structure in which the fish is less likely to come into direct contact with the ice. It is placed and becomes heavier due to the shrinkage of the volume, the cold air stays in the gap between the slats and the bottom wall of the cooler body, and the part that cools the fish is only part of the fish that touches the slats directly Fish that comes in contact with the outside air by opening and closing the case lid is quickly deprived of freshness and easily damaged. Moreover, only the part of the fish that comes into contact with the slats is too cold, which also makes the fish more painful and further reduces the taste. Also, in the fishing cooler of Patent Document 2, the cold insulation material is disposed on the bottom wall of the cooler chamber, and the middle container is provided so that the bottom wall of the middle container is in contact with the upper portion of the cold insulation material. Not only can it be accommodated, but even if the fish is accommodated in the net, as in the case of Patent Document 1, since the cold insulating material is arranged on the bottom wall, the cold air stays near the bottom wall and the whole refrigeration is performed. In addition, the fish that is in direct contact with the net that is closest to the cold insulation material is cooled, and the fish that comes into contact with the outside air is quickly deprived of freshness by opening and closing the case lid. There was a problem that only the part of the fish in contact with the net body was too cold, making the fish more painful and causing the taste to deteriorate.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and its object is to place and support the cold insulation material in a position where the cold air always descends from above the fish in a position where the fish does not directly touch the cold insulation material. This makes it possible to effectively maintain the freshness of fish and other objects to be accommodated with a simple structure, hold the fish in a refrigerated state with little pain, and can be used for a wide range of accommodation parts such as fish. It is to provide a cooler box.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a case body 2 having a storage chamber for fish and the like and having an opening 7 on the upper surface, a lid 3 for opening and closing the opening 7, and a storage chamber that is located above the storage portion for fish and the like. 4, and a support mechanism 6 that supports the cold insulation material 5, and the support mechanism 6 is an inner wall facing the opposing walls 2 a and 2 a of the storage chamber 4. The cold insulating material 5 is placed on the upper portion of the storage chamber 4 while being detachably and simultaneously engaged with the recesses 10 respectively provided continuously to the openings 7 of the case body 2 and the recesses 10 of the opposing walls 5a1 and 5a2. Coarse frame means 20 or a stay member for supporting the frame in a state where the substantially entire lower surface of the cold insulating material 5 supported on the upper portion of the storage chamber 4 is exposed on the bottom wall side of the case body 2. The coarse shelf means 12 including 62 and the cold insulation material 5 in a state where the cold insulation material 5 is placed on the coarse shelf means 12. A fall prevention device 14 for preventing the falling downward, and a portable cooler box 1 provided with. The portable cooler box of the present invention can be obtained with a conventional fishing cooler by disposing a cold insulation material so as to be freely detachable in the vicinity of the opening edge above the position where the fish and the like are accommodated in the accommodation chamber. No effect can be obtained. The cold insulation material is exposed in the vicinity of the opening edge of the upper part of the cooler box body, that is, the low-temperature energy released from the entire circumference of the cold insulation material is lowered to the fish on the lower side without placing it in a small case etc. In this way, it is supported by coarse shelf means using opposing wall surfaces of the storage chamber.

At this time, the coarse shelf means 12 is detachably attached to the concave portions 10 of the opposing walls 2a and 2a, respectively, and in this state, the opposing wall surfaces 5a1 and 5a2 and a part of the lower surface 5b-1 It may be made of two coarse frame materials 20 (201, 202) that engage only with 5b-2 and support the cold insulating material 5.

In addition, each of the coarse frame members 201 and 202 is detachably engaged with the concave portions 10 of the opposing both walls 2a and 2a of the case body 2, and at the same time, the portions 5b-1 and 5b on the lower surface of the cold insulating material 5. -2 and a side view L-shaped tool that engages with part of the side surfaces 5a1, 5a2.

The coarse frame member 20 may be provided with a fall-preventing portion 208 that is engaged with the opposing wall portion of the cold insulator 5 and prevents the coarse frame member 20 from falling downward.

Further, the coarse shelf means 12 supports the flat cold insulator 5 in a state where the flat surface is supported horizontally with the plate surface up and down, with the majority of the lower surface of the cold insulator 5 and the entire side surface and upper surface thereof exposed. It is good to do so.

The coarse frame member 20 includes a vertical frame portion 201a that engages with the side walls 5a1 and 5a2 of the cold insulating material 5 and a horizontal frame portion 201b that engages with the bottom wall, and a part of the vertical frame portion 201a is opposed to both walls. 2a and 2a may be removably attached to the recess 10.

Moreover, the recessed part 10 consists of a pair of at least 2 groove | channels 60 provided in each wall in the longitudinally parallel direction,
The coarse frame material 20 may have a vertical frame portion 201 a that supports the cold insulating material 5 only in engagement with the respective grooves 60 and in cooperation with the wall surface of the case body 2.

Further, the coarse shelf means 12 is integrated so that the vertical frame portions 401 or the side plates 402 on both end sides can be detachably attached to the concave portions 10 of the opposing walls 2a, 2a, respectively, and spanned across the opposing concave portions 10. It is good to comprise from the coarse frame 40.

Further, the recess 10 may include a flat recess 50 that is recessed from the inner wall of the case body 2 in a flat surface shape.

Further, the recess 10 is composed of at least two pairs of slit-like grooves 60 provided in parallel with each wall, and the coarse shelf means 12 is provided with a gap S between them and straddles the opposing slit-like grooves 60. It is a stay member that is detachably attached to the slit-like groove 60, and may be composed of a pair of stay members 62 that hold the corner portions 64 of the cold insulator 5 facing each other.

According to the portable cooler box of the present invention, a case body having an accommodation room for fish or the like and having an upper surface opened, a lid for opening and closing the opening, and an opening in the upper part of the accommodation room that is located above the accommodation part for fish or the like A cold insulation material disposed in the vicinity of the edge and a support mechanism for supporting the cold insulation material, wherein the support mechanism is an inner wall position of the opposing walls of the storage chamber, and is continuous with the opening of the case body. Coarse shelf means for placing and supporting the cold insulation material on the upper portion of the storage chamber while being detachably and simultaneously engaged with the concave portions provided on both opposing walls, and the cold storage material supported on the upper portion of the storage chamber. Coarse shelf means including a coarse frame member or stay member that supports the substantially entire lower surface exposed to the bottom wall side of the case body, and a cold insulation material placed on the coarse shelf means to the lower side of the cold insulation material Since it has a structure that includes a fall prevention device that prevents the fall, fish directly on the cold insulation material As a result of the cold insulation material being detachably placed and supported at a position where the cold air always descends from above the fish when not touched, the freshness of the fish and other objects to be accommodated with a simple configuration is effectively maintained, and the cold insulation function is maintained. In addition, the fish and the like can be kept refrigerated with little pain, and it is possible to widely use a storage portion for the fish, other cold objects, and other refrigerants.

In addition, the coarse shelf means is detachably attached to the recesses of the opposing walls, and in this state, the coarse shelf means engages only with a part of the opposing wall surface and the lower surface of the plate-like cold insulation material to support the cold insulation material. For example, the L-shaped member that engages with a part of the side wall surface at both ends of the cold insulation material case and a part of the bottom wall bottom surface can be installed separately. The shelf means can be made lighter, smaller and less expensive, and can be supported at the upper part of the containment chamber. As a result, the cold insulation function can be implemented throughout the lower part of the containment room, so the freshness of fish, meat and other foods The holding function can be greatly improved.

In addition, each of the coarse frame members is detachably engaged with the recesses of the opposing walls of the case body, and at the same time, is engaged with a part of the lower surface and a part of the side surface of the cold insulator. Because it is composed of
Side-view L-shaped tools are installed separately on the opposing walls of the case body, and the coarse shelf means can be made lighter, smaller, and lower in cost, and can be supported at the upper part of the storage room, and the entire lower part of the storage room Therefore, the function of keeping the freshness of fish, meat and other foods can be greatly improved.

In addition, the coarse frame material is provided with a collapse prevention portion that is engaged with the opposing wall portion of the cold insulation material to prevent the coarse frame material from falling downward, so that the cold insulation material case is made of the coarse frame material. Even in the case of a size narrower than the separation width of the parallel vertical gutter, the cold insulation material can be supported effectively.

Further, the coarse shelf means is configured to support the flat cold insulating material in a state where the plate surface is horizontally supported and with the majority of the lower surface of the cold insulating material and the entire side surface and upper surface thereof exposed. Therefore, since the front surface of the cold insulation material case is exposed to the storage chamber space at the upper position in the storage chamber of the case body, the amount of air cooled by the contact between the refrigerant frozen below freezing point and the air is as much as possible. A large number can be secured, and the cooling function for the lower part of the storage room and the entire lower part can be ensured.

The coarse frame material includes a vertical frame portion that engages with the side wall of the cold insulation material and a horizontal frame portion that engages with the bottom wall, and a part of the vertical frame portion is detachably attached to the recesses of the opposing walls. Because of the configuration, the recess configuration on the case body side of the cooler box is simple groove that is continuous with the upper end opening of the case body on both opposing walls, a flat recess, etc. As the recess configuration, a support structure for the coarse frame material can be formed at low cost.

In addition, the recess is composed of at least two pairs of grooves provided in parallel on each wall, and the coarse frame material supports the cold insulating material in cooperation with the wall surface of the case body only by engagement with each groove. By having a configuration having a vertical frame portion, the configuration of the concave portion can be simplified, the structure of the coarse frame material and the configuration of the fitting and fitting of the coarse frame material to the concave portion can be simplified, the cost can be reduced, and the installation work can be simplified. Sex can be secured.

Further, the coarse shelf means is constituted by an integrated coarse rack that is detachably attached to the concave portions of both opposing walls and detachably mounted on both end sides and spans across the opposing concave portions. Thus, it is possible to realize simplification of the fall-preventing structure for the coarse shelf means and support for the upper portion of the storage chamber of the cold insulating material having any shape and size.

In addition, since the recess is composed of a flat recess recessed in a flat surface from the inner wall of the case body, the structure of the recess on the case body side can be simplified, and the engagement configuration with the recess by the coarse shelf means can be simplified. realizable.

The concave portion is composed of at least two pairs of grooves provided in parallel on each wall, and the coarse shelf means is provided with a gap between them and is detachably bridged across the opposing grooves. This is a stay member that is composed of a pair of stay members that hold opposite corner portions of the cold insulation material, so that it is two in the direction orthogonal to the opposing direction of the opposing side wall of the case body with a simple configuration and low cost. The stay members can be placed opposite to each other, the cold insulation material can be installed and supported in the upper part of the storage room, the cold storage function can be implemented throughout the lower part of the storage room, and the freshness maintenance function of fish, meat, and other foods Can be greatly improved.

Next, a portable cooler box according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The portable cooler box of the present invention is directly used for fishing, but depending on the method of use, fishing bait, live bait or food and drink, raw vegetables, short trips, transportation of pharmaceuticals and other articles, and other simple temporary operations. Used as a refrigerated case. In addition, the portable cooler box of the embodiment normally accommodates fishing bait, live bait, soft drinks, etc. during the outbound trip of fishing, and accommodates fish, etc. during the return trip.

1 to 7 show a first embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, a portable cooler box 1 includes a hollow rectangular parallelepiped case body 2, a lid 3, and a housing body 4 for the case body. A cold insulating material 5 disposed in the upper position and a support mechanism 6 for supporting the cold insulating material 5 are provided.

In FIG. 1, a case body 2 has an opening in an upper surface formed by a rectangular bottom wall containing foaming synthetic resin, glass wool, air and other heat insulating materials in a wall body and four surrounding walls connected from the bottom wall. 7 is formed of a rectangular parallelepiped hard case body. The four circumferential walls are each formed of a wall having a thickness of about 3 cm to 6 cm, for example, and a three-dimensional quadrangular storage chamber 4 that is substantially similar to the outer shape is formed inside the case body. A hinge receiving portion 9 for receiving an opening / closing hinge portion 8 of the lid 3, a lock portion (not shown), and a lock receiving portion (not shown) are provided at two positions on the opposite long side of the four peripheral walls. Yes. In addition, a belt threading guide (not shown) is attached to the short side of the case body, and a person can carry the case body by moving it over his shoulder while the belt is attached to the case body via the guide. Can be done.

The lid 3 is provided so as to be able to open and close the opening 7 so as to be openable and closable, and is configured by a rectangular flat plate that is substantially the same as or slightly thinner than the thickness of the peripheral wall. An opening hinge 8 and a lock receiving portion (not shown) are provided at two locations on the opposite long side of the lid 3, and the opening / closing hinge 8 of the lid 3 is attached to the hinge receiving portion 9 of the case body 2. The lock 7 side of the lid 3 is rotatable around the axis via a pin shaft (not shown), and the opening 7 is opened and closed. With the lid 3 closed, the inside of the storage chamber 4 is sealed to block outside air. In the state where the lid 3 is closed, it is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape in which the accommodation chamber is sealed (see FIG. 11).

The cold insulation material 5 is a cold insulation means that is placed in a sealed case to keep the inside of the storage chamber 4 cold, and is placed together with a cold insulation object to keep cold at a lower temperature than the outside air for a long time. The cold insulating material 5 may be any material having a cold storage function. For example, a cold insulating agent containing a superabsorbent polymer such as sodium polyacrylate in 90% or more of water is enclosed in a hollow flat plastic case. Is formed. The cold-retaining agent retains high water absorption by incorporating a large number of water molecules into the network due to the network structure of the highly water-absorbing polymer to form a gel structure. The structure of the cold insulating agent is not limited to that of this embodiment, and any other cold generating function may be used. Even if the cryogen itself warms up, it can be repeatedly used by freezing it. In the embodiment, for example, a thick plastic plate-shaped plastic case body having a width of about 20 cm × length of 27 cm × thickness of about 3 cm is used. In the embodiment, the cold insulating material 5 is formed of a thick plate rectangular flat plate (flat rectangular parallelepiped) having a size slightly smaller than the width between the opposing walls of the case body 12. That is, as will be described later, the cold insulating material 5 is formed in a flat rectangular parallelepiped shape having opposed sides that are slightly smaller than the gaps between the two coarse frame materials 20 facing each other. If the cold insulating material is too small, it is not held between the two coarse frame members 20 that are spaced apart from each other in an L-shaped side surface.

The cold insulating material 5 is normally disposed in the case body in a state where the internal cold insulating agent is frozen in advance below the freezing point and releases cold heat to the surroundings. In this embodiment, it is supported in the state arrange | positioned in the upper part position of the storage chamber 4 of a case body in detail, specifically the opening edge vicinity.

The cold insulator is arranged and supported in the vicinity of the opening edge of the upper portion of the housing chamber 4 of the case body by the support mechanism 6. In the present embodiment, the support mechanism 6 has the cold insulator 5 disposed in the vicinity of the opening edge of the upper portion of the housing chamber 4 of the case body, and at least the entire lower surface of the cold insulator is exposed to the bottom wall side of the case body. The upper cold air discharge maintaining means that supports the air and cools the surrounding cold air generated by the cold heat of the cold insulating material into the housing chamber and causes the cold air to act on the whole fresh fish and the like housed in the housing chamber. When cold air is generated and lowered in the upper space of fresh fish, not only the fish underneath is cooled, but also the cold air drifts to the surroundings, so cold air acts on the entire containment chamber. Moreover, the fresh fish on the lower layer side among the fresh fish accommodated in an overlapping manner can be cooled. In this case, the size of the cold insulating material 5 needs to be smaller than the size of the opening 7 in the upper part of the housing chamber 4 of the case body 2. That is, a plane rectangular cold insulating material closes a part of the opening 7, and the other part is formed with an opening for taking out the contents or accommodating the article in the case.

In the embodiment, the support mechanism 6 includes a recess 10 provided on the opposing inner wall side of the storage chamber, and a coarse shelf means 12 that supports the substantially entire lower surface of the cold insulating material exposed to the bottom wall side of the case body. And a cold insulation material fall prevention device 14.

The recess 10 is a detachable mounting portion for the coarse shelf means 12 provided on the inner wall side of each of the opposing side walls 2a of the case body 2 at the opposing position and continuously provided in the opening 7 of the case body. More specifically, the recess 10 supports the coarse shelf means 12 with the coarse shelf means 12 being detachably mounted. The recess 10 is provided continuously to the opening 7 of the case body. That is, the concave portion 10 is formed in the depth direction from the upper end portion of the inner wall to a certain vertical height position when the case body wall is viewed in front. The recess 10 is integrally formed so as to be recessed from the inner wall of the case body to the thick side of the side wall when the case body 2 is molded. By providing the recess 10 continuously with the opening 7 of the case body, the coarse shelf means 12 can be easily mounted from above. The coarse shelf means is engaged with the case body 2 only by the recess 10. In this embodiment, the recessed part 10 is formed in each wall by two pairs of vertical grooves 10a which are spaced apart from each other and provided in parallel. The bottom of the vertical groove 10 a is stopped at a midway height position that is continuous to the opening 7 and has a certain case depth in the vertical direction. The vertical groove 10a of this embodiment is formed of a vertical groove having a semicircular cross section in which a vertical half portion of a separated cylindrical bar as a separate parallel vertical rod can be accommodated in close contact. However, the configuration of the vertical groove 10a as the concave portion is not limited to this, and the cross-sectional shape may be a quadrilateral or other polygonal shape, or the like. It is good to make it the shape which can be easily mounted | worn downward.

The coarse shelf means 12 mounts and supports the cold insulation material on the upper portion of the accommodation chamber while being detachably and simultaneously engaged with the recesses of the opposing walls, and the entire lower surface of the cold insulation material supported on the upper portion of the accommodation chamber is a case. Support in the state exposed to the bottom wall side of the body. That is, it is detachably engaged with the concave portion 10 and is supported in a state where the entire lower surface of the cold insulating material at the upper portion of the storage chamber is exposed to the bottom wall side.

That is, the coarse shelf means 12 has a structure that does not prevent the cold air due to the cold heat of the cold insulation material 5 arranged at the upper part or the upper end portion of the storage chamber 4 from dropping in a substantially linear shape, and has a function of placing and supporting the cold insulation material. A plate-like support that covers the entire lower surface of the cold insulator is not suitable. That is, for example, a shelf having a large gap portion with a large gap portion is preferable, and ideally, the entire lower surface is exposed to the bottom wall of the case body so that the entire lower surface of the cold insulating material does not block the linear descending of the cold air. Is good. Since it is necessary to support it, it is preferable to configure it as a frame member having a large gap with a rigid wire or the like. Basically, the bottom surface of the cold insulating material needs to be largely exposed, but it is preferable that the side surface is also largely exposed. However, the cold insulation function can be improved even when, for example, a part of the side surface is covered with a plate-like member.

In FIG. 1 thru | or 6, the coarse shelf means 12 of this embodiment is comprised with the coarse frame material 20 which assembled | attached as a frame the metal wire rod, rod, and board | plate material about 1-8 mm in diameter made from stainless steel etc., for example. Has been. In particular, in the drawing, the coarse shelf means of the present embodiment is formed of two coarse frame members 20 (201, 202) that are detachably mounted in the concave portions 10 of the opposing inner walls of the case body. That is, each coarse frame member 20 is separated and arranged by a separate member, and each of the coarse frame members is mounted in the concave portion 10 at the opposite position, and the coarse frame members are opposed to each other. The coarse frame material is not limited to a metal material, and can be made of synthetic resin plastic, wood, bamboo, or the like.

The two coarse frame members 201 and 202 are detachably attached to the concave portions 10 on both opposing walls of the case body 2, respectively. In this state, the coarse frame members 201 and 202 are opposed to the flat plate-shaped cold insulating material 5. The cold insulating material is supported by engaging only with the wall surfaces 5a-1, 5a-2 and the lower surface portions 5b-1, 5b-2.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, each coarse frame member 20 has an L-shape that is L-shaped in a side view including a vertical frame portion 201 a and a horizontal frame portion 201 b connected at right angles from one end side of the vertical frame portion 201 a. It is formed by tools. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the vertical frame portion 201a is composed of a spaced parallel vertical rod 204 (short bar member in the present embodiment) that engages with the concave portion 10 formed of a vertically long semicircular arc long groove, and the horizontal frame portion 201b (short frame). The bar member) is composed of a long rectangular frame 206 that is connected to the lower end of the spaced parallel vertical rod 204 and extends in a right angle direction, that is, in a horizontal direction. The long rectangular frame 206 is connected to the spaced parallel vertical rods 204 at both ends of the frame rod 207 on the long side, and the short side, that is, the horizontal frame portion 201b is shortly extended in the opposing direction of the left and right coarse frame members to be terminated. Has been. The two opposing coarse frame members 201 and 202 are arranged on the inner wall of the case body so that the semicircular circumferential surface and the semicircular bottom surface of the spaced parallel vertical rod 204 are brought into contact with the semicircular circumferential wall and the semicircular arc bottom wall of the semicircular long groove of the recess. Arranged at the same height from the top. And the horizontal frame part 201b of a coarse frame material mounts and receives only the both ends side of the bottom face of the cold insulating material 5 which consists of a thick plate-shaped flat plate body. The coarse frame member 20 is such that a part of the vertical frame portion 201b is detachably attached to the concave portions 10 of the opposing both walls 5a1 and 5a2, and in this embodiment, the vertical frame portion 201a of the coarse frame member 20 is mounted. The semicircular arc peripheral wall portion is removably attached to the semicircular arc long groove of the recess 10. And the recessed part 10 consists of a pair of at least 2 groove | channels provided in each wall at the longitudinally parallel, The coarse frame material 20 is cold-reserving by cooperation with the wall surface of the case body 25 only by engagement with each groove | channel. It has a vertical frame part that supports the material. In this embodiment, 201a corresponds to a vertical frame portion.

The fall prevention device 14 is a means for holding the state where the coarse shelf means 12 is supported at the upper position of the housing chamber 4 of the case body 2 and preventing the fall, and in the embodiment, the fall provided on the coarse frame member 20 A dust prevention unit 208 is included. That is, the coarse frame member 20 as the coarse shelf means is provided with a fall-preventing portion 208 that is engaged with the opposing walls 5a1 and 5a2 of the cold insulator 5 and prevents the coarse frame member from falling downward. In FIG. 3, the coarse frame material 20 made of an L-shaped L-shaped member when viewed from the side is held around the lateral frame portion 201 b by the load of the cold insulation material 5 when the corner portion of the cold insulation material 5 is held at the L-shaped corner portion 20X. The rotational moment acts in the direction of collapse r, and the cold insulating material 5 falls downward. In this case, in FIG. 2, when the width size 5W of the cold insulation material 5 is longer than the length 201aw between the vertical frame portions 201a of the coarse frame material 20 (5W> 201aw) (indicated by a chain line), the vertical frame portion 201a itself collapses. It functions as the prevention unit 208. However, when the width size 5W of the cold insulation material 5 is shorter than the length 201aw between the vertical frame portions 201a of the coarse frame material 20 (5W <201aw), the opposing walls 5a1 and 5a2 of the cold insulation material are the vertical frames of the coarse frame material 20. Since it does not contact the part 201a, the cold insulation material 5 falls downward by the moment force in the r direction. In order to prevent this, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 10, the contact member 22 against the opposing walls 5a1 and 5a2 of the cold insulating material is passed between the vertical frame portions 201a higher than the connecting position with the horizontal frame portion 201b. It may be fixed. In the example of FIG. 7, the contact member 22 is a rod that extends between the vertical frame portions 201 a and has both ends connected to each other. In the example of FIG. 10, the contact member 22 is formed of a plate member. In the examples of FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the width 5W of one side of the flat rectangular parallelepiped case is set to be larger than the interval between the spaced parallel vertical bars 204. Falling is prevented by hitting the side walls 5a1 and 5a2 of the cold insulation material case.

As described above, the coarse shelf means 12 is configured by the two coarse frame members 20 that are detachably mounted in the concave portions of the opposing walls, and support the flat plate-like cold insulating material in this state, and further, the coarse frame member. 20 is formed by two side-viewing L-shaped tools that are detachably engaged with the concave portions 10 on both opposing walls of the case body 2, so that it is light and practical with an extremely simple configuration and easy to mount. In addition, the plate-shaped cold insulating material 5 is supported in a state in which all the side surfaces and the upper surface thereof are exposed together with the majority of the lower surface of the cold insulating material 5 in a state where the plate surface is horizontally supported with the plate surface up and down. Therefore, by allowing the coarse shelf means 12 to support the cold insulating material containing the refrigerant frozen in the freezer or the like, the cold air descends in the case body 2 from the lower surface, all side surfaces, and the upper surface of the cold insulating material as shown in FIG. The fishing fish, food and drink, etc. as fishing results are cooled as a whole. At this time, unlike the conventional case, since the refrigerant is not placed on the bottom surface of the case body, the accommodation space can be greatly increased. Further, since ice or the like can be arranged correspondingly, the bottom side of the case body can be cooled by ice, and the entire case body space can be cooled by the upper refrigerant 5 supported by the coarse shelf means 12. In the summer, when the atmosphere is warm, or when relatively long cooling is required, the cooling function for a long time can be maintained.

In the coarse frame material 20 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 described above, the horizontal frame portion 201b protrudes from the lower end of the vertical frame portion 201a in the opposite direction at a right angle. However, as shown in FIG. 8, the vertical frame portion 201a. The lower end of the frame may be provided extending downward from the connecting position of the horizontal frame portion 201b.

Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the longitudinal grooves 10a as the recesses of the inner wall of the case with which the coarse frame member 20 is engaged are formed on the walls on both sides as long as the distance corresponding to the distance between the vertical frame parts 201a is formed as a pair. 4 or more, such as four, six, etc., may be provided facing each other. In this case, the support position of the cold insulation material 5 can be changed in the upper room of the case, and the position of the opening and the ease of access are adjusted when the lid is opened and the contents are taken out or accommodated in the case. Can be done.

Next, the operation of the portable cooler box of the first embodiment will be described. When the portable cooler box 1 of the embodiment is used, the coarse frame member 20 as the coarse shelf means 12 is used as the concave portion 10 of the case body 2. The cold-insulating material 5 that has been frozen and stored in advance is placed on the two opposing coarse frame materials 20. Specifically, the cold insulating material 5 is placed in a state where the vertical frame portions 201 a and 201 a of the opposing L-shaped member (20) are simultaneously applied to the vertical grooves 10 a on the inner wall of the case body 2. At this time, for example, the vertical frame portion 201a on one side is assigned to the vertical groove 10a on one side, and the wall 5a1 side on one side of the cold insulator is applied to the vertical frame portion of the L-shaped member (20) on the other side. When 201a is placed in a state of being applied to the longitudinal groove, the cold insulating material 5 can be placed and supported on the coarse shelf means 12 smoothly. In this state, the upper surface portion of the case body chamber is covered with respect to, for example, about a half of the upper surface opening 7 of the case body 2. In this state, since the outer surface of the cold insulation material is arranged in a state where it is almost exposed to the room atmosphere of the case body, cold heat is released from the bottom surface along with the four peripheral surfaces and the upper surface of the cold insulation material 5, and the cooled ambient air is It descends toward the bottom wall of the case body without being interrupted in the middle. As a result, as long as there is a cooling function of the cold insulator, it is possible to keep the freshness by acting cold air on the entire outer surface of the contents from above in the case body chamber. The coarse frame member 20 is not a mere inner box inside the case body, but can be composed of a wire material, a wire material, a metal or a plastic net that supports the cold insulation material in the upper part of the case body and the outer periphery in an exposed state. It is possible to place and support the cold insulating material 5 by using a pair of two L-shaped members and further cooperating with the recess 10 formed from the opening edge of the case body to a predetermined depth or height position. it can. The cold insulator can be stably used as it is unless the portable cooler box 1 itself is moved. However, when the portable cooler box 1 is moved, any means such as a string, a hook, or a belt can be used. It is good to fix with.

Next, the portable cooler box 1B according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 12 to 16, but the same members as those in the first embodiment described above are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted. .

In the portable cooler box 1 </ b> B of the second embodiment, the coarse shelf means 12 is constituted by one coarse rack 40 instead of two L-shaped members. The portable cooler box 1B of this embodiment forms a rectangular frame 42 by assembling and connecting rod members, and a vertical frame portion 201a is erected at a right angle upward from the four corners. It is composed of one or a plurality of delivery members 44 provided across the side. The delivery member 44 performs a function of preventing the cold insulation material placed on the coarse mount 40 from falling, and specifically, a straight line, a curved line, a combination of them, or a rod member is used. In production, it is advantageous to use straight bar members. In this case, it is preferable that the number of straight bar members be one or three in order to secure an exposed portion of the cold insulating material. In FIGS. 12 and 13 of the embodiment, two sides are provided by two straight bar members, respectively, in FIG. 12, the parallel connection is provided, and in FIG. 13, the cross is provided. The point that the recess 10 (the longitudinal groove 10a up to the required height in this embodiment) is formed from the opening edge of the case body 2 to the required height is the same as in the first embodiment.

In the second embodiment, the coarse frame 40 is attached to and detached from the concave portions 10 of both opposing walls by a short rod-shaped vertical frame portion 401 or a side plate 402 that is arranged in a longitudinally parallel manner on both ends of the coarse frame 40 and connected to the coarse frame frame main body. It is composed of an integrated gantry frame that can be freely mounted and spanned across the opposing recess 10. In this embodiment, the fall prevention device is a frame structure itself that spans and is integrated across the concave portions 10 of both opposing walls of the case body 2. Also in this embodiment, the same effect as the portable cooler box of the first embodiment can be obtained by supporting the cold insulating material on the coarse rack 40 as the coarse shelf means 12. In addition, the two short bar vertical frame portions 401 of the coarse mount 40 can be configured by a horizontally long plate member as shown in FIG. That is, the coarse frame 40 is inserted and lowered along the concave portion 10 from above and is locked to the concave portion 10, so that the flat cold insulating material 5 is supported horizontally in a state where the plate surface is up and down. Along with most of the lower surface of the case 2, the entire side surface and upper surface of the case body 2 can be held in the vicinity of the upper end of the room body 2. Thereby, cold air descends in the case body 2 from the lower surface, the entire side surface, and the upper surface of the cold insulation material, and the fishing fish, food and drink, etc. as the fishing results are cooled as a whole. At this time, since the refrigerant is not placed on the bottom surface of the case body, the accommodation space can be greatly increased. In particular, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 17, a plastic bag filled with a refrigerant can also be used as a cold insulator. In addition, it is a cold insulating material having a thick plate-like plastic case structure, and is used by locking with a locking member such as a belt or string even in the case of a small cold insulating material case that is sufficiently smaller than the inside width dimension of the case body. be able to.

Next, the portable cooler box 1C according to the third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 18 to 20, but the same members as those in the first embodiment described above will be denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof will be omitted. .

The portable cooler box 1 </ b> C of the third embodiment is configured by a flat concave portion 50 in which a concave portion provided on the opposing wall of the case body of the cooler box is recessed in a flat surface shape from the inner wall of the case body 2. In 3rd Embodiment, only the recessed part structure of the case body of the cooler box was shown, and the structure of the coarse shelf means 12 can be employ | adopted about the thing of either said 1 or 2 embodiment. For example, the present invention can be employed when using the two coarse frame members 20 that are spaced apart as shown in FIG. 4 or when using the coarse frame 40 shown in FIG. The effect by this is the same as that described in each embodiment.

Next, a portable cooler box 1D according to the fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 21, but the same members as those in the first embodiment described above will be denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof will be omitted.

In the portable cooler box 1D of the fourth embodiment, the recess is composed of at least two pairs of slit-shaped grooves 60 provided in parallel with each wall, and the coarse shelf means 12 has a gap S between them. The stay member 62 is detachably spanned across the slit-like grooves facing each other. Further, the stay member 62 is composed of a pair of stay members that hold the opposing corner portions 64 of the cold insulating material 5. The stay member 62 is formed of an L-shaped angle plate member that is long in one direction, but the plate portion may be a mesh wire or a grating-like processed member. The lower surface side of the corner portion 64 of the case of the cold insulation material is placed and supported on the lateral sides of the two stay members 62. The two stay members 62 form a gap S with respect to the direction orthogonal to the direction over the case body 12. Also in this embodiment, the fall prevention is realized by the structure of the stay member itself that spans over the concave portions 10 of the opposing walls of the case body 2. According to the configuration of the fourth embodiment, the same effects as those of the above-described embodiment can be obtained.
