Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a medical drainage device.
Conventionally, a medical drainage device for aspirating and storing drainage from a human wound or the like has been used. For example, a medical drainage device disclosed in Patent Document 1 is shown in FIG. This Patent Document 1 discloses a
In this
A valve member is provided at the drainage inlet of the
It has been found that the
As described above, when the
Therefore, it becomes difficult for the drainage liquid inside the
In addition, when the drainage liquid is discharged from the inside of the
As described above, since it is difficult to drain the drainage liquid inside the
According to the present invention, there is provided a medical drainage device for sucking and storing drainage, a connection tube connected to a catheter, an aspirator connected to the connection tube and including a hollow elastic body, A storage bag that is connected to the suction device and stores the drained liquid sucked through the connection tube and the hollow elastic body of the suction device; a gas that flows from the hollow elastic body of the suction device to the storage bag; and A nonreturn valve for passing gas and drainage from the storage bag to the hollow elastic body of the suction device, and passing the drainage liquid; and the hollow elastic body of the suction device and the storage bag And a medical drainage device provided with a communication passage for supplying the gas in the storage bag to the hollow elastic body.
In this medical drainage device, when the hollow elastic body of the aspirator is squeezed and then the squeezing is released, negative pressure is generated in the connection tube and in the hollow elastic body. Due to this negative pressure, drainage is sucked into the connection tube and the hollow elastic body. The drained liquid sucked into the elastic body is stored in the storage bag via a check valve. This check valve allows the gas and drainage flowing from the hollow elastic body to the storage bag, and prevents the flow of gas and drainage from the storage bag to the hollow elastic body. By squeezing the elastic body, the gas in the storage bag is not sucked to the aspirator side, and the air pressure in the storage bag does not decrease.
Here, in this invention, the communicating path which connects a storage bag and a hollow elastic body is provided. By supplying the gas into the hollow elastic body of the aspirator through this communication path, the atmospheric pressure inside the elastic body is increased. Thereby, the air pressure inside the storage bag can be made closer to the air pressure inside the elastic body, or the air pressure inside the elastic body can be made higher than the air pressure inside the storage bag.
Therefore, the drainage liquid inside the elastic body is easily discharged to the storage bag side, and the drainage liquid is suppressed from remaining inside the elastic body. Therefore, the amount of drainage can be accurately measured, and a convenient medical drainage device can be provided.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the medical drainage tool which can grasp | ascertain the amount of drainage correctly is provided.

(First embodiment)
First, with reference to FIG. 1, the outline | summary of the medical drainage device 1 of this embodiment is demonstrated.
The medical drainage device 1 according to the present embodiment sucks and stores drainage fluid such as exudate from a wound cavity of a human body. The medical drainage device 1 includes a

Next, the usage method and the effect of the medical drainage device 1 as described above will be described.
First, the catheter 3 is connected to the
Next, the user squeezes the
Here, when the user operates the
More specifically, as described above, since the inside of the
In this embodiment, gas is supplied into the
Furthermore, in the medical drainage device 1 of the present embodiment, a milking action can be performed. The milking action is an operation for eliminating clogging of drainage or tissue when the drainage or tissue is clogged inside the connecting
Specifically, this is performed as follows.
The gas flow path in the
Next, the closing of the gas flow path of the
Since gas is supplied into the
When the shape of the
By repeating the above operation, clogging of drainage or tissue in the connecting
In addition, in the conventional medical drainage device as disclosed in Patent Document 1, the milking action is performed as follows.
The
On the other hand, since the medical drainage tool 1 of this embodiment can supply gas into the
Therefore, clogging of drainage or tissue can be sufficiently advanced, and clogging can be quickly eliminated.
Moreover, in this embodiment, after squeezing the
(Second embodiment)
The second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the embodiment, the
Next, this embodiment will be described in detail.

Although the flow restricting means 252 is an orifice plate, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the
The porous member is made of, for example, a nonwoven fabric. More specifically, the porous member is a nonwoven fabric such as nylon or polyester, and has a pore diameter of 0.2 μm to 10 μm, a thickness of 100 μm to 350 μm, and air permeability of 4 (l / min) (measurement pressure: 13.5 psi: 93090 Pa) to 120 (l / min) (measurement pressure: 5 psi: 779200 Pa). The air permeability is measured by bringing the measuring head of the measuring device into close contact with the porous member, and sucking air at a predetermined measuring pressure from the suction hole (area 3.7 cm 2 ) of the measuring head. It is specified by the flow rate.
This porous member allows the gas from the
Note that the porous member is not limited to the above-described nonwoven fabric, for example, a filter using a porous body (porous body) produced by heating any one of polymer resin, metal, and ceramics, so-called sintering. A filter can also be used.

In this embodiment, gas is supplied into the
Furthermore, in the
Specifically, this is performed as follows.
By squeezing the
