Description
The present invention relates to an air blowing device that can be used in a push type, push-push type, push-pull type, etc. ventilation device, and more specifically, the device that can be used by reducing the blowing area of the air blowing surface. About.
Traditionally used to improve the cleanliness of air in local work spaces and to collect harmful substances generated in local work spaces without diffusing into the work spaces and surrounding spaces. Push-pull type ventilators are known. An air blowing device that can be used for this clean bench or ventilation device is also known.
For example, the uniform flow blowing device described in JP2003-4287A (P2003-4287A, Patent Document 1) has an air blowing surface on the front side of a hollow box. A plurality of distribution plates are provided behind the air blowing surface. The air that has flowed into the apparatus passes through between the distribution plates and is then blown out as a uniform air flow from the air blowing surface.
The local cleaning device described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-75945 (P2008-75945A, Patent Document 2) is used to locally clean the inside of a clean room, and is a blowout equipped with an air blowout unit. And a suction device on which an air suction unit is mounted. Both of these devices are arranged so as to sandwich the local area in the clean room to be cleaned.
Moreover, in the local air cleaning apparatus described in Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2008-275266 (P2008-275266A, patent document 3), a pair of push hood which can blow off the uniform flow of the cleaned air is the air. It is used so that the air flow opening surface for blowing out is opposed. That is, the pair of push hoods are used in a state where the air flows from each collide.
Since these conventional apparatuses blow out air from a blowing surface having a constant area, the area of the blowing surface may be excessive compared to the work space required by the worker. As a result, the apparatus may waste power by blowing an excessive amount of air toward the work space.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to improve the conventional blowing device so that the blowing device can be used even when the area of the blowing surface is reduced.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention is directed to an air flow path from an upstream side to a downstream side, in which a blower unit and a rectifying mechanism unit are provided in order, and the rectifying mechanism exits the blower unit It is an air blowing device capable of blowing out the air flowing into the section toward the downstream side of the rectifying mechanism section.
The features of the present invention are as follows. That is, the apparatus has a front-rear direction, a width direction, and a vertical direction that are orthogonal to each other, and the front-rear direction is a direction in which the downstream side is the front and the upstream side is the rear. The rectifying mechanism section is divided into a plurality of sections in at least one of the width direction and the vertical direction. An air blowing surface having a large number of ventilation holes is formed on the downstream side of the rectifying mechanism unit, and the rectifying mechanism unit and the blowing surface correspond to each of the sections. A plurality of wind speed sensors are set. The rectifying mechanism section is provided with a shutter that can be opened and closed corresponding to each of the sections on the upstream side thereof, and when the shutter is opened, the air is rectified in the section corresponding to the shutter. When the shutter is closed, the inflow of the air into the rectifying mechanism is stopped in the section corresponding to the shutter. At least one of the air blowing unit and the rectifying mechanism unit is configured to allow the air to be supplied to the rectifying mechanism unit so that the wind speed detected by the wind speed sensor in the section where the shutter is open can be kept within a required range. The amount of inflow can be controlled.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the inflow amount is controlled by changing the number of rotations of the fan in the blower section.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the inflow amount is controlled by changing the opening of the shutter.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the opening degree of the shutter in each of the sections can be controlled based on the wind speed detected by the wind speed sensor.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the air flow rate is controlled so that the average value of the wind speed detected by the wind speed sensor in each of the sections where the shutter is open is within a range of 0.2-2 m / sec. .
In one embodiment of the present invention, the device can blow a uniform air flow to the downstream side of the blowing surface.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus incorporates a HEPA filter, and a working space through which clean air flows can be formed on the downstream side of the blowing surface.
In the air blowing device according to the present invention, the rectifying mechanism is divided into a plurality of sections, and each of the sections can be closed by a shutter. Therefore, by selecting a section of the blowing device so as to meet the width and vertical dimensions of the work space and opening the shutter of that section, and closing the shutter for the non-selected section, the air blowing surface in this apparatus The area can be reduced with respect to the entire area. In the air blowing device when the area of the blowing surface is reduced, the output for blowing is lowered compared to the air blowing device when all the shutters are opened, and the power consumption in the air blowing device is reduced. Can be saved.
The details of the air blowing device according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 and 2, FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the air blowing
The air blowing

FIG. 2 shows an internal structure in the vertical direction Y of the
In FIG. 2, the
In the
In the rectifying
The first and

The
In FIG. 2, the air that has entered the rectifying
FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the inside of the
The
The rectifying
The blowing
In the rectifying
In the rectifying
An example of a plate material for manufacturing the blowing
The breathable
Needless to say, the
In the

The wind speed is a value measured using an anemometer Model 1560 manufactured by KANOMAX.

Among these figures, FIG. 5 shows the wind speeds at the measurement points P 4 and P 7 and the air cleanliness Q at the measurement points P 7 and P 8 in the measurement example 0. Regarding the wind speed, the measurement point P 4 is selected as a point indicating the maximum value among the measurement points P 1 -P 9 , and P 7 is selected as the point indicating the minimum value. For air cleanliness Q, the measurement point P 8 is selected as point indicating a generally maximum value among the measurement points P 1 -P 9, the measuring point P 7 is selected as a point generally indicates the minimum value. For air cleanliness Q, the measurement point P 5 is generally chosen as a point indicating the maximum value, it is selected as the point indicating the generally minimum value measurement point P 3. FIG. 7 shows the wind speed at the measurement points P 4 and P 5 and the air cleanliness Q at the measurement points P 2 and P 4 in Measurement Example 8. Regarding the wind speed, the measurement point P 4 is selected as a point indicating the maximum value, and the measurement point P 5 is generally selected as the point indicating the minimum value. For air cleanliness Q, the measurement point P 4 is generally chosen as a point indicating the maximum value, the measurement point P 2 is chosen as a point generally indicates the minimum value.
Based on the Table 1 and Figure 5-7, when the
In the
FIG. 8 shows a
FIG. 8 also shows positions P 1 -P 9 of sensors (not shown) that measure the suspended particle concentration Cp between the
Tables 2 and 3 show changes in the air cleanliness Q caused by closing the
In Tables 2 and 3, measurement example 0 shows the measurement results for the push-push type blow-out
