(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an encapsulating bag according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, in which (a) shows a front part and (b) shows a back part. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. This encapsulating bag 100 is composed of two base materials which are a front part 1 and a back part 2, and seals the outer edges of the four sides so as to seal the upper edge crimp part 3, the left and right edge crimp parts 4 and the lower edge part. Are formed into a bag shape. For the base material, for example, a polyester resin, polyamide resin, polypropylene resin film or the like is used.

The enclosing bag 100 is provided with a fastener 6 on the upper portion of the enclosing region 5 that encloses food or the like. As shown in FIG. 2, the fastener 6 has a cylindrical protrusion formed in a straight line in the lateral direction of the enclosing bag 100 on the inner side of the front portion 1 of the base material, and a protrusion having a groove corresponding to the protrusion. It is formed in a straight line in the lateral direction inside the back portion 2 of 100 base materials. The inside of the groove is cylindrical, and the fastener 6 is sealed by fitting the cylindrical protrusion into the groove. In addition, the structure of the fastener 6 is not limited to this, You may use a well-known fastener. On the other hand, when the front portion 1 and the back portion 2 of the enclosing bag 100 are pulled apart, the protrusion is removed from the groove and the fastener 6 is opened.

On the fasteners 6 on the front part 1 and the back part 2, cutting grooves 7 and 8 serving as cutting line parts are linearly provided in the lateral direction of the enclosing bag 100 (straight line parts 11 and 12). The cutting grooves 7 and 8 may be linear or perforated. Further, the cutting grooves 7 and 8 have the shape of knob portions 9 and 10 projecting in a mountain shape at a part thereof, and the knob portions 9 and 10 are shifted to different positions in the front portion 1 and the back portion 2. Is formed. Specifically, the knob portion 9 of the front portion 1 shown in FIG. 1 (a) is provided on the right side from the center, and the knob portion 10 of the back portion 2 shown in FIG. 1 (b) is also provided on the right side from the center. When 1 and the back part 2 are bonded together, as shown in FIG. 3, the knob parts 9 and 10 are formed at different positions as seen from one side (for example, the front part 1 side).

The cutting grooves 7 and 8 are formed by a press machine or laser processing. Further, the cutting grooves 7 and 8 are not penetrated in the thickness direction of the base material of the encapsulating bag 100 but are cut into the base material halfway. For this reason, even if the cutting grooves 7 and 8 are provided, the sealing of the enclosing region 5 is maintained. In addition, the both ends of the cutting grooves 7 and 8 may be cut so as to be easily cut by fingers (not shown, and the same applies to the second to fourth embodiments).

FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing a state when the enclosing bag is used. The user pinches the part slightly above the fastener 6 and the upper edge of the encapsulating bag 100 with a finger and separates it along the cutting grooves 7 and 8. As a result, the upper base material portion is cut along the cutting grooves 7 and 8. Since the cutting grooves 7 and 8 have the shape of the knobs 9 and 10 at the front part 1 and the back part 2 of the encapsulating bag 100, the upper part of the enclosing bag 100 is cut off so that the top of the front part 1 and the back part 2 Knob portions 9 and 10 appear at the edge.

Since the knobs 9 and 10 are provided at different positions in the lateral direction and project in a mountain shape, when the user opens the fastener 6, the user grips one knob 9 with the right hand and the other knob 10 with the left hand. Pull the knobs to open them. As a result, the fasteners 6 begin to open from the fasteners 6 near the knobs 9 and 10, and the fasteners 6 are completely opened by continuing to pull the knobs 9 and 10.

As described above, according to the encapsulating bag 100 of the present invention, the knob portions 9 and 10 are formed in a mountain shape at different positions on the front portion 1 and the back portion 2, so that the user can easily pinch the respective knob portions 9 and 10. For this reason, after opening, the fastener 6 of the enclosing bag 100 can be opened easily. This is particularly useful for elderly people who have difficulty in hand freedom.

(Embodiment 2)
4A and 4B are plan views showing an enclosing bag according to a second embodiment of the present invention, in which FIG. 4A shows a front portion and FIG. 4B shows a back portion. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. The enclosing bag 200 has a configuration substantially similar to that of the enclosing bag 100 of the first embodiment, except that a cutting thread 201 is used instead of the cutting grooves 7 and 8. Since other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, the description thereof is omitted, and the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals.

As shown in FIG. 5, the encapsulating bag 200 is provided with a resin layer 202 between the front portion 1 and the back portion 2 for press-bonding the inner surface of the front portion 1 and the inner surface of the back portion 2. A cutting thread 201 for cutting the base material of the front part 1 and the back part 2 is embedded in the layer 202. The cutting yarn 201 has a shape of knob portions 9 and 10 protruding in a mountain shape at a part thereof, and the knob portions 9 and 10 are formed at different positions in the front portion 1 and the back portion 2. . Specifically, the knob portion 9 of the front portion 1 shown in FIG. 4A is provided on the right side from the center, and the knob portion 10 of the back portion 2 shown in FIG. 4B is also provided on the right side from the center. When the 1 and the back portion 2 are bonded together, the knob portions 9 and 10 are formed at different positions when viewed from one direction (for example, the front portion 1 side).

The cutting yarn 201 cuts the base material at the portion bonded to the resin layer 202 by pulling the end 203 outward. That is, it is cut along the cutting line portion where the cutting yarn 201 is disposed. Since the cutting yarn 201 is provided for each of the front portion and the back portion, the user cuts the base material with the cutting yarn 201 at the front portion 1 and the back portion 2. As a result, the upper base material portion is cut along the cutting yarn 201. Since the cutting thread 201 has the shape of the knobs 9 and 10 at the front part 1 and the back part 2 of the encapsulating bag 200, the upper part of the enclosing bag 200 is cut off as shown in FIG. Knob portions 9 and 10 appear at the upper edge of the back portion 2.

In the enclosing bag 200 described above, the same effect as in the first embodiment can be obtained.

(Embodiment 3)
FIG. 7 is a plan view showing an enclosing bag according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention. The encapsulating bag 300 according to the third embodiment is characterized in that it is reinforced by enlarging the area of the upper crimping portion 3 of the enclosing bags 100 and 200 described in the first and second embodiments. Since other configurations are the same as those in the first and second embodiments, the description thereof is omitted, and the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals. In this enclosing bag 300, the upper part of the shape of the knob parts 9, 10 is formed as a crimping part 301. In the example of FIG. 7, two chevron shapes are formed on the front portion 1 and the back portion 2 by the knob portions 9 and 10, so that the cutting line portion composed of the two chevron shapes and the straight portions 11 and 12 of the encapsulating bag 300. All the upper parts are referred to as a crimping part 301. As a result, the strength of the crimping portion 301 is increased and is difficult to cut. For example, when cutting along the cutting grooves 7 and 8 of FIGS. 1 to 3, the cutting portion 7 is cut off from the cutting grooves 7 and 8. , 10 etc. can be prevented from becoming distorted.

(Embodiment 4)
FIG. 8 is a plan view showing an enclosing bag according to Embodiment 4 of the present invention. The enclosing bag 400 is characterized in that the knob portions 9 and 10 are formed on the upper end edge of the enclosing bag 400 from the beginning. The encapsulating bag 400 is composed of two base materials which are a front portion 1 and a back portion 2, and seals the outer edges of the four sides, thereby crimping the upper edge crimping portion 403, the right and left edge crimping portions 4 and the lower edge portion. Are formed into a bag shape. For the base material, for example, a polyester resin, polyamide resin, polypropylene resin film or the like is used.

The encapsulating bag 400 is provided with a fastener 6 having the same structure as that of the first embodiment above an enclosing region 5 that encloses food or the like. On the front part 1 and the back part 2 of the encapsulating bag 400, the crimping part 403 formed by the seal is located below the knob parts 9 and 10 on the fastener 6. The crimping portion 403 is different from the crimping portion 4 on the left and right edges and the crimping portion on the lower edge, and has an adhesive strength that can be easily peeled off when the user opens with the knob portions 9 and 10. On the other hand, since it is necessary to seal the inside, the crimping area is made larger than other crimping parts.

Specifically, the pressure-bonding portion 403 is preferably 1.5 times or more the width of the pressure-bonding portion 4, and more preferably twice or more. Furthermore, it is preferable to provide a belt-like reinforcing layer 402 along the outer shape of the periphery of the knob portions 9 and 10. The reinforcing portion 402 prevents the base portions and the straight portions 11 and 12 of the knob portions 9 and 10 from being cut off accidentally when the knob portions 9 and 10 are pulled and the crimping portion 403 is peeled off. , 10 to transmit the force applied to the straight portions 11 and 12 well.

According to the encapsulating bag 400, the user can open the enclosing bag 400 by pulling the knob portions 9 and 10 and pulling off the crimping portion 403. In addition, the force applied to the knob portions 9 and 10 by the reinforcing layer 402 is transmitted to the straight portions 11 and 12, and the crimping portion 403 can be peeled cleanly, and the upper portion of the encapsulating bag 400 is not cut into distortion.

FIG. 9 is a plan view showing another example of the fourth embodiment. FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. Thus, in the above configuration, the thread 408 may be embedded near the lower side of the crimping part 403, and the thread 408 may be pulled up between the front part 1 and the back part 2 to cut the crimping part 403. In this case, the slightly remaining crimping part 403 can be easily removed by pulling the knobs 9 and 10. In this way, even if the crimping part 403 having a strong adhesive force is formed, it can be cut with the thread 403.

In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the knob portions 9 and 10 may partially overlap. Further, as shown in FIG. 12, the knob portion 9 of the front portion 1 and the knob portion 10 of the back portion 2 may be similar, and the knob portion 9 of the front portion 1 may be included in the knob portion 10 of the back portion 2. .

(Embodiment 5)
13A and 13B are explanatory views showing an encapsulating bag according to Embodiment 5 of the present invention, in which FIG. 13A shows a state in which the front part and the back part before production are opened, and FIG. 13B shows a state in which the front part and the back part are closed. Show how. FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view of the encapsulating bag shown in FIG. 13, and FIG. 15 is a plan view of the encapsulating bag after being thermocompression bonded. The encapsulating bag 600 is formed into a bag shape by bending a central portion 62 of a single rectangular base material 61 and thermocompressing the periphery thereof. A synthetic resin film such as polypropylene is used. The base material 61 may have a structure in which two base materials are stacked and the periphery (except for the lower end edge) is thermocompression-bonded as in the first embodiment (not shown). In this case, it is desirable that the portion corresponding to the central portion 62 between the stacked substrates is thermocompression bonded after the contents are put therein. Further, the fastener 63 forms the enclosing region 64 in a state where the enclosing bag 600 is formed, and is bonded from one end 66 of the base member 61 at a predetermined interval.

In the fastener 63, a columnar protrusion 68 is formed in a straight line on the surface of the strip-shaped tape part 67, and a protrusion having a groove 70 corresponding to the protrusion 68 is formed in a straight line in the corresponding tape part 69. The inside of 70 is cylindrical, and has a structure in which the cylindrical projection 68 is sealed by fitting into the groove 70. The fastener 63 adheres one tape portion 67 to a predetermined position of the base member 61 in a state where the protrusion 68 is fitted in the groove 70. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 13B, when the base material 61 is bent, the other tape portion 69 is bonded to the surface of the base material 61 at a predetermined position.

In the vicinity of both end portions of the substrate 61, cutting grooves 71 serving as cutting line portions are provided in parallel and linearly to both end portions. The cutting groove 71 may be linear or perforated. Further, the cutting grooves 71 are provided on both end portions of the base member 61 with respect to the fastener 63. The cutting groove 71 is formed by a press machine or laser processing. In addition, the cutting groove 71 does not penetrate in the thickness direction of the base material 61 of the encapsulating bag 600, and is cut into the base material 61 halfway. For this reason, even if the cutting groove 71 is provided, the sealing of the enclosing region 64 is maintained. In addition, the both ends of the cutting groove 71 may be cut so as to be easily cut by a finger (not shown, the same applies to Embodiments 6 and 7 below).

Further, as shown in FIG. 13A, semicircular knob portions 72 and 73 are attached to the base material 61. Further, the straight portions 72a and 73a which are part of the knob portions 72 and 73 are bonded between the cutting groove 71 and the fastener 63, and the arc portions 72b and 73b which are other portions of the knob portions 72 and 73 are cut. The groove 71 is covered. Further, the upper ends of the knob portions 72 and 73 are made not to interfere with the crimping portion 74 at the top of the enclosing bag 600. Further, as shown in FIG. 15, the knob portions 72 and 73 are provided so as to be shifted in the direction of the cutting groove 71.

In addition, the shape of the knob parts 72 and 73 is not limited to a semicircular shape. For example, a triangle or a rectangle may be used. Further, since the knob portions 72 and 73 are attached as separate parts, the colors and shapes of the knob portion 72 and the knob portion 73 may be different. For example, the knob 72 may be blue and the knob 73 may be red. Further, the sizes of the knob part 72 and the knob part 73 may be provided so as to be slightly overlapped as shown in FIG. 11, or may be provided so as not to overlap as shown in FIG. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 12, the knob portion 72 and the knob portion 73 may be similar in shape and shifted in position.

As shown in FIG. 13B, the base material 61 to which the knob portions 72 and 73 are attached is bent at the center portion 62 and thermocompression bonded at the upper edge portion 61a and the left and right edge portions 61b, and the inside is sealed. An encapsulating bag 600 is obtained. In this state, the cutting groove 71 is positioned between the crimping portion 74 of the upper edge portion 61a and the fastener 63, as shown in FIGS. Further, since the knob portions 72 and 73 are enclosed in the enclosing bag 600, the outer surface of the enclosing bag 600 is clean and the surface of the enclosing bag 600 is not caught. For this reason, the knob parts 72 and 73 are not removed from the encapsulating bag 600 by an external force. In addition, when putting the contents in the encapsulating bag 600, after bending and forming the bag shape, the center portion 62 is cut, the contents are put, and the center portion 62 is thermocompression bonded.

Next, in order to cut the cutting groove 71 of the enclosing bag 600, one end of the upper edge portion 61a of the enclosing bag 600 is pinched and pulled. Thereby, the upper edge portion 61a is cut off from the enclosing bag 600 along the cutting groove 71, and the knob portions 72 and 73 appear from the upper edge portion 61c newly formed by the cutting groove 71 as shown in FIG. When the user opens the fastener 63, the user grips one knob portion 72 with the right hand and the other knob portion 73 with the left hand, and pulls both to open. As a result, the fastener 63 starts to open from the fasteners 63 near the knobs 72 and 73, and the fasteners 63 are completely opened by continuing to pull the knobs 72 and 73.

As described above, according to the enclosing bag 600 of the present invention, the fastener 63 can be easily opened. This is particularly useful for elderly people who have difficulty in hand freedom.

FIG. 17 to FIG. 19 show modifications of this enclosing bag. The enclosing bag 650 has substantially the same configuration as the enclosing bag 600 shown in FIGS. 13 to 16 except that the knobs 72 and 73 are attached to the outside of the enclosing bag 650. Since other configurations are the same as those of the enclosing bag 600, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted. In the enclosing bag 600, the straight portions 72a and 73a of the knob portions 72 and 73 are bonded to the back surface of the base 61. Further, the knob portions 72 and 73 are arranged so as to cover the cutting groove 71. The knob portions 72 and 73 are arranged so as to be shifted in the direction of the cutting groove 71 as described above. Both knobs 72 and 73 are preferably provided near the center, but can also be arranged on the left and right sides.

Also in the enclosing bag 650, the crimping portion 74 of the upper edge portion 61a can be separated by pinching and pulling the upper edge portion 61a of the enclosing bag 650. When opening the fastener 63, one of the knobs 72 is pinched with the right hand, the other knob 73 is pinched with the left hand, and both are pulled. As a result, the fasteners 63 are completely opened by starting to open from the vicinity of the knob portions 72 and 73 and continuously pulling the knob portions 72 and 73. Since the zipper 63 can be easily opened also by this enclosing bag 650, it is particularly useful for elderly people who are difficult to work with.

(Embodiment 6)
FIG. 20 is a partial cross-sectional view showing an encapsulating bag according to Embodiment 6 of the present invention. FIG. 21 is an explanatory view showing a method of manufacturing the encapsulating bag shown in FIG. The enclosing bag 700 is characterized in that knob portions 83 and 84 are formed on the tape portions 81 and 82 of the fastener 80. In the fastener 80, as shown in the fifth embodiment, the columnar protrusion 68 is formed in a straight line on the surface of the strip-shaped tape portion 81, and the protrusion having the groove 70 corresponding to the protrusion 68 corresponds to the tape. It is formed in a straight line on the portion 82, and the inside of the groove 70 has a cylindrical shape, and the columnar protrusion 68 is sealed by being fitted into the groove 70.

Semicircular knob portions 83 and 84 are integrally formed with the pair of tape portions 81 and 82 of the fastener 80, respectively. That is, the material is punched and formed with the knob portions 83 and 84 projecting from the tape portions 81 and 82. Further, the knob portions 83 and 84 are formed so as to be shifted in the length direction of the fastener 80. For this reason, the knob parts 83 and 84 are positioned so as to be displaced in a state in which the protrusion 68 is fitted in the groove 70 of the fastener 80. When attaching the fastener 80 to the base member 61, first, as shown in FIG. 21, one tape portion 81 is attached to the predetermined portion of the base member 61 in a state in which the projection 68 is fitted into the groove 70 (integral state). Glue in position. Then, the other tape portion 82 is bonded to a predetermined position of the substrate 61 by folding back at the central portion 62 of the substrate 61.

The upper end edge 61a and the left and right end edges 61b of the substrate 61 are thermocompression bonded. In addition, when putting the contents in the encapsulating bag 700, after bending and forming the bag shape, the central portion 62 is cut, the contents are put, and the central portion 62 is thermocompression bonded. Moreover, in the case of a configuration in which two substrates are stacked and the periphery thereof is thermocompression bonded, the upper edge and the left and right edges are crimped first, and after the contents are put, the lower edge is crimped (not shown). In the vicinity of both end portions of the substrate 61, cutting grooves 71 serving as cutting line portions are linearly provided in parallel to both end portions. The cutting groove 71 may be linear or perforated. Further, the cutting groove 71 is provided on both end portions of the base member 61 with respect to the fastener 80. The cutting groove 71 is formed by a press machine or laser processing. In addition, the cutting groove 71 is not penetrated in the thickness direction of the base material 61 of the enclosing bag 700, but is cut into the base material 61 halfway. For this reason, even if the cutting groove 71 is provided, the sealing of the enclosing region 74 is maintained.

The fastener 80 is bonded to the base material 61 at the tape portions 81 and 82 so that the knob portions 83 and 84 are covered with the cutting line portion. The knob portions 83 and 84 are not bonded to the base material 61. Further, the upper ends of the knob portions 83 and 84 are prevented from interfering with the crimping portion 74 at the top of the enclosing bag. In addition, the shape of the knob parts 83 and 84 is not limited to a semicircular shape. For example, a triangle or a rectangle may be used.

Since the enclosing bag 700 is in a state in which the knob portions 83 and 84 are encapsulated inside the enclosing bag 700, the outer surface of the enclosing bag 700 is clean and the surface of the enclosing bag 700 is not caught. For this reason, the knob parts 83 and 84 are not removed from the enclosing bag 700 by an external force. In addition, since the fastener 80 and the knob portions 83 and 84 are integrally formed, the knob portions 83 and 84 can be formed simply by attaching the fastener 80 to the base member 61, so that it is easy to manufacture.

Next, in order to cut the cutting groove 71 of the enclosing bag 800, one end of the upper edge portion 61a of the enclosing bag 700 is pinched and pulled. Thereby, the upper edge portion 61a is cut off from the enclosing bag 700 along the cutting groove 71, and the knob portions 83 and 84 appear from the upper edge portion 61c newly formed by the cutting groove 71 as shown in FIG. When the user opens the fastener 80, the user grips one knob portion 83 with the right hand and the other knob portion 84 with the left hand, and pulls both to open. Accordingly, the fastener 80 is completely opened by starting to open from the vicinity of the knob portion and continuing to pull the knob portions 83 and 84. Since the knob portions 83 and 84 are integrally formed with the tape portions 81 and 82 of the fastener 80, a force can be directly applied to the tape portions 81 and 82 of the fastener 80 by pulling the knob portions 83 and 84. The fastener 80 can be easily opened and the knob portions 83 and 84 are prevented from being peeled off from the base material 61.

As described above, according to the enclosed bag 700 of the present invention, the knob portions 83 and 84 can be easily provided, and the fastener 80 can be easily opened by the knob portions 83 and 84. This is particularly useful for elderly people who have difficulty in hand freedom.

(Embodiment 7)
FIG. 23 is a cross-sectional view showing an enclosing bag according to Embodiment 7 of the present invention. The encapsulating bag 800 is formed by superimposing two base materials, which are a front portion 1 and a back portion 2, and sealing the outer edges of the four sides to seal the upper edge crimp portion 3, the left and right edge crimp portions, and the lower edge portion. A crimping part (not shown) is formed into a bag shape. For the base material, for example, a polyester resin, polyamide resin, polypropylene resin film or the like is used.

The enclosing bag 800 is provided with a fastener 6 on the upper portion of the enclosing region 5 that encloses food or the like. In the fastener 6, cylindrical protrusions are formed in a straight line in the lateral direction of the enclosing bag 800 on the inner side of the front portion 1 of the base material, and the protrusions having grooves corresponding to the protrusions are the back part of the base material of the enclosing bag 800. 2 is formed in a straight line in the horizontal direction. The inside of the groove is cylindrical, and the fastener 6 is sealed by fitting the cylindrical protrusion into the groove. In addition, the structure of the fastener 6 is not limited to this, You may use a well-known fastener. On the other hand, when the front portion 1 and the back portion 2 of the enclosing bag 800 are pulled apart, the protrusion is removed from the groove and the fastener 6 is opened.

Cutting grooves 807 and 808 serving as cutting line portions are linearly provided in the lateral direction of the enclosing bag 100 on the fasteners 6 of the front portion 1 and the back portion 2. The cutting grooves 807 and 808 may be linear or perforated. The cutting grooves 807 and 808 are formed by a press machine or laser processing. Further, the cutting grooves 807 and 808 are not penetrated in the thickness direction of the base material of the encapsulating bag 800, but are cut to the middle of the base material. For this reason, even if the cutting grooves 807 and 808 are provided, the sealing of the enclosing region 5 is maintained.

In addition, the front portion 1 has a slack portion 801 that uses an extra base material than the back portion 2. The slack portion 801 may be swollen as shown in the figure, or may be folded and planar. However, in order to prevent the shape from returning when stretched, it is preferable not to make a tight crease. The cutting grooves 807 and 808 are located above the slack portion 801.

The user pinches the part slightly above the fastener 6 and the upper edge of the encapsulating bag 800 with a finger and separates it along the cutting grooves 807 and 808. As a result, the upper base material portion is cut along the cutting grooves 807 and 808. When the slack portion 801 is extended, the upper end portion 802 of the front portion 1 is positioned on the back portion 2 as shown in FIG. The user opens the fastener 6 by pinching the upper end portion 802 with the right hand to release it from the back portion 2 and pulling the back portion 2 with the left hand so as to open both.

As described above, according to the enclosing bag 800 of the present invention, since the slack portion 801 is extended and the upper end portion 802 is easily pinched, the fastener 6 of the enclosing bag 800 can be easily opened.
