(3)前記高清浄度鋼は、浸炭処理、窒化処理、浸炭窒化処理の何れか一つの熱処理が施されていることを特徴とする上記(1)または(2)記載のスラスト軸受。
(4)前記内輪のみ、または前記内輪と前記外輪との両方が、高清浄度鋼製で、かつ、熱処理が施されていることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(3)の何れか1項に記載のスラスト軸受。
(5)前記内輪は前記外輪よりも肉厚であることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(4)の何れか1項に記載のスラスト軸受。
(6)油圧式無段変速機、油圧ポンプまたは油圧モータに使用されることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(5)の何れか1項に記載のスラスト軸受。
