Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heating tool.
In recent years, various things are known regarding the heating tool which generate | occur | produces heat | fever by the oxidation reaction of an oxidizable metal.
Patent Document 2 describes a heating tool in which a transdermally absorbable drug is added to a heat generating portion together with two specific types of solubilizers and surfactants. In Patent Document 2, it is said that such a heating tool significantly improves the releasability of the transdermally absorbable drug due to the heat generated in the heat generating part to the skin, and can effectively impart the physiological action of the drug.
Moreover, the heating tool which exhibits a fragrance at the time of use by giving a fragrance | flavor is also known (patent documents 3-5).
In recent years, from the viewpoint of lightness and ecology during use, the heater is also required to be thin and light. However, the present inventors have found that, in a heating tool that generates heat by an oxidation reaction of an oxidizable metal, if the weight of raw materials used, such as bags, is reduced, deterioration of the scent during storage cannot be sufficiently suppressed. For this reason, there has been a demand for a technique capable of exhibiting a good fragrance equivalent to that immediately after manufacture, even if the heating tool is reduced in weight, sufficiently suppressing the deterioration of the fragrance during storage.
An object of the present invention is to provide a light-weight heating tool that exhibits a good scent immediately after production even when in use.
As a result of intensive studies, the present inventors have adopted a fragrance composition containing a specific amount of a specific component in a heating tool that generates heat by an oxidation reaction of an oxidizable metal, thereby providing a bag having a relatively small basis weight. It has been found that even a heating tool in which a heat generating part is housed in the body can remarkably suppress a decrease in the intensity of scent during storage and deterioration of the scent. Moreover, according to this heating tool, it also newly discovered that fragrance rises quickly.

The
3 and 4, the

In the present invention, the air permeability of the

The
The
The heat generating sheet may be a single layer or a laminated structure. That is, the heat generating sheet may be a stack of a plurality of heat generating sheets per se, or may have a stacked structure in which water retaining sheets are arranged adjacent to each other. In FIG. 4, as an example, a heat generating sheet having a two-layer structure of a molded
FIG. 4 shows a fixed state of the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
The
The form of the
In such a
FIG. 5 shows a
The
The
The

As shown in Table 2, the steam heating device of the example has a good scent immediately after production (immediately after perfume), both quantitatively and qualitatively even after being stored in a thermostat at 50 ° C. for 7 days. It was presenting. Moreover, as shown in Table 3, it was shown that the steam heating tool of an Example has a quick start of fragrance, and can maintain required fragrance intensity for a long time. In addition, the steam heating device immediately after the fragrance of each Example and after storage for 7 days in a thermostatic bath at 50 ° C. may have no difference in temperature characteristics as compared with the steam heating device that does not contain a fragrance composition. It has been confirmed.
