Claims (21)

A composition containing ornithine or a salt thereof, glutamine or a salt thereof, zinc and vitamins. The composition according to claim 1, wherein ornithine or a salt thereof is 10 to 70% by mass of the amount of protein contained in the composition as ornithine. The composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein ornithine or a salt thereof is ornithine in an amount of 5 to 45% by mass of the total composition. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein ornithine or a salt thereof is contained in an amount of 800 to 1700 mg as ornithine. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein glutamine or a salt thereof is contained in an amount of 100 to 2000 mg as glutamine. 6. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the weight composition ratio of ornithine or a salt thereof and glutamine or a salt thereof is 1: 4 to 9: 4 as ornithine and glutamine. The composition according to claim 1, wherein 0.1 to 15 mg of zinc is contained. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a weight composition ratio of ornithine or a salt thereof and zinc is 70: 3 to 10: 1 as ornithine and zinc. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the vitamin contains one or more vitamins selected from the group consisting of vitamin A and vitamin C. The composition according to claim 9, comprising 10 to 600 μg of vitamin A. The composition according to claim 9, wherein 24 to 500 mg of vitamin C is contained. The composition according to claim 9 or 11, wherein the weight composition ratio of ornithine or a salt thereof and vitamin C is 3: 2 to 7: 2 as ornithine and vitamin C. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition is a powder or a granule. A method for producing a composition containing ornithine or a salt thereof, glutamine or a salt thereof, zinc and vitamins, comprising a step of containing a sour agent. The method according to claim 14, wherein ornithine or a salt thereof is 10 to 70% by mass of the amount of protein contained in the composition. The method according to claim 14 or 15, wherein the acidulant is citric acid. A beverage of 50 to 240 ml containing, mixing and dissolving the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 13. The beverage according to claim 17, wherein the pH is 3.0 to 4.0. The composition for nutrition improvement which uses the composition of any one of Claim 1 to 13 as an active ingredient. The nutrition improving composition according to claim 19, wherein the nutrition improvement is prevention or improvement of pressure ulcer and nutrition improvement related to postoperative recovery. A powdered beverage in which the intake per time of the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 13 or the nutritional improvement composition according to claim 19 or 20 is adjusted to 2.0 to 8.0 g.
