Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a light source module having a light source such as an LED.
There is an illumination device configured by connecting a light source module including a light source such as an LED and a lighting device that supplies power to the light source module.
Light sources such as LEDs have large variations in characteristics such as chromaticity coordinates and luminous flux of emitted light. To prevent this variation from affecting the light emitted by the lighting device, for example, measure the characteristics of the light source in advance, and select multiple light sources so that the variation in characteristics can be offset. It is possible to do. However, in this method, it takes time to measure the characteristics of the light source and to manage the light source for which the characteristics have been measured, which may increase the manufacturing cost of the lighting device.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, for example, so that the light emitted from the lighting device is not affected by the variation in the characteristics of the light source while suppressing the manufacturing cost of the lighting device. The purpose is to do.
The light source module according to the present invention includes a light source and a storage unit that stores a value based on characteristics of the light source measured by turning on the light source.
According to the light source module of the present invention, since the storage unit stores a value based on the characteristics of the light source measured by actually turning on the mounted light source, the light source is turned on based on this value. It is possible to prevent the light emitted from the lighting device from being affected by variations in the characteristics of the light source.

The first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
A plurality of elements may be distinguished from each other by adding an alphabet after the reference numeral.

The harness 290 (connection harness part, connecting part) connects (links) the

FIG. 4 is a diagram for explaining the processing of the target value calculation step S613 in this embodiment.
The horizontal axis represents the correlated color temperature. The vertical axis represents the target current value. A white square indicates a target value of a current to be supplied to the
The target
Specifically, for example, the target
When the record 410 with the correlated color temperature is found, the target
When the record 410 having the same correlated color temperature is not found, the target

In addition, when processing of target value calculation process S613 takes time, the

FIG. 14 is a flowchart showing the flow of the writing process S630 in this embodiment.
The writing process S630 includes a light source selection step S631, a target value calculation step S632, a lighting step S633, a measurement step S634, and a writing step S647.

In this manner, a current is supplied to each light source circuit 110 to actually measure the luminous flux and chromaticity coordinates of the emitted light, and the measurement result is stored in the
