図2に示すように、内壁21外面の伝熱管13貫通箇所には、内壁21軸方向にのびた横断面輪郭半円弧状の外向き条溝51が形成されている。一方、外向き条溝51に対応して、外壁22内面の伝熱管13貫通箇所には、外壁22軸方向にのびた横断面輪郭半円弧状の内向き条溝52が形成されている。対応する外向き条溝51および内向き条溝52は、相対させられかつ合体させられて1つの横断面輪郭円形状の管挿通孔53を形成している。管挿通孔53に対応する伝熱管13が間隙をおいて通されている。その間隙は、伝熱管13の熱膨張によって耐火材が割れることを防止するためのもので、具体的には、例えば、大きさ5mm程度のものである。
