However, in the above-described conventional technology, the tooth disassembly / assembly work is complicated at the time of maintenance such as tooth replacement work or tooth disassembly cleaning work according to the contents (purpose).

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and the object thereof is to provide a cap with a mill that can improve the efficiency of disassembly and assembly work and improve maintenance. is there.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes the following means.
The cap with a mill according to the present invention has a mounting cap that is mounted on a mouth portion of a container main body in which contents are accommodated, and a discharge port that communicates within the container main body and discharges the contents. A discharge cap assembled to be rotatable about an axis with respect to the cap, a cylindrical external tooth fixed to the inside of the mounting cap, and fixed to the discharge cap and disposed in the external tooth An internal tooth, and by rotating the mounting cap and the discharge cap relatively around the axis, the contents are fed out while being crushed between the external tooth and the internal tooth, and the discharge In the cap with a mill that discharges from the outlet, the fixing cap is detachably attached to the discharge cap by being screwed to the discharge cap so as to sandwich and fix the internal teeth in the axial direction between the discharge cap and the cap. And it is provided on.

With such a feature, it is possible to release the internal teeth from the discharge cap because it is possible to release the internal teeth between the fixed member and the discharge cap simply by releasing the screwing by the fixing member. it can. As a result, disassembly / assembly work such as internal tooth replacement work or cleaning work can be performed efficiently, and maintainability can be improved.
Moreover, since an external tooth is open | released by removing an internal tooth, the washing | cleaning operation | work of an external tooth can also be performed easily.

Further, in the cap with a mill according to the present invention, the fixing member includes a screw portion screwed into the discharge cap, and a head formed on the proximal end side of the screw portion and enlarged with respect to the screw portion. , May be provided.

In this case, the fixing member can be removed more easily by picking the head with a finger or the like and operating the fixing member. Thereby, the further improvement of maintainability can be aimed at.

It touches the edge. Further, a protrusion 46 protruding downward is formed on the inner peripheral side of the connecting ring 41 over the entire circumference in the circumferential direction, and this protrusion 46 is in contact with the upper end edge of the external tooth 13.

The discharge cylinder 43 is formed with a smaller diameter than the mounting cylinder 42 and is erected upward from the inner peripheral edge of the connection ring 41. The upper end opening of the discharge cylinder 43 communicates with the container body 2 when the cap 1 with a mill is attached to the container body 2, and constitutes a discharge port 12 a for discharging the contents in the container body 2. ing. Note that an overcap (not shown) that allows the discharge port 12a to be opened and closed is fitted to the discharge cylinder 43 undercut.

The internal tooth support member 44 includes a base portion 51, an outer cylinder 52 that extends downward from the outer peripheral side of the base portion 51, and an inner cylinder 53 that is disposed inside the outer cylinder 52. .
The base portion 51 is a ring-shaped member whose upper surface is flush with the upper end surface of the discharge cylinder 43, and the outer peripheral edge thereof and the inner peripheral edge of the discharge cylinder 43 are bridged by a bridge portion 54. The bridge portion 54 is formed in a plate shape extending along the radial direction between the discharge cylinder 43 and the base portion 51, and a plurality of bridge portions 54 are formed at intervals along the circumferential direction.
Further, the outer cylinder 52 extends downward from the outer peripheral side of the base portion 51 and is formed at the same height as the discharge cylinder 43 described above.

The inner cylinder 53 extends downward from the inner peripheral edge of the base portion 51 and is longer than the outer cylinder 52 described above. A screwed tube 55 extending downward is formed at the lower end of the inner tube 53. The screwing cylinder 55 is formed to have a smaller diameter than the upper end portion of the inner cylinder 53, and a female screw part 56 is formed on the inner surface.
A plurality of ribs 57 projecting along the radial direction are formed on the outer surface of the inner cylinder 53 at intervals along the circumferential direction. These ribs 57 have upper ends that are connected to the base 51 and lower ends that are formed up to the boundary between the screwed tube 55 and the inner tube 53.

The internal teeth 14 are formed in a cylindrical shape that is gradually reduced in diameter from the upper side to the lower side, and the internal cylinder 53 of the internal tooth support member 44 described above is inserted therein. Further, a tooth profile is formed on the outer peripheral surface (tooth surface 14a) of the inner tooth 14 so as to face the tooth surface 13a of the outer tooth 13 described above. In this case, between the tooth surfaces 14a and 13a of the inner tooth 14 and the outer tooth 13 constitutes a crushing passage R that feeds the contents to the discharge port 12a while crushing the contents. The crushing passage R is formed so that the radial interval gradually decreases as it goes from below to above.

A plurality of grooves 61 that are recessed from the inner peripheral surface toward the outer side in the radial direction are formed in the inner tooth 14 at intervals in the circumferential direction. The grooves 61 accommodate the ribs 57 of the inner cylinder 53 on the inner side thereof, thereby restricting the movement (rotation) of the inner teeth 14 in the circumferential direction relative to the inner cylinder 53 (discharge cap 12). In addition, you may form not only the groove part 61 but a pair of rib which pinches | interposes the rib 57 of the inner cylinder 53 from the both sides of the circumferential direction in the internal tooth 14. FIG.

Further, a ridge 62 projecting upward is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the upper end surface of the inner tooth 14. The protrusion 62 is formed so as to surround the lower end portion of the outer cylinder 52 described above, and restricts the radial movement of the inner teeth 14 with respect to the inner cylinder 53 (discharge cap 12).
Further, an inner flange portion 63 is formed on the lower end edge of the inner tooth 14 so as to project toward the inner side in the radial direction, and the inner flange portion 63 is supported by a fixing member 65.

Here, the fixing member 65 is for fixing the inner teeth 14 by sandwiching the inner teeth 14 in the vertical direction with the inner tooth support member 44, and is directed upward from the head 66 and the upper end of the head 66. And a standing thread portion 67.
The screw portion 67 is detachably screwed to the female screw portion 56 of the screwing cylinder 55 described above from below.
The head 66 is formed in a polygonal shape in plan view (an octagon in this embodiment) that is enlarged with respect to the threaded portion 67, and has an outer diameter larger than that of the screwed tube 55. The upper end edge of the head 66 is in contact with the inner flange 63 of the inner tooth 14 described above, and is fixed by sandwiching the inner tooth 14 in the vertical direction with the inner tooth support member 44 (inner teeth). 14 is restricted from moving up and down).

Next, the usage method of the cap 1 with a mill mentioned above is demonstrated.
First, in order to attach the cap 1 with a mill to the container body 2, the insertion tube portion 33 and the leg portion 35 of the external tooth support member 32 are inserted into the mouth portion 3, and the body tube portion 21 of the attachment cap 11 is attached. Screw into the mouth 3.

And in order to supply the contents from the container main body 2 to which the cap 1 with a mill is attached, the container main body 2 is first turned upside down and the cap 1 with the mill is directed downward. Then, the content in the container body 2 falls due to its own weight, and a part thereof enters the crushing passage R between the external teeth 13 and the internal teeth 14. When the discharge cap 12 and the mounting cap 11 are rotated relative to each other in this state, the internal teeth 14 and the external teeth 13 rotate relative to each other, so that the contents in the crushing passage R are changed between the teeth 13 and 14. While being crushed by the tooth profile, the crushing passage R is sent out toward the downstream side. Then, the crushed contents are powdered and discharged from the outlet of the crushing passage R (between the upper edges of the outer teeth 13 and the inner teeth 14), and then from the discharge port 12a through the discharge cylinder 43. It is discharged outside.

Here, a method for disassembling and assembling the teeth 13 and 14 when the teeth 13 and 14 are exchanged or when the teeth 13 and 14 are cleaned will be described.
First, the mounting cap 11 is rotated with respect to the container body 2, and the cap 1 with a mill is removed from the container body 2.

Next, the external tooth support member 32 is removed from the mounting cap 11. Specifically, among the plurality of leg portions 35, the leg portions 35 that are opposed in the radial direction are picked, and these leg portions 35 are respectively approached toward the inside in the radial direction. Then, a portion of the external tooth support member 32 (support portion 34) located between the slits 36 disposed on both sides in the circumferential direction of the picked leg portion 35 is deformed so as to bend downward. That is, the undercut fitting between the support portion 34 of the external tooth support member 32 and the engagement concave portion 25 of the mounting cap 11 is released by deforming the support portion 34 so as to be convexly convex upward. The Thereafter, the external tooth support member 32 is detached from the mounting cap 11 by pulling the external tooth support member 32 downward. Thereby, the pinching of the external teeth 13 between the external tooth support member 32 and the connection ring 41 of the discharge cap 12 is released.
Thereafter, the external teeth 13 can be removed by pulling out the external teeth 13 from the main body cylinder portion 21 of the mounting cap 11.

Next, the head 66 of the fixing member 65 is picked, the fixing member 65 is rotated with respect to the screwing cylinder 55, and the fixing member 65 is removed from the screwing cylinder 55. As a result, the pinching of the internal teeth 14 by the head 66 of the fixing member 65 and the internal tooth support member 44 is released. Thereafter, the internal teeth 14 can be removed from the internal tooth support member 44 by pulling out the internal teeth 14 from the internal cylinder 53.
Then, after the removed teeth 13 and 14 are replaced and cleaned, when the teeth 13 and 14 are assembled again, the above-described operation may be performed in the reverse order to the above-described order.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the fixing member 65 that fixes the internal teeth 14 between the discharge cap 12 in the vertical direction by being detachably screwed to the screwing cylinder 55 of the discharge cap 12 is provided. It was set as the structure provided.
According to this configuration, it is possible to release the internal teeth 14 between the fixing member 65 and the internal tooth support member 44 only by releasing the screwing by the fixing member 65, and thus the internal tooth support member 44. The internal teeth 14 can be easily removed from the tooth.
In the present embodiment, the external teeth 13 can be easily removed by simply removing the external tooth support members 32, so that the external teeth 13 can be released between the external tooth support members 32 and the discharge cap 12. it can. In this case, since the outer teeth support member 32 is provided with the legs 35, the outer teeth support member 32 can be easily removed from the mounting cap 11 by grasping the legs 35.
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, since the slit 36 is formed in the support portion 34 of the external tooth support member 32, the external tooth support member 32 can be easily deformed so as to be detached from the mounting cap 11 with the slit 36 as a starting point. Moreover, the insertion cylinder part 33 can be made easier to deform | transform by arrange | positioning the slit 36 and the leg part 35 alternately in the circumferential direction. Therefore, the external tooth support member 32 can be removed more easily.
In this way, the teeth 13 and 14 can be removed simply by removing the fixing member 65 and the external tooth support member 32 that are detachably provided. Assembling work can be performed efficiently, and maintainability can be improved.

Further, since the enlarged head 66 is formed on the fixing member 65 with respect to the threaded portion 67, the fixing member 65 can be removed more easily by operating the fixing member 65 by gripping the head 66 with a finger or the like. Can do. Thereby, the further improvement of maintainability can be aimed at.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the head 66 of the fixing member 65 is formed in an octagonal shape, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and may be formed in a circular shape or other polygonal shapes.
The number and width of the leg portions 35 and the slits 36 can be appropriately changed in design. For example, you may form a pair of leg part 35 which opposes by one direction among radial directions, and the slit 36 which opposes by the other direction orthogonal to one direction.
Moreover, the kind of the content accommodated in the container main body 2 can be changed suitably.
Furthermore, if the fixing member 65 is configured to be detachably screwed to the discharge cap 12 (screw cylinder 55), the head 66 may not be provided.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where both the external teeth 13 and the internal teeth 14 are exchanged and assembled has been described. However, at least the internal teeth 14 may be removed. That is, since the external teeth 13 are released by removing at least the internal teeth 14, the cleaning operation of the external teeth 13 can be easily performed.

Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the internal teeth 14 and the external teeth 13 are separately fixed has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the internal teeth 14 and the external teeth 13 are fixed as shown in FIGS. You may make it the structure which fastens together with the member 65. FIG.
Specifically, the external tooth support member 32 includes an annular support portion 101 that supports the lower end edge of the external tooth 13, an insertion tube portion 102 in which the fixing member 65 is inserted inside the support portion 101, a support portion 101, And a bridge portion 103 that spans between the insertion tube portions 102.
A pedestal portion 110 (see FIG. 3) that protrudes upward is formed on the support portion 101, and the lower end edge of the external teeth 13 is in contact with the upper end edge of the pedestal portion 110. In addition, a protrusion 111 protruding downward is formed on the support portion 101 over the entire circumference in the circumferential direction, and is in contact with the upper edge of the mouth portion 3 in the container body 2. Further, a detent portion 112 that protrudes outward in the radial direction is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the support portion 101, and is housed from below in a housing portion 113 formed in the main body cylinder portion 21 of the mounting cap 11. .

On the other hand, the fixing member 65 may include a screw portion 67 screwed to the screwing cylinder 55 and a head portion 66 formed at the lower end portion of the screw portion 67 and enlarged with respect to the screw portion 67. I do not care.
The head portion 66 extends downward from the small diameter portion 121 (see FIG. 3) inserted into the insertion tube portion 102 in the support portion 101 described above and the lower end portion of the small diameter portion 121, and is larger than the small diameter portion 121. A large-diameter portion 122 having a diameter, and a pair of operation pieces 123 projecting outward from the lower end edge of the large-diameter portion 122 in the radial direction are provided. The operation piece 123 is formed in a sector shape whose width in the circumferential direction gradually increases as it goes from the inner side to the outer side in the radial direction, and is arranged so as to face in the radial direction.

In this case, the inner teeth 14 are sandwiched in the vertical direction between the upper end edge of the small diameter portion 121 and the discharge cap 12, and the insertion tube portion is interposed between the upper end edge of the large diameter portion 122 and the lower end edge of the inner teeth 14. The outer teeth 13 are sandwiched in the vertical direction between the support portion 101 of the external tooth support member 32 and the connecting ring 41 of the discharge cap 12 by sandwiching 102 in the vertical direction.
According to this configuration, both the external teeth 13 and the internal teeth 14 can be attached and detached simply by attaching and detaching the fixing member 65, so that the maintainability can be further improved.
Moreover, according to the contents, it becomes easy to replace with different types of internal teeth 14 and external teeth 13, and convenience and manufacturability are excellent.

In addition, in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention, it is possible to replace suitably the component in the embodiment mentioned above by the known component, and you may combine the modification mentioned above suitably.
