Description

The present invention relates to a telescopic gate.

As a conventional telescopic gate, as shown in Non-Patent Document 1, a guide rail is embedded in the ground, and a guide pin provided at the lower part of the telescopic door is engaged with the guide rail to improve the straightness of the telescopic door. There is. Such a telescopic gate has the advantage that the guide rail does not become an obstacle to the passage of people and cars, but because the guide pin is fixed to the telescopic door so that it protrudes to a position lower than the ground, the contracted telescopic door Thus, there is an inconvenience that the space between the gate pillars is narrowed by the width when the telescopic door is contracted even when fully open.

三協立山アルミ株式会社発行のカタログ「エクステリア 総合カタログ」(カタログNo.STX0580A S.11.02−1500)、第1版、20011年2月、p.956−958(フラットレールタイプ)Catalog issued by Sankyo Tateyama Aluminum Co., Ltd. “Exterior General Catalog” (Catalog No. STX0580A S.11.2-1500), first edition, February, 2001, p. 957-958 (Flat rail type)

The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances described above, and an object of the present invention is to provide an extendable gate that allows a guide rail to rotate and house a contracted telescopic door without causing a guide or a vehicle to obstruct traffic.

In order to achieve the above object, the telescopic gate according to the first aspect of the present invention comprises a suspension side gate pillar, a telescopic door connected to the suspension side gate pillar so as to be horizontally rotatable, and a guide rail embedded in the ground. The telescopic door has a guide member that can be freely engaged with and disengaged from the guide rail by moving up and down, and has an arm that protrudes toward the door end on the suspending side, and is suspended when the telescopic door is contracted. The guide member that has moved to the original side engages with the arm and moves upward, and the guide member is detached from the guide rail.

The telescopic gate according to the first aspect of the present invention has the guide rail embedded in the ground, so that the guide rail can be prevented from obstructing traffic for people and vehicles. It has an arm that protrudes toward the side, and when the telescopic door is shrunk, the guide member that has moved to the suspension side engages with the arm and moves upward, so that the guide member separates from the guide rail, The contracted telescopic door can be moved horizontally so that it does not get in the way. By engaging the guide member with the arm provided on the suspension base side, the guide member can be stably held in the state of being detached from the guide rail when the telescopic door is contracted, and it is suspended as the telescopic door expands and contracts. The guide member can be stably engaged with and disengaged from the guide rail at a predetermined position on the original side.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1-5 has shown one Embodiment of the expansion-contraction gate of this invention. The telescopic gate is provided at the boundary between a residential site and a road. As shown in FIG. 1, the door-side gate pole 1a and the suspension-side gate pole 1b erected on the ground G, and the gate pillars 1a and 1b. An extendable door 2 that opens and closes the frontage and a guide rail 3 embedded in the ground G over the entire length between the gate pillars 1a and 1b.

As shown in FIG. 1, the telescopic door 2 has a pantograph-shaped link 10 comprising a door-end side hook 8a and a suspension-side side hook 8b, and a plurality of lattice bodies 9, 9,. Connected to each other and configured to be extendable. A guide member 4 that engages with the guide rail 3 and a universal caster 11 are provided at the lower portion of the door-end side ridge 8a and the lower portion of the intermediate lattice body 9. The door end side rod 8a is provided with a pulling handle 12 for opening and closing the telescopic door 2 and a lock (not shown) for engaging with and disengaging from the door side gate pillar 1a. The suspension side rod 8b is connected to the suspension side gate column 1b by a hinge 13 so as to be horizontally rotatable.

As shown in FIG. 5, the lattice body 9 to which the guide member 4 is attached is connected to the lower ends of the front and rear lattices 7 a and 7 b and is provided with a guide pin receiver 18 and an arm receiver 19. A guide pin shaft 20 is inserted in the center of the arm receiver 19 so as to be movable up and down, and a guide pin 5 that engages with the guide rail 3 is provided at the lower end portion of the guide pin shaft 20 so as to be rotatable around a vertical axis. . A guide bar 21 extending in the front-rear direction is attached to an intermediate portion of the guide pin shaft 20. When the telescopic door 2 is extended, the guide pin shaft 20 is lowered by its own weight, the nut attaching the guide bar 21 comes into contact with the stopper 22, and the guide pin 5 is inserted into the groove 16 of the guide rail 3. Is held at a certain height. Similarly, a guide member 4 is provided at the lower end portion of the door end side rod 8a.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, an arm mounting plate 23 is provided at the lower end of the suspension side rod 8 b, and the two arms 24 and 24 are arranged in the front-rear direction on the arm mounting plate 23 toward the door end side. Installed horizontally at intervals. A resin cap 25 whose upper and lower surfaces and side surfaces are obliquely chamfered in a sharp shape at the tip is attached to the tip of the arm 24. An arm auxiliary frame 26 is provided at the lower end portion of the lattice body 9 adjacent to the suspension side rod 8b. By inserting the arm 24 into the arm auxiliary frame 26, the inclination and deflection of the arm 24 are restricted. . As shown in FIG. 2, the arm 24 is provided with such a length that the cap 25 at the tip projects from the door-end side ridge 8 a when the telescopic door 2 is contracted most.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the guide rail 3 has substantially the same length as the extended telescopic door 2 and is embedded in the ground G so that the upper surface is flush with the ground G. 14 is fixed to the door-end side gate pillar 1a and the suspension side gate pole 1b. The guide rail 3 has a main rail 3a and a suspension side end rail 3b connected to each other by a connecting bracket 15, and the length of the suspension side end rail 3b is as shown in FIG. More than a few centimeters longer than the door. As shown in FIGS. 5 (b) and 9 (a), the main rail 3a has a retaining portion 6 that protrudes inwardly on an upper portion of a groove 16 in which the guide pin 5 provided on the guide member 4 travels. As shown in FIG. 9C, the suspension side end rail 3b is formed by cutting away the retaining portion 6. As shown in FIG. 8, a guide part 17 in which a retaining portion 6 is formed in a square shape is provided at a connecting portion between the main rail 3a and the suspension side end rail 3b.

When the telescopic door 2 is contracted by holding the pulling handle 12 so that a person or a vehicle enters and exits the main telescopic gate, the guide member 4 is hung up to the tip of the arm 24 as shown in FIG. When moved to the side, the guide bar 21 is pushed up while contacting the inclined surface 25a of the cap 25 at the tip of the arm 24, and the guide pin shaft 20 and the guide pin 5 are raised accordingly. The suspension side end rail 3b of the guide rail 3 does not have the retaining portion 6, so that the rise of the guide pin 5 is not limited in this range, and the guide member 4 further moves as shown in FIG. 6 (b). When the guide bar 21 rides on the arm 24 main body by moving to the suspension base side, the guide pin 5 is detached above the guide rail 3. At this time, as shown in FIG. 7, the two arms 24 and 24 are inserted into the arm receiver 19, and the front and rear sides of the guide bar 21 are supported on the arms 24 and 24. As shown in FIG. 2, when the telescopic door 2 is completely contracted, the guide pin 5 at the lower part of the door-end side collar 8a is also removed from the guide rail 3, so that the telescopic door is shown as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2 can be horizontally rotated through the hinge 13, whereby the frontage between the gate pillars 1 a and 1 b can be opened clearly.
When the telescopic door 2 is extended, the guide pin 5 descends by its own weight and engages with the guide rail 3 as the guide member 4 moves to the door end side and the guide bar 21 moves away from the arm 24.

As described above, in the telescopic gate, when the telescopic door 2 is contracted, the guide bar 21 of the guide member 4 that has moved to the suspension side engages with the arm 24 provided on the suspension base side 8b. Since the guide pin 5 of the guide member 4 is automatically removed from the guide rail 3, the contracted telescopic door 2 can be rotated and stored as it is, and the usability is very good. By engaging the guide member 4 with the arm 24 provided on the suspension side collar 8b, the guide pin 5 can be stably held in a state of being detached from the guide rail 3 when the telescopic door 2 is contracted, and the telescopic door 2 is also telescopic. As the door 2 expands and contracts, the guide pin 5 can be stably engaged with and disengaged from the guide rail 3 at a predetermined position on the hanging base side. Furthermore, when the telescopic door 2 is contracted, the arm 24 is inserted into the arm receiver 19 of the guide member 4, so that the telescopic door 2 is curved or fluttered when the telescopic door 2 is horizontally rotated. Can be prevented. Further, since this telescopic gate is embedded in the ground G so that the guide rail 3 does not protrude from the ground G, the guide rail 3 does not become an obstacle to the passage of people and vehicles, and the guide rail 3 is extended. The main door 3a is provided over the entire length of the frontage between the gate pillars 1a and 1b, and the main rail 3a has a retaining portion 6 for restricting the guide pin 5 from being removed. 2 can be stretched straight and smoothly along the guide rail 3, and the telescopic door 2 is lifted when the telescopic door 2 is extended and the gate is closed or when the telescopic door 2 is expanded and contracted to open and close the gate. And can prevent falls. Since the guide pin 5 is provided in the center of the telescopic door 2 in the expected direction, the traveling stability of the telescopic door 2 is good. Since the guide rail 3 is provided by being connected to the base of the door end side and the suspension side gate pillars 1a and 1b, it is easy to install the guide rail 3 straight between the gate pillars 1a and 1b. Easy to do.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. A spring that biases the guide pin 5 downward may be incorporated in the guide member 4. The guide rail 3 may have no door end side portion (portion A in FIG. 1) with respect to the door end side guide pin 5 in a state where the telescopic door 2 is extended, or a suspension side end portion. There may be no. Further, the guide rail 3 may be one in which the retaining portion 6 is eliminated only in the vicinity of the tip end portion of the arm 24 (part B in FIG. 2) where the guide pin 5 engages with and disengages from the guide rail 3, or the retaining pin 6 is retained throughout the entire length. The part 6 may not be provided. The arm 24 may be attached to the lower part of the lattice body 9 on the suspension side rather than the intermediate guide member 4 instead of the suspension side rod 8b. Instead of providing the inclined surface 25a at the tip of the arm 24, an inclined surface having an upward slope toward the suspension base may be provided on the guide member 4 side. The guide rail 3 may be embedded in the ground G in a state of slightly protruding from the ground G. The configuration of the telescopic door 2 itself is arbitrary. In the present invention, in addition to the single-opening telescopic gates as in the embodiment, the double-opening telescopic gates in which the telescopic doors 2 are connected to both gate pillars 1a and 1b so as to be horizontally rotatable, and the telescopic gates for corners. It can also be applied to ones that do not have doorside gates.
