Description

The present invention relates to a tripping prevention sock knitted using a flat knitting machine.

As a means for preventing tripping during walking, socks are known that are lifted by warping the wearer's toes. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a sock in which the number of courses per unit length of the instep portion is less than that of the sole portion, and the knitted fabric of the instep portion contracts when worn to lift the toes. Yes.

However, with the conventional socks, the position of the toes shifts within the socks due to the shrinkage of the knitted fabric of the instep after a while, and the wearer's toes finally hit the knitted fabric side of the sole. There was a problem that the effect of lifting the toes was reduced.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a sock for preventing tripping and a knitting method thereof that have a high toe lifting effect and the position of the toe is difficult to shift inside the sock when worn. Objective.

The present invention is a sock knitted using a flat knitting machine, and a knitting row in a wale direction is continuous from one end side to the other end side of the side surface of the sock and is inserted into an instep part by an inlay. The sock is characterized in that the elastic yarn is folded on the toe side and wraps around the finger back, and is connected to the finger back with a tack to form an elastic contraction.

Moreover, the present invention is a sock having at least two finger bags such as a five-finger shape or a socks shape.

Further, the present invention is a method of knitting socks from the side using a flat knitting machine having at least a pair of front and back needle beds and capable of transferring stitches between the needle beds. It is characterized by that.
a) knitting from one end of the side surface of the sock so that the longitudinal direction of the sock is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the needle bed;
b) a step of knitting socks in a C shape with the front and back needle beds so as to be folded back on the toe side;
c) An elastic contraction portion is formed by alternately performing a knitting in which an elastic thread is inserted into the instep part of the sock by an inlay and a knitting in which the elastic thread is connected to the finger back part of the sock by folding back on the toe side. Forming step,
d) A step of connecting and closing the instep and the sole at the other end of the side surface of the sock.

Here, the one end side of the side surface means one located on one side surface of the sock among the boundary between the knitted fabric extending from the instep portion to the shin portion and the knitted fabric extending from the sole portion to the calf portion. The other end side refers to the boundary located on the other side of the sock.

In the present invention, the knitting row in the wale direction continues from one end side to the other end side of the side surface of the sock, and the elastic yarn inserted by the inlay in the instep part is folded back on the toe side and is applied to the finger back part. A sock for preventing tripping can be obtained that wraps around and is connected to the back of the finger with a tack to form an elastic contraction. Therefore, the elastic thread which continues from the back of the toe through the toe to the instep when passing is passed, and a high toe lifting effect is obtained. Although it is possible to form an elastic tissue that shrinks to the same part as the present invention by knitting elastic yarn on a conventional sock knitted from the mouth side or the toe side, such elastic tissue contracts vertically and horizontally. Therefore, it is difficult to form a strong contraction force in the longitudinal direction (longitudinal direction) of the sock as in the present invention. Furthermore, in the present invention, the elastic thread is connected to the sock's finger back part by tucking, so the instep part into which the elastic thread is inserted by the inlay has a higher contraction rate and can lift the toe more effectively. it can. In addition, the stitched stitch structure has a higher anti-slip effect than the tentacle structure, and the toes and socks are less likely to slip when worn, and the effect of lifting the toes does not decrease. In this specification, the description regarding the socks also applies to the sock knitting method as it is, and the description regarding the sock knitting method is also applied to the socks as it is.

Further, by applying the present invention to a sock having at least two finger bags such as a five-finger shape or a socks shape, the effect of fixing the toes to the socks is further enhanced.

It is a figure which shows the external appearance and sectional drawing of the sock for preventing tripping in the Example of this invention. It is a knitting diagram of a sock for preventing tripping in an embodiment of the present invention. It is a knitting diagram of a sock for preventing tripping in an embodiment of the present invention. It is a figure which shows the external appearance of the sock for preventing a trip in the other Example of this invention.

Hereinafter, as an example of the present invention, a stumbling prevention sock and a knitting method thereof will be described. The flat knitting machine used for knitting in the following description is a two-bed flat knitting machine having a pair of front and back needle beds. The back needle bed can be racked against the front needle bed, and a plurality of needle knitting machines are provided above the needle bed. Having a yarn feeder. The longitudinal direction of the needle bed is the left-right direction of the flat knitting machine, and is also the direction in which the carriage travels.

FIG. 1 is a view showing an appearance of a tripping prevention sock 1 in an embodiment of the present invention. 1A shows an appearance when the sock 1 is viewed from an oblique front of the toe 6, and FIG. 1B shows an XX cross-sectional view when the sock 1 is viewed from one end side 7 of the side surface. The sock 1 is formed with a knitted row in the wale direction from one end side 7 to the other end side 8 of the side surface so as to be orthogonal to the longitudinal direction from the mouth 4 to the toe 6 via the heel 5. Yes. That is, the sock 1 is formed by knitting from the one end side 7 of the side surface by the flat knitting machine, knitting the instep portion 2 and the sole portion 3 and the like, and then performing known bind off processing on the other end side 8 of the side surface. The An elastic thread 11 is inserted into the instep part 2 of the sock 1 along an arrow L in the figure by an inlay. The elastic thread 11 inserted into the instep part 2 is folded back at the toe 6, The back portion 10 is connected to the knitted fabric of the sock 1 by a tack. A single elastic thread 11 is knitted in parallel a plurality of times while being folded back on the front and back of the sock 1 to form an inlay insertion portion 9 a on the instep portion 2 and a tack connection portion 9 b on the finger back portion 10. The sock 1 has the effect of lifting the toes by the elastic contraction part 9 composed of the inlay insertion part 9a and the tack connection part 9b.

2 and 3 are knitting diagrams of the tripping sock 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention. In the knitting diagram, the number on the left side in the figure indicates the knitting step (S), the left and right arrows indicate the knitting direction, the up and down arrows indicate the transfer direction, FB indicates the front needle bed, and BB indicates the rear needle bed. Indicates. Uppercase letters A to W indicate FB knitting needles, and lowercase letters a to w indicate BB knitting needles. Further, a black circle mark indicates a new stitch formed at the knitting step or a stitch to be transferred, and V mark and Λ mark indicate a tack or a hook. Note that stitches that remain locked to the knitting needles regardless of knitting in the knitting step are indicated by broken-line circles. In the knitting step related to the insertion of the elastic yarn 11, the knitting yarn or the elastic yarn 11 passed between the front and back needle beds in the previous course may be indicated by a broken line. Reference numerals 12 and 13 denote yarn feeders, which are accompanied by a carriage (not shown), move in the knitting direction, and supply the knitting yarn to the knitting needles. In the embodiment, the yarn feeder 12 is used for knitting the sock 1, and the yarn feeder 13 is used for supplying the elastic yarn 11. In the knitting diagram, for the convenience of explanation, the number of stitches is made smaller than that of the actual knitting, and the knitting of the heel 5 that is not directly related to the main part of the present invention is not shown.

Hereinafter, the knitting steps S1 to S15 of FIGS. 2 and 3 will be described. S1 indicates a set-up knitting on one end side 7 of the side surface of the sock 1, and every other knitting needle (knitting needles A, C,..., U, W) of the FB and every other knitting needle (knitting needle b) of the BB. , D,..., T, v) are alternately formed. In subsequent S2 and S3, C-shaped knitting is performed using the knitting needles stitched in S1 so that the right side in the drawing opens. In the knitted fabric formed by C-shaped knitting, the FB side is the instep part 2 and the BB side is the sole part 3 side, and the toe 6 is formed on the left side in the figure, and the mouth 4 is formed on the right side. After a desired number of courses of C-shaped knitting are repeated, the stitches are transferred from the knitting needles C, G, K of the FB to the knitting needles c, g, k of the BB in S4. In S5, the elastic yarn 11 is inserted between the front and back needle beds from the right to the left in the drawing, and then in S6, a new stitch is formed following the stitch formed in S3, and in S7, it is opposite to S4. Next, the stitches are transferred from the knitting needles c, g, k of the BB to the knitting needles C, G, K of the FB. By the knitting of S4 to S7, the elastic yarn 11 is inserted into the knitted fabric of the instep portion 2 to form the inlay insertion portion 9a. In addition, although illustration is abbreviate | omitted in S5, if insertion is started after the elastic yarn 11 is tucked to the knitting needles M, O, P, etc. of FF, when forming a stitch with the knitting needle tacked in the subsequent processes. The starting end of the elastic yarn 11 can be fixed. The end can be fixed in the same manner in S13 described later.

In S8, the elastic yarn 11 inserted up to the toe 6 side of the sock 1 in S7 is tucked onto the knitting needles b and f of the BB while being folded back. In S9, a new stitch is formed following the stitch of the sole 3 formed in S2, so that the elastic yarn 11 tucked in S8 is connected to the finger sole 10 of the sole 3 (tack connecting portion 9b). ). In S10, the elastic yarn 11 is tucked to the knitting needles d and h of the BB shifted by one stitch from S8, and then the stitch of the sole portion 3 is formed in S11 to connect the elastic yarn 11 to the finger back portion 10 again. S12 to S15 are similar to the knitting of S4 to S7 except that the yarn feeding direction is different. After such knitting is repeated until the sock 1 has a desired foot width, the other end side 8 of the side surface of the sock 1 is closed by a well-known bind-off process (not shown). After S15, C-shaped knitting such as S2 and S3 may be repeated as many times as desired.

By the above knitting process, the tripping prevention sock 1 shown in FIG. 1 can be obtained. The sock 1 for preventing tripping according to the present embodiment has a knitted row in the wale direction continuous from one end side 7 to the other end side 8 of the side surface, and an elastic yarn 11 inserted into the instep portion 2 by an inlay. The elastic contraction part 9 is formed by being folded back on the side 6 and connected to the finger back part 10 by tucking. Therefore, the elastic thread which continues from the finger back part 10 to the instep part 2 via the toe 6 passes through at the time of wearing, and a high lifting effect of the toes is obtained. Furthermore, in the present invention, the elastic thread 11 is tucked to the finger back 10 of the sock 1 so that the instep part 2 into which the elastic thread 11 is inserted by the inlay has a higher contraction rate, making the toes more effective. Can be lifted up. In addition, the stitched stitch structure has a higher anti-slip effect than the tentacle structure, and the toes and the socks 1 are less likely to slip when worn, and the effect of lifting the toes does not decrease.

In the embodiment, an example of a tip sock in which five toes are stored in one finger bag is shown. However, as shown in FIG. 4, a finger crotch 14 is provided and the first finger bag for the thumb and the other finger are provided. It may be formed in the shape of a sock having a second finger bag for use, or may be a five-finger sock that accommodates each finger individually. Each finger bag can be formed by performing set-up knitting and bind-off processing individually. In addition, since it is not necessary to insert an elastic thread | yarn in the position of the finger crotch 14, the elastic contraction part 9 is formed for every finger bag. In addition to forming the finger bag individually, the knitting yarn is crossed between the instep part 2 and the sole part 3 from the crotch 14 to the toe 6 to connect them, and the integrated finger having a partition between the fingers It may be formed as a bag.

In the embodiment, the knitting of the heel 5 is omitted, but knitting is performed to increase the knitting width from the one end side 7 of the side surface to the half position of the foot width at the portion corresponding to the heel 5 of the sole portion 3, and thereafter the side surface By performing the knitting to reduce the knitting width to the other end side 8 of the knives, it is possible to form the ridge 5 having a bulge.

Further, in the embodiment, an example is shown in which a knitting is performed by providing an empty needle for transfer on an opposing needle bed using a two-bed flat knitting machine, but a four-bed flat knitting machine having a needle bed for transfer is shown. If it is used, it is not necessary to provide an empty needle. The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and can be implemented without departing from the gist of the present invention.
