（イ）通常掃除のためのブラシは毛の部分が平面に対して使用するようになっている物が一般的でありタイヤの形状に充分適応はしていなかった。
（ロ）タイヤの表面はゴム製で凹凸があるため雑巾の水ぶきなどは難しくブラシで水洗いをしていた。
本発明は以上の問題点を解決し、簡単な作業で効率よくタイヤ部分の砂や汚れを除去しようとするものである。There have been the following problems.
