Description

Claims (22)
- 弾性材料シートを供給するステップと、
前記弾性シートを離間した複数個の要素に切断して、要素を隣接する要素と連結して要素全体を一体的な格子とする連結部を除いて、基本的に互いに分離された複数個の要素を造成するステップと、
前記格子の片面を第1の可撓性下地と結合するステップと、
要素を隣接する要素と連結する前記連結部のすべてもしくはいくつかを取り去るかまたは切断するステップと、
を含む可撓性材料の製造方法。 - 前記連結部は前記連結部が結合される前記下地の当該部分と共に取り除かれる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記連結部は前記連結部が結合される前記第1の下地を無傷のままに残して取り除かれる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記連結部は、穿孔、切断、焼却または融蝕によって取り除かれる、請求項2または請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記連結部が取り除かれる前または取り除かれた後に、前記格子の反対面に第2の可撓性下地を結合させる追加ステップを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記シートを前記格子に切断するためにカッタが使用され、該カッタは複数のカッタブレードを含み、各々のカッタブレードは多角形断面または閉曲線断面を有している、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
