Claims (11)
- (a)蒸気/水の存在下のシフト反応器において、フィード合成ガス流を水性ガスシフト触媒と接触させて、一酸化炭素の少なくとも一部を反応させて二酸化炭素にすることによりHCN及び/又はCOSを除去して、HCN及び/又はCOSが激減した合成ガス流を得るステップ、
(b)H2S除去ゾーンにおいてこのガス流を、水性アルカリ洗浄液と接触させることによりHCN及び/又はCOSが激減した合成ガス流中の硫化水素を除去して、H2Sが激減した合成ガス流及び硫化物を含む水性流を得るステップ、
(c)硫化物を含む水性流を、バイオリアクターにおいて酸素の存在下で硫化物を酸化する細菌と接触させて、硫黄スラリー及び再生水性アルカリ洗浄液を得るステップ、
(d)H2Sが激減した合成ガス流から二酸化炭素を除去して、精製合成ガス流及びCO2を富化したガス流を得るステップ
を含む、主成分の一酸化炭素及び水素以外に、硫化水素、HCN及び/又はCOSも含むフィード合成ガス流から、精製合成ガス流を生成する方法。 - 硫化物を酸化する細菌が、チオバキルス(Thiobacillus)属及びチオミクロスピラ(Thiomicrospira)属の独立栄養好気性培養菌の群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フィード合成ガス流がシフト反応器に入る時のフィード合成ガス流中の蒸気/水の一酸化炭素に対するモル比が、好ましくは0.2:1から0.9:1の間であり、フィード合成ガス流がシフト反応器に入る時のフィード合成ガス流の温度が、190から230℃の範囲にあり、フィード合成ガス流が、乾燥ベースで少なくとも50体積%の一酸化炭素を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(c)において、硫化水素が激減した合成ガス流を、低温及び高圧で吸収液体と接触させて、これにより、ガス流から二酸化炭素を吸収液体に移して二酸化炭素を富化した吸収液体及び精製ガス流を得ることによって、二酸化炭素が除去される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
