Claims (20)
- 少なくとも1つの複合層を含む複合構造を含む構成部品表面と、
前記少なくとも1つの複合層の内部に形成され、前記構成部品表面へ熱を伝達するように構成されている、少なくとも1つの発熱体と
を含む、防氷システム。 - 前記構成部品表面に隣接して配置されている絶縁要素をさらに含み、前記絶縁要素が、前記熱伝達中の熱損失を実質的に防止するのを助けるように構成されている、請求項1記載の防氷システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの発熱体が、電線、糸、リボン、複数の導電性粒子、導電性インク、および少なくとも1つの導電性ナノチューブの内の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1記載の防氷システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの複合層が、
編まれた炭素繊維マトリックスと、
熱可塑性結合剤または熱硬化性結合剤の一方と
を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの発熱体が、前記少なくとも1つの複合層の内部に受容されて、単一複合構造を形成している、
請求項1記載の防氷システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの発熱体が、前記少なくとも1つの複合層の内部で巻回されているか、編み込まれているか、または分配されている、請求項1記載の防氷システム。
- 前記複合構造が、複数の層を含む積層構造を含み、前記少なくとも1つの発熱体が、前記複数の層の間に受容される、請求項1記載の防氷システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの発熱体に電気的に接続されておりかつ前記少なくとも1つの発熱体の両端間で電圧を供給するように構成されている電源をさらに含む、請求項1記載の防氷システム。
- 空気力学的表面であって、
少なくとも1つの複合層を含む複合構造と、
前記少なくとも1つの複合層の内部に形成された少なくとも1つの発熱体を含む防氷システムであり、前記少なくとも1つの発熱体が、空気力学的表面へ熱を伝達するように構成されている、防氷システムと
を含む、空気力学的表面。 - 前記空気力学的表面に隣接して配置されている絶縁要素をさらに含み、前記絶縁要素が、前記熱伝達中の熱損失を実質的に防止するのを助けるように構成されている、請求項8記載の空気力学的表面。

- 空気力学的表面上の氷の蓄積を実質的に防止する方法であって、
少なくとも1つの複合層を含む複合構造を作製するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの複合層の内部に少なくとも1つの発熱体を形成するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの発熱体を構成して、前記空気力学的表面に熱を伝達するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記空気力学的表面に隣接して絶縁要素を配置することにより、前記熱伝達中の熱損失を実質的に防止するステップをさらに含む、請求項15記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの発熱体を形成する前記ステップが、電線、糸、リボン、複数の導電性粒子、導電性インク、および少なくとも1つの導電性ナノチューブの内の少なくとも1つから前記少なくとも1つの発熱体を作製するステップをさらに含む、請求項15記載の方法。

をさらに含む、請求項15記載の方法。 - 複合構造を作製する前記ステップが、複数の層を含む積層構造を作製するステップをさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つの発熱体が、前記複数の層の間に受容される、請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの発熱体に電源を電気的に接続するステップをさらに含み、前記電源が、前記少なくとも1つの発熱体の両端間で電圧を供給するように構成されている、請求項15記載の方法。
