Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an inspection apparatus, an information processing method, and a program.
撮影された画像には検査情報が付与され、PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication Systems)への転送やプリント出力が行われる。
解剖学的方向はA(anterior:前面)、P(posterior:背面)、R(right:右)、L(left:左)、H(head:頭)、F(foot:足)のように頭文字によって指示される。
In recent years, hospital information systems using network connections have been constructed in hospitals. For example, if it is determined that X-ray imaging is necessary, an inspection instruction is input from a HIS (Hospital Information System) terminal and transmitted to the radiation department as a request destination. This request information is called an examination order, and this examination order includes the department name of the request source, examination items, patient personal data, and the like. When the radiation department receives the inspection order, it adds imaging conditions and transfers it to the X-ray inspection system. The X-ray inspection system performs X-ray imaging according to the received inspection order. Inspection information is given to the photographed image, and transfer to PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) and print output are performed.
The information given to the transferred image may include patient direction information. The patient direction is represented by two values indicating the anatomical direction of the transverse axis and the longitudinal axis.
Anatomical directions are A (anteria: front), P (posterio: back), R (right: right), L (left: left), H (head: head), F (foot: foot) Indicated by letters. Each value of the direction attribute is expressed in a form including at least one of these characters. For example, in the case of an image in which a person is viewed from the front, the horizontal axis is L (left: left), the vertical axis is the direction of F (foot: foot), and the patient direction is expressed as L ¥ F.
Usually, information on the patient direction is determined in advance for each imaging region, and is output with the patient direction set in advance in the captured image.
Since the patient direction is determined in advance, when photographing is performed in a direction different from the determined direction, it is necessary to correct the patient direction information to be given or the image itself. When the patient direction information to be given is corrected, there will be images with different orientations regardless of the same part to be imaged. , It will put an extra load on the verifier. Therefore, it is desirable that all images of the same part are unified in the same direction.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object thereof is to unify all images of the same part in the same direction.
Therefore, the present invention is a medical examination apparatus that displays a captured image of a patient and patient direction information indicating a preset direction of the patient associated with the captured image on a display device. A display unit; a patient direction changing unit that changes the direction indicated by the patient direction information displayed on the display device to the indicated direction when instructed to change the direction indicated by the patient direction information; and the patient When the direction indicated by the direction information is changed, the changing unit changes the direction of the captured image associated with the patient direction information to the direction indicated by the patient direction information before the change, and the changing unit sets the direction. And an output means for outputting the photographed image changed.
According to the present invention, all images of the same part can be unified in the same direction.

1 may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by software realized by the CPU executing a program stored in the memory. Moreover, the medical examination system may be comprised from several apparatus (computer), and may be comprised by one apparatus (computer). In this specification, the medical examination system is composed of one device (computer), and the function shown in FIG. 1 is executed by the CPU of the device (computer) executing a program stored in the memory. The description will be made assuming that it is realized.
Next, the operation of the medical examination system in the present embodiment will be described using the flowchart shown in FIG. FIG. 2 is a flowchart for explaining the operation (information processing) of the medical examination system. In the following, for simplification of description, the description will be made assuming that the CPU performs processing.
In step S201, the CPU inputs an inspection order. There are cases where the input is made from an external system and cases where the input is made from a medical examination system by manual operation.
In step S202, the CPU reads protocol information from the storage device via the protocol
In step S203, imaging is performed regarding the protocol included in the examination order, and the CPU inputs an X-ray image to the medical examination system. The input image is stored via the
In step S204, the CPU displays the image input in step S203 on the display device.
In step S205, the CPU displays patient direction information included in the protocol information read in step S202. The patient direction information is displayed as a character string or an icon.
In step S206, the CPU determines whether a patient direction change operation has been instructed. When determining that the patient direction changing operation has been instructed, the CPU performs a patient direction changing process in step S207. However, the CPU retains the information read via the protocol
If it is determined in step S206 that the patient direction changing operation has not been instructed, the CPU proceeds to step S208 to determine whether an examination end instruction has been issued. When determining that the end of the inspection is not instructed, the CPU proceeds to step S209 to perform other processes. The other processing here refers to processing performed before the end of the inspection, such as an operation of enlarging / rotating the image or editing of inspection information.
If it is determined in step S208 that the end of inspection has been instructed, the CPU proceeds to step S210. In step S210, the CPU compares whether the original patient direction and the patient direction for change processing are the same, and determines whether the patient direction has been changed by the end of the examination. If it is determined that the patient direction has been changed, the CPU proceeds to step S211. In step S211, the CPU rotates the image so that the changed patient direction is the same as the original patient direction.
In step S212, the CPU outputs an image and inspection information. The patient direction included in the examination information to be output is not changed, but is the original patient direction information stored via the protocol
FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating an example of an image displayed on the display device and a patient direction.
The patient direction is not automatically discriminated from the image, and is not given by looking at the image after photographing. The patient direction is preset before imaging. Pre-set before shooting and take all images in the set direction. By doing so, the same imaging region can be displayed in the same direction at the time of display.
If it is before photographing, an image is not displayed on 301, but only 302 is displayed as information of a photographing protocol to be photographed from now on, and can be used as a photographing guideline.
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of a GUI that performs an operation on a displayed image and a patient direction.
