In the prior art described in Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 2, the temperature of the vehicle seat is controlled toward the target temperature set by the occupant or the preset temperature, so that the occupant is a little hot. There is a possibility of discomfort such as cold. In this case, the passenger may finely adjust the target temperature, but it is troublesome because the target temperature needs to be reset. In addition, the sensations and body temperatures of individual occupants vary from occupant to occupant, and it is very difficult to appropriately set the temperature at which all occupants feel comfortable.
The present invention was devised in view of such points, and more appropriately and more easily provides a vehicle seat that can be controlled to a temperature at which an individual occupant can feel more comfortable. The issue is to provide.

In order to solve the above problems, the vehicle seat according to the present invention takes the following means.
First, the first invention of the present invention has a seat cushion part where the occupant sits down and a seat back part where the occupant leans back, so that the occupant skin temperature, which is the skin temperature of the seated occupant, is non-contact A non-contact temperature detecting means capable of detecting the seat surface, a seat surface temperature detecting means capable of detecting a seat surface temperature that is a surface temperature of at least one of the seat cushion part and the seat back part, and the non-contact temperature detecting means. At least one of the seat cushion portion or the seat back portion so that a temperature difference between the detected occupant skin temperature and the seat surface temperature detected by the seat surface temperature detecting means is within a predetermined temperature difference range. And a sheet temperature adjusting means for adjusting the temperature.

According to the first aspect of the invention, the temperature of the seat is adjusted so that the temperature difference between the occupant skin temperature and the seat surface temperature is within a predetermined temperature difference range. According to the second aspect of the invention, it is possible to appropriately detect the occupant's skin temperature using the non-contact temperature detecting means provided at a more appropriate position.

Next, a third invention of the present invention is the vehicle seat according to the second invention, wherein the non-contact temperature detecting means is provided in the seat back portion and in the vicinity of the center in the left-right direction. And provided above the seat back portion in the vertical direction.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, by providing the non-contact temperature detecting means at a more appropriate position, the skin temperature in the vicinity of the heart, that is, in the vicinity of the center of the occupant's torso, not the skin temperature at the occupant's terminal Therefore, the skin temperature of the occupant can be detected more appropriately.

Next, a fourth invention of the present invention is the vehicle seat according to any one of the first to third inventions, wherein the seat temperature adjusting means is instructed to perform heating. The temperature of at least one of the seat cushion part or the seat back part is adjusted so that the seat surface temperature is higher by a first predetermined temperature than the occupant skin temperature, and cooling is instructed. In this case, the temperature of at least one of the seat cushion portion or the seat back portion is adjusted so that the seat surface temperature is lower than the occupant skin temperature by a second predetermined temperature.

According to the fourth aspect of the invention, even if the skin temperature is different for each occupant, or even when the skin temperature changes gradually, the occupant is not uncomfortable such as slightly hot or slightly cold. The temperature of the vehicle seat can be controlled to an appropriate temperature.

1 is an external view illustrating an embodiment of a vehicle seat 1. It is a BB sectional view of the vehicle seat shown in FIG. (A)は冷房制御する場合の温度制御を説明するグラフであり、(B)は暖房制御する場合の温度制御を説明するグラフである。(A) is a graph explaining temperature control in the case of cooling control, and (B) is a graph explaining temperature control in the case of heating control.

EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Below, the form for implementing this invention is demonstrated using drawing. FIG. 1 shows an example of the appearance of an embodiment of a vehicle seat 1 of the present invention.
● [Appearance (Fig. 1) and configuration of the vehicle seat 1 (Fig. 2)]
As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle seat 1 includes a seat cushion portion 10 on which the occupant sits down and a seat back portion 20 on which the occupant leans back. In addition, although the vehicle seat 1 shown in the example of FIG. 1 also includes a headrest portion HR on which an occupant leans his head, the headrest portion HR may be omitted.

FIG. 2 shows an example of a BB cross-sectional view of the vehicle seat 1 shown in FIG. 1, and shows an example of an overall connection diagram of the vehicle seat 1 including the control means 40 and the operation means 41.
The seat cushion portion 10 is configured by covering the surface of the pad member 11 with the skin H, and the air conditioning unit 10A and the seat surface temperature detecting unit 31 are provided on the surface of the pad member 11 which is a surface facing the occupant. ing.
Similarly, the seat back part 20 is configured by covering the surface of the pad member 21 with the skin H, and the air conditioning unit 20A and the non-contact temperature detecting unit 30 are provided on the surface of the pad member 21, which is a surface facing the occupant. Is provided.
The air-conditioning means 10A, 20A is composed of, for example, a Peltier element or the like, and is heated or cooled based on a control signal from the control means 40. The air-conditioning means 10A and 20A are not limited to these, and may be a blower or duct switching means for introducing warm air or cold air into the seat, a heater means that enables only heating, or the like. Any device capable of heating or cooling the sheet 1 may be used.

The seat surface temperature detection means 31 is a temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the skin H in contact with the back of the skin H where the occupant is seated in the seat cushion portion 10, that is, the skin H that is the seat surface. Note that a hole 10K is formed in the air conditioning unit 10A so that the air conditioning unit 10A does not exist around the sheet surface temperature detecting unit 31, and the sheet surface temperature detecting unit 31 is disposed in the hole 10K. Yes. Further, the sheet surface temperature detecting means 31 has, for example, a thin sheet shape so as not to give the passenger a foreign object feeling.
Based on the detection signal from the seat surface temperature detecting means 31, the control means 40 can detect the seat surface temperature, which is the surface temperature of the seat cushion portion 10.

The non-contact temperature detection means 30 is provided inside the pad member 21 in the seat back portion 20 and is non-contact with the occupant, but detects the occupant's skin temperature (body temperature). It is. Note that a hole 20K is formed in the cooling / heating means 20A so that the cooling / heating means 20A does not exist between the non-contact temperature detection means 30 and the occupant, and the non-contact temperature detection means is behind the hole 20K. 30 is arranged. Since the non-contact temperature detecting means 30 is provided inside the pad member 21, it does not give the occupant a foreign object feeling.
When detecting the skin temperature of the occupant, which is the skin temperature of the occupant, if the skin temperature near the center of the occupant's torso, particularly near the heart, is detected rather than the end of the limb of the occupant, a stable skin temperature is obtained. Since it can obtain, it is more preferable.
Therefore, the non-contact temperature detecting means 30 is provided in the seat back portion 20 in the vicinity of the center in the left-right direction, and is provided in the seat back portion 20 slightly above the vertical direction. .

The operation means 41 includes, for example, heating / cooling switching means for setting whether to control the vehicle seat 1 for heating or cooling, and temperature difference setting means for setting a temperature difference with respect to the occupant's own skin temperature (body temperature) Etc. are provided.
The control means 40 reads the setting states of the heating / cooling switching means and the temperature difference setting means of the operation means 41, detects the occupant skin temperature based on the detection signal from the non-contact temperature detection means 30, and detects the seat surface temperature. Based on the detection signal from the means 31, the seat surface temperature, which is the surface temperature of the seat cushion portion 10, is detected. Then, the control unit 40 sets the air conditioning units 10A and 20A so that the temperature difference between the occupant skin temperature and the seat surface temperature falls within the temperature difference range (corresponding to a predetermined temperature difference range) set by the temperature difference setting unit. Control.
The control means 40, the operation means 41, and the cooling / heating means 10A, 20A constitute a seat temperature adjusting means.

● [Temperature control method during cooling (Fig. 3 (A))]
FIG. 3A shows the control means 40 when the occupant instructs (sets) cooling with the heating / cooling switching means and sets the temperature difference to ΔTc (for example, about 5 ° C.) with the temperature difference setting means. It is a graph explaining a temperature control state.
Since the occupant has set cooling, it is preferable that the surface temperature of the vehicle seat 1 is slightly lower than the occupant's skin temperature in order to make the occupant feel comfortable cooling. Furthermore, in order not to make the passenger feel cold, it is preferable to adjust the temperature of the vehicle seat 1 so that the temperature difference between the seat surface temperature of the vehicle seat 1 and the passenger skin temperature is within a predetermined temperature difference range.
Therefore, the control means 40 has a sheet surface temperature detected using the sheet surface temperature detection means 31 lower than the passenger skin temperature detected using the non-contact temperature detection means 30 by ΔTc (corresponding to a second predetermined temperature). Air-conditioning means 10A and 20A are controlled to be cooled so that the temperature is reached.
As a result, even when the skin temperature (body temperature) differs for each occupant, or even when the occupant's skin temperature changes gradually, the temperature that makes each occupant feel more comfortable and appropriate In addition, the temperature of the vehicle seat 1 can be adjusted.

● [Temperature control method during heating (Fig. 3 (B))]
FIG. 3B shows the control means 40 when the occupant instructs (sets) heating with the heating / cooling switching means and sets the temperature difference to ΔTh (for example, about 6 ° C.) with the temperature difference setting means. It is a graph explaining a temperature control state.
Since the occupant has set heating, in order to make the occupant feel comfortable warmth, it is preferable to make the surface temperature of the vehicle seat 1 slightly higher than the skin temperature of the occupant. Further, in order not to make the passenger feel hot, it is preferable to adjust the temperature of the vehicle seat 1 so that the temperature difference between the seat surface temperature of the vehicle seat 1 and the passenger skin temperature is within a predetermined temperature difference range.
Therefore, the control means 40 has the seat surface temperature detected using the seat surface temperature detection means 31 higher than the passenger skin temperature detected using the non-contact temperature detection means 30 by ΔTh (corresponding to the first predetermined temperature). Heating control is performed on the air conditioning units 10A and 20A so that the temperature is reached.
As a result, even when the skin temperature (body temperature) differs for each occupant, or even when the occupant's skin temperature changes gradually, the temperature that makes each occupant feel more comfortable and appropriate In addition, the temperature of the vehicle seat 1 can be adjusted.
