Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optometric test frame that allows a user to simulate wearing of vision correction glasses with a popular correction high-curve lens for use in sunglasses or the like, which is greatly curved in a lateral direction, or toward the side surface of the face.SOLUTION: In the optometric test frame, a pair of horizontal arm materials for supporting lens receiving rings are inserted into a horizontal guide groove of a sheath-shaped holder member from both right and left ends, and the horizontal arm materials are slidable around the holder member in the lateral direction of the lens receiving rings to adjust PD (pupil distance). A pivot is provided to project from the upper end of the center of each lens receiving ring to rotatably pivotally support the lens receiving ring in such a way that the lens receiving ring is parallel to the axial center of each horizontal arm material or that the angle to the axial center is 20 degrees or 25 degrees. The front end face of a temple connection hinge is located 7-14 mm behind the front face of the lens receiving ring.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an optometry test frame, and more particularly to an optometry test frame used when preparing spectacles using a high curve lens with a degree.

Recently, in order to fit the curve of the face, sunglasses using so-called high-curve lenses that are curved more horizontally than ordinary lenses, that is, toward the back of the side of the face, have become popular. Sunglasses using high-curve lenses with degrees There is also an increasing demand for such.

The high-curve lens is greatly curved in the horizontal direction, so when mounted on a spectacle frame, the relative position of the wearer's eyeball and lens is significantly different from that of a normal lens. When the optometry is adjusted, the user may feel uncomfortable and may not be able to endure wearing for a long time. However, there is no suitable test frame for optometry that can be used for high-curve lenses, and it is not possible to let the user experience how the eyeglass frame looks when a high-curve lens with a degree is attached. It was difficult to prepare glasses using high-curve lenses that can be worn comfortably.

As a result of research to realize glasses using a high-curve lens with a degree that can be worn comfortably, the present inventor succeeded in developing a convenient test frame for optometry that can actually experience the feeling of wearing a high-curve lens with a degree And provided herein as the present invention.

A pair of horizontal arm members for supporting the lens receiving ring are inserted into the horizontal guide groove of the sheath-shaped holder member from the left and right ends, and the horizontal arm member centering on the holder member is used for PD (pupil distance) alignment. In a test frame for optometry that is slidable in the left and right direction of the lens receiving ring, a pivot shaft is projected from the center upper end of the lens receiving ring, and the lens receiving ring is parallel to the axis of the horizontal arm member or By pivoting so that it is 20 degrees or 25 degrees with respect to the core, the front end surface of the temple connection hinge is positioned 7 to 14 mm behind the front surface of the lens receiving ring. The above problem has been solved.

A test lens is attached to the lens receiving ring and is actually worn to check the degree of vision correction. The pivot is used, and the lens receiving ring frame is set 20 degrees or 25 to the side about the vertical direction. If it is rotated, the state of wearing a spectacle frame fitted with a high curve lens is reproduced, and the user can feel the wearing feeling of the high curve lens.
Further, since the front end surface of the temple connection hinge is located 7 to 14 mm behind the front surface position of the lens receiving ring, it interferes with the temple even when the lens receiving ring is rotated sideways. Therefore, the test lens can be attached to and detached from the lens receiving ring, and the optometry work can be carried out smoothly.
Furthermore, the structure is simple and can be manufactured at a cost that is not much different from that of a normal optometry frame, and of course, it can also be used for optometry of a normal spectacle frame, which has been difficult until now. This makes it easy for the user to experience the feeling of wearing, and has the effect of further expanding the range of use of the high curve lens with a degree.

The front view which abbreviate | omitted a part of one Example of the test frame for optometry based on this invention, and was drawn. Similarly, the bottom view of the principal part which abbreviate | omitted and depicted some test frames for optometry shown in FIG. Similarly, the bottom view of the principal part which abbreviate | omitted and drawn a part of the state which rotated the lens receiving ring to the angle of 20 degree | times or 25 degree | times.

The greatest feature lies in that the lens receiving ring is pivotally supported on the horizontal arm member for supporting the lens receiving ring frame so that the lens receiving ring can be rotated at an angle of 20 degrees or 25 degrees in the lateral direction with the vertical direction as an axis.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a lens receiving ring, which has a ring shape, and can detachably hold a test lens (not shown) having a disk shape on the front surface side and the back surface side. Reference numeral 2 denotes a holder member for holding the lens receiving ring. The holder member includes a horizontal portion 3 having a sheath shape and a nose pad fixing portion 4 having a substantially inverted triangle provided integrally therewith. It has a symmetrical shape. In the figure, 5 is a nose pad, and 6 is a slide piece for sliding the nose pad 5 up and down.

On the other hand, a pair of horizontal arm members 7 are positioned on both sides of the holder member 2 so as to face the inner side, that is, toward the holder member 2, and are formed in the horizontal portion 3 of the holder member 2. It is inserted into the guide groove 8 and is held slidable to the left and right for the PD (pupil distance) alignment with the holder member 2 as the center. A plate 9 is attached, and from the upper part of the support plate 9, tooth teeth 10 are extended so as to be parallel to the horizontal arm material 7. The tooth bridge 10 is inserted into the sheath-shaped horizontal portion 3 of the holder member 2, and the teeth 11, 11 of the pair of tooth teeth 10, 10 are vertically opposed in the horizontal portion 3. . In this embodiment, the tooth bridge 10 is made of a polyamide resin.

In the horizontal portion 3, a polyamide resin pinion 12 that meshes with the teeth 11, 11 of the tooth jaws 10, 10 is pivotally supported. A pivot shaft that is provided integrally with the pinion 12. Both end portions of the holder member 2 protrude to the front surface side and the back surface side of the holder member 2, and a retaining disc (not shown) is fitted to the end of the pivot shaft protruding to the back surface side. A pinion rotating knob 17 is integrally formed at the end of the pinion. Note that these configurations are basically the same as the optometry glasses previously proposed by the inventor as Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-262474.

Further, a plate-shaped lens receiving ring mounting piece 18 is extended from the lower surface of the support plate 9 so as to be parallel to the lower surface of the horizontal arm member 7. On the other hand, a fixed piece 19 having a horizontal upper surface is provided on the upper portion of the lens receiving ring 1. The lens receiving ring 1 is attached to the horizontal arm member 7 so that the lens receiving ring 1 can be rotated left and right about the vertical direction as indicated by an arrow in FIG. In addition, two projecting elements 21 projecting downward are formed on the lower surface of the lens receiving ring mounting piece 18 with a space therebetween, and come into contact with the side surface of the fixed piece 19 as shown in FIG. In addition, the lens receiving ring 1 is selected at an A position parallel to the axis X of the horizontal arm member 7, or a B position at an angle of 20 degrees or 25 degrees with respect to the axis X as shown in FIG. It is designed to be able to rotate. The angle of 20 degrees or 25 degrees coincides with the curve angle of a general high curve lens when the high curve lens is attached to the glasses.

Further, the front end surface 25 of the temple connection hinge 24 on which the front end of the temple 23 is pivotally supported is disposed so as to be located 7 to 14 mm behind the front surface of the lens receiving ring 1. In the figure, reference numeral 26 denotes a connecting piece for connecting the temple connecting hinge 24 and the horizontal arm member 7.
The first embodiment has the above-described configuration. In this embodiment, a test lens is attached to the lens receiving ring 1 and is actually worn to check the degree of vision correction. In this case, if the pivot shaft 20 is used and the lens receiving ring 1 is rotated 20 degrees or 25 degrees laterally about the vertical direction as shown in FIG. The state of wearing a spectacle frame fitted with a lens is reproduced, and the user can experience the feeling of wearing a high curve lens.
Further, since the front end face 25 of the temple connection hinge 24 is located 7 to 14 mm behind the front face of the lens receiving ring 1, as shown in FIG. 3, the lens receiving ring 1 is rotated sideways. Even at the position B, the test lens can be attached to and detached from the lens receiving ring 1 without interfering with the temple 23, and the optometry work can be carried out smoothly.

Therefore, the user can easily experience the wearing feeling of the high curve lens, which has been difficult until now, and the use range of the high curve lens with a degree can be further expanded.

Of course, it can be used not only in sunglasses but also in general glasses for correcting vision.
