The front portion 2b of the hood cap 1 is formed with a window 3 for viewing through the eyes of the operator.
As shown in FIGS. 3, 5 and 6, the upper portion 2a of the hood cap 1 is constituted by a cloth-like outer covering member 4 and a mesh-like inner covering member 5 in an inner / outer double structure. Has been. A storage portion 6 is formed between the outer cover member 4 and the inner cover member 5, and a helmet 7 that protects the operator's head is stored in the storage portion 6.

Further, the outer covering member 4 is provided with an opening 9 through which the helmet 7 can be taken in and out, and a fastener 10 (an example of an opening / closing means) for opening and closing the opening 9. The opening 9 is formed along the front-rear direction. In addition, the helmet 7 is formed in a bowl shape, and there is no helmet or the like protruding outside.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the rear portion 2 c of the hood cap 1 is provided with a fastening means 12 that takes looseness around the head. The fastening means 12 includes a fastening band 13 provided at the rear part 2c of the hood cap 1, one hook-and-loop fastener 14 provided at the free end of the fastening band 13, and the other provided at the rear part 2c of the hood cap 1. And the surface fastener 15. The other hook-and-loop fastener 15 is located on one side of the base end of the fastening band 13 so that both hook-and-loop fasteners 14 and 15 are detachable.

Further, a string 16 for narrowing this portion is passed through the lower portion of the main body 2 of the hood cap 1, and both end portions 16 a of the string 16 are hung outward from the rear portion 2 c of the hood cap 1. The skirt portion 19 covers the operator's shoulder, and the lower portion is widened.

Hereinafter, the operation of the above configuration will be described.
When working in a clean room, the worker first covers the mouth with a mask and the head with a hair net, and then covers the head and face with the hood cap 1 from the head as shown in FIG. Furthermore, the lower part of the main body 2 of the hood cap 1 is squeezed by pulling and tying both ends 16 a of the string 16. Thereby, it can prevent that an operator's hair etc. fall in a clean room.

When it is necessary to protect the head for work in a clean room, the operator opens the fastener 10 as shown in FIG. 5, and the helmet 7 is stored in the hood cap 1 from the opening 9 as shown in FIG. Insert into part 6. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 7, when the operator closes the fastener 10, the opening 9 is closed and the helmet 7 is stored in the storage unit 6, so that the worker's head is protected by the helmet 7. .

As described above, when the worker puts the hood cap 1 on the head and stores the helmet 7 in the storage portion 6, the helmet 7 is sandwiched and fixed between the outer covering member 4 and the inner covering member 5. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the position of the helmet 7 from shifting during work.

When the helmet 7 is unnecessary, the fastener 10 is opened and the helmet 7 may be removed from the storage portion 6 to the outside of the hood cap 1. Thus, since the helmet 7 can be easily attached to and detached from the hood cap 1 with the hood cap 1 mounted on the head in the clean room, the convenience is very good.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the head of the hood cap 1 can be obtained by bringing one hook-and-loop fastener 14 into close contact with the other hook-and-loop fastener 15 in a state where the fastening band 13 is pulled in the direction A of the other hook-and-loop fastener 15. Since the looseness around the side can be removed, the hood cap 1 can be closely adhered to the operator's head.

In the above embodiment, the fastener 10 is used as an example of the opening / closing means. However, the opening 9 may be opened and closed using a hook-and-loop fastener or a button.
In the above embodiment, the opening 9 is formed in the front-rear direction, but it may be formed in the left-right direction.

In the above embodiment, the helmet 7 is attached to the hood cap 1 after the worker wears the hood cap 1, but the helmet 7 is first attached to the hood cap 1 in this state, The cap 1 may be attached.

In the embodiment described above, the worker wears a clean mask before wearing the hood cap 1, but the mask may be unnecessary. Moreover, after mounting | wearing a hair net, you may wear the food cap 1 and may mount | wear with a mask after that.

In the above embodiment, the food cap 1 is usually white, but the upper portion 2a of the food cap 1 may be colored other than white. Thereby, it can distinguish with the food cap which does not incorporate the helmet like the past. Therefore, it can be determined at a glance that the worker is using the hood cap 1 with a built-in helmet.

In the above embodiment, the head and the face (nose and mouth) are covered with the hood cap 1 as shown in FIG. 7, but as another embodiment, the front of the hood cap 1 as shown in FIG. An opening 21 may be formed in the portion 2b, and the face (eyes, nose, mouth) may be exposed from the opening 21.
