Description

The present invention relates to a humidifier for humidifying a dry room.

In recent years, humidifiers that vaporize by containing water in a rotating member have become widespread (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

The humidifying device described in Patent Literature 1 includes a water storage container, a vaporizing element, and a water wheel, and the vaporizing element is disposed above the water level when the water container is full, and has been carried from the water container by the water wheel. Is vaporizing. The vaporizing element is away from the water surface of the water storage container, and if the operation of the water turbine is stopped, water does not move to the vaporizing element when the humidification operation is stopped, so that humidification can be stopped reliably. Thus, the humidification device is provided that reliably stops the humidification action when the humidification operation is stopped, and suppresses wasteful consumption of water.

However, the humidifying device described in Patent Document 1 has a problem that it is necessary to provide at least a water storage container in which the water wheel is submerged, and the device is increased in size.

In addition, the water wheel is exposed to room air on the one hand and submerged in the water storage container on the other hand, and this state is repeated, so that germs contained in the room air are mixed into the water storage container. Further, a part of the water supplied to the vaporizing element is not vaporized and finally drops into the water storage container, and various germs contained in the room air are mixed into the water storage container. In such a case, there is a problem that various germs propagate in the water storage container and water containing the various germs is supplied to the vaporizing element.

In addition, tap water is used for humidification, but generally tap water contains calcium, magnesium, etc., and a part of the water supplied to the vaporizing element as described above is vaporized and remains. When the humidification operation proceeds and the water in the water storage container decreases, the concentration of the above-described scale components such as calcium and magnesium increase in the water storage container. Ascended water will remain. In this case, water having a high concentration of scale component is finally supplied to the vaporizing element, and the deposition of the scale component on the vaporizing element is likely to occur. Had the problem of lowering.

Therefore, the present invention solves such problems, and reliably stops the humidification operation when the humidification operation is stopped, and eliminates contamination and breeding of bacteria in the supply water while suppressing wasteful consumption of water. An object of the present invention is to provide a humidifier that can provide a highly safe humidifier and that can eliminate the concentration of scale components of the feed water and suppress a decrease in humidification efficiency.

In order to achieve this object, the present invention carries a water supply tank for supplying water, a vaporizing member for vaporizing water supplied from the water supply tank, and a certain amount of water from the water supply tank to the vaporizing member. Further, water is supplied to a portion that moves upward with respect to the rotation of the vaporizing member.

By these means, the initial purpose is achieved.

As described above, the present invention provides a water supply tank for supplying water, a vaporization member for vaporizing water supplied from the water supply tank, a certain amount of water from the water supply tank to the vaporization member, and the vaporization member. Water supply means for supplying water, and the water supply tank is disposed above the vaporization member, so that water is supplied directly from the water supply tank to the vaporization member. Since it is not touched, it is possible to supply a highly safe humidifier that eliminates contamination of the supply water. In addition, since the water supply tank is disposed above the vaporizing member, water can be supplied by dropping the water, so that a special driving force such as a pump is not required and the above can be realized with a simple configuration.

In addition, since a drainage tank for storing surplus water from the vaporizing member is provided and the drainage tank is disposed below the vaporizing member, the vaporization amount in the vaporizing member varies depending on the surrounding conditions, Even if the amount is small, the water that could not be vaporized is stored in the drainage tank, so there is no risk of water leakage. Furthermore, since the scale component contained in the tap water does not vaporize, it will be concentrated to the moisture that could not be vaporized, but since it is stored in the drainage tank, this water will not be supplied to the vaporizing member again, It is possible to supply a humidifier that can suppress a decrease in humidification ability due to the deposition of scale components on the vaporizing member.

In addition, the water supply tank includes a water supply port at the bottom and a shut-off valve that closes the water supply port and seals the water supply tank, and the water supply means supplies the fixed amount of water by opening the block valve for a predetermined time. Therefore, it is equipped with a water supply port provided in the water supply tank and a closing valve that closes the water supply port, and the amount of water supply can be adjusted by the opening of the closing valve and the opening time. The amount of water can be adjusted.

Further, since the driving means for driving the closing valve is provided, the opening and the opening time can be adjusted by the driving means.

Further, a spring member that presses the blocking valve against the water supply port, closes the water supply port, and a pressing rod that pushes up the blocking valve by pressing from below and opens the water supply port, and the driving means pushes up the pressing rod. Therefore, the blocking valve is opened by pressing the blocking valve against the water supply port by the tension of the spring, and the spring is contracted by the pressing rod and the blocking valve is separated from the water supply port to open and supply water. The water can be supplied with a simple configuration.

In addition, a water receiving portion for receiving water flowing out from the water supply tank is provided, and the water receiving portion has a push-up means for pushing up the pressing rod, and the water receiving portion pushes up the pressing rod by driving up and down. By providing the water receiving portion, a certain amount of water is once stored in the water receiving portion and then supplied to the vaporizing member, so that a stable amount of water can be supplied to the vaporizing member.

In addition, a driving means for driving the vaporizing member is provided, the driving means is provided with a motor and a motor gear, a gear meshing with the motor gear is provided around the vaporizing member, and the water receiving portion pushing-up means for pushing up the water receiving portion is provided. Since it is provided around the vaporizing member, the vaporizing member is rotated by a combination of a gear and a motor, and can be easily configured. When the vaporizing member rotates, the supplied water is uniformly distributed to the vaporizing member, so that the humidification efficiency is improved. Also, by opening and closing the closing valve in accordance with this rotation, water can be supplied at regular intervals, and water can be supplied uniformly to the vaporizing member. Further, by disposing the push-up means around the vaporizing member, it is easy to adjust the push-up interval and time, and the water amount can be adjusted with a simple configuration.

Further, after the water receiving portion is driven downward and the lifting means is separated from the pressing rod, the water stored in the water receiving portion is supplied to the vaporizing member, so that the water receiving portion supplies water to the vaporizing member. When doing so, by closing the closing valve of the water supply tank, it is possible to supply a certain amount of water to the vaporizing member and to suppress the continuous flow of water from the water supply tank.

Further, when the water receiving portion is driven upward and the push-up means pushes up the pressing rod, the water storage upper end of the water receiving portion is positioned higher than the water supply port of the water supply tank. When the push-up means pushes up the push rod, the water storage upper end of the water receiving portion is positioned higher than the water supply port of the water supply tank, so that after the water receiving portion is filled with water, Even if the water supply port is open, the supply of water is stopped and water is not continuously supplied.

Further, a water receiving portion opening is provided at a lower portion of the water receiving portion, and a water receiving portion closing valve for closing the water receiving portion opening is provided. When the water receiving portion is driven and moved downward, the water receiving portion is closed. Since the water blocking part is driven, the water receiving part opening is opened, and the water stored in the water receiving part is supplied to the vaporizing member. By opening when supplying water to the member, water can be supplied to the vaporizing member.

In addition, a spring member that presses the water receiving portion blocking valve against the water receiving portion opening is provided. In a normal state, the spring member presses the water receiving portion blocking valve against the water receiving portion opening. The water receiving part blocking valve is closed by pressing it against the water receiving part opening, and the spring is shrunk and the water receiving part closing valve is separated from the water receiving part opening to open and supply water. Water can be supplied.

Further, since the water receiving portion is detachably installed, the user can remove and clean the water receiving portion by installing the water receiving portion so that a clean humidifier can be provided.

In addition, since water exceeding the humidifying capacity is supplied to the vaporizing member, it is possible to drain the concentrated water of the scale component to the drainage tank by always draining, so that the scale component is deposited on the vaporizing member. Can be suppressed.

In addition, since the drainage tank is equipped with a water level sensor and the humidification operation is stopped when the predetermined amount of water is reached, the drainage tank is equipped with a water level sensor and the humidification operation is stopped when the predetermined amount of water is reached. The overflow of water from the tank can be suppressed.

In addition, a water level sensor is provided in the drain tank and the water supply is stopped when the predetermined amount of water is reached. Therefore, a water level sensor is provided in the drain tank and the water supply is stopped when the predetermined amount of water is reached. The supply of water is stopped and the overflow of water from the drainage tank can be suppressed.

In addition, when the humidification operation is stopped, the drive is stopped with the water supply tank being sealed, so when the humidification operation is stopped, the drive is stopped with the water supply tank being sealed, so that water and air may be touched. There is no contamination with bacteria. In addition, it is possible to provide a humidifying device that does not continue to supply water from the water supply tank and that does not have problems such as water leakage.

In addition, since water is supplied above the center of the vaporizing member, water is supplied above the center of the vaporizing member, so that the water spreads downward due to gravity and is uniformly applied to the vaporizing member. Can be supplied with water.

Further, since water is supplied to a portion that moves upward with respect to the rotation of the vaporizing member, water is supplied to the portion that moves upward with respect to the rotation of the vaporizing member, so that the water is moved downward by gravity. Due to the spread of the gas and the upward rotation of the vaporizing member, water can spread over the uniform vaporizing member, and a humidifying device with high vaporization efficiency can be obtained.

The fan motor 5 is located on the downstream side of the ventilation method of the vaporizing member 4. The vaporizing member 4 is rotatably supported by the main body 1 and is rotationally driven by a motor 6 which is a driving means. A water supply tank 7 for supplying water is provided above the vaporizing member 4, and water is supplied from the water supply tank 7 to the vaporizing member 4. The supplied water spreads throughout the vaporizing member 4 due to the rotation of the vaporizing member 4, and is vaporized by the fan motor 5 into the air supplied from the room. And it supplies in a room | chamber interior as humidified air from the blower outlet 3. FIG. A part of the water supplied to the vaporizing member 4 flows downward as surplus water without being vaporized, and is drained and stored in a drainage tank 8 installed under the vaporizing member 4.

The drain tank 8 is provided with a water level sensor 9. The water level sensor 9 is composed of a float that floats on water, a magnet attached to the float, and a Hall IC that detects the magnetic force of the magnet. When the surplus water is full in the drain tank 8, the float floats on the water. The Hall IC detects a change in magnetic force and detects a full water condition. Then, when the water level sensor 9 detects full water, the supply of water from the water supply tank 7 is stopped.

FIG. 3 shows a schematic configuration diagram of the humidifier. The vaporizing member 4 is placed in a frame 10 having a central axis, and has a gear 11 around the frame 10. The gear 11 meshes with a motor gear 12 attached to a motor 6 that is a driving means in a rotatable manner. The motor gear 12 is rotated by the motor 6, and the vaporizing member 4 is rotated via the gear 11.

The water supply tank 7 includes a water supply port 13 at a lower portion thereof, and includes a closing valve 14 that closes the water supply port 13. The shut-off valve 14 is made of a material such as rubber, and closes the water supply port 13 while changing its shape. A push rod 15 is disposed on the shut-off valve 14 and is attached to the water supply tank 7 by a spring member 16. The shutoff valve 14 attached to the pressing rod 15 is pressed against the water supply port 13 by the tension of the spring member 16 and the water supply tank 7 is sealed. When the push rod 15 is pushed up, the shut-off valve 14 is separated from the water supply port 13 and water is supplied.

A water receiving portion 17 is provided below the water supply port 13 of the water supply tank 7. The water receiving part 17 is arrange | positioned so that the water supplied from the water supply tank 7 may be received. The water receiver 17 is installed so as to be movable in the vertical direction. The water receiving portion 17 has a water receiving portion opening 18 at the lower portion, and a water receiving portion closing valve 19 is provided so as to close the water receiving portion opening 18. A pressure rod 20 is connected to the water receiving portion blocking valve 19 and is installed in the water receiving portion 17 via a spring member 21. When the water receiving part 17 moves downward, the pressing rod 20 pushes up the water receiving part closing valve 19 and the water receiving part opening part 18 opens, so that the water stored in the water receiving part 17 flows out. On the other hand, the water receiving portion blocking valve 19 is provided with a push-up means 22 coaxially with the pressing rod 20. When the water receiving part 17 moves upward, the pressing rod 15 of the water supply tank 7 is pushed up, the closing valve 14 is moved upward, and the water supply tank 7 is opened so that water flows out. At this time, in the water receiving part 17, the water receiving part closing valve 19 is applied with a force in a direction to close the water receiving part opening 18, so that the water receiving part opening 18 is closed and flows out of the water supply tank 7. The water is temporarily stored in the water receiver 17. Furthermore, when the water receiving part 17 moves upward, the upper end of the water receiving part 17 is arrange | positioned so that it may be in the position of the vertically upper direction from the water supply port 13 of the water supply tank 7. FIG. By arranging in this way, the outflow of water flowing out from the water supply tank 7 stops when the water surface rises to the lower end position of the water supply port 13 of the water supply tank 7 in the water receiving portion 17.

Below the water receiving portion 17, a water guiding portion 23 that guides water flowing out from the water receiving portion 17 to the vaporizing member 4 is provided. The water guide portion 23 has a convex portion 24 that presses the pressing rod 20 of the water receiving portion 17 when the water receiving portion 17 moves downward, and a downward slope toward the vaporizing member 4, An inclined portion 25 for guiding water to the vaporizing member 4 is provided.

Around the frame 10 of the vaporizing member 4, a plurality of convex portions which are water receiving portion pushing-up means 26 for pushing up the water receiving portion 17 are provided. On the other hand, the water receiving portion 17 is provided with a receiving convex portion 27 that receives the convex portion of the water receiving portion pushing-up means 26. As the frame 10 rotates, the water receiving part push-up means 26 comes into contact with the receiving convex part 27 of the water receiving part 17 and pushes up the water receiving part 17. Thereafter, when further rotated, the water receiving portion push-up means 26 and the receiving convex portion 27 are separated, and the water receiving portion 17 moves downward due to its gravity. Although not shown, the water receiving portion 17 may be installed in the main body via a spring and moved downward by the action of the tension of the spring. With the rotation of the frame 10, the water receiving part push-up means 26 sequentially and sequentially contacts the receiving convex part 27 of the water receiving part 17 and moves the water receiving part 17 up and down.

FIG. 4 shows an outline of the operation of the water supply means. When the water receiving portion 17 has moved upward (a), the water receiving portion opening 18 of the water receiving portion 17 is closed by the water receiving portion closing valve 19. On the other hand, the water supply port 13 of the water supply tank 7 is opened when the push-up means 22 of the water receiving part 17 pushes up the closing valve 14 of the water supply tank 7. Thereby, the water in the water supply tank 7 flows out from the water supply port 13 to the water receiving portion 17. Although water flows out to the water receiving part 17, when the water surface rises to the position of the water supply port 13, the water supply port 13 is blocked by the water surface, and the outflow of water stops. That is, when a certain amount of water has accumulated in the water receiving portion 17, the water supply is stopped.

When the water receiving portion 17 has moved downward (b), the push-up means 22 that has pushed up the shut-off valve 14 of the water supply tank 7 will also move downward, and the shut-off valve 14 is tensioned by the spring member 16. Is pressed against the water supply port 13 to close it. Thereby, the water supply tank 7 is sealed. On the other hand, the water receiving portion 17 is configured such that the pressing rod 20 of the water receiving portion 17 abuts the convex portion 24 of the water guiding portion 23 installed below the water receiving portion 17, and opens the water receiving portion blocking valve 19. Since it pushes up in the direction away from the part 18, the water receiving part opening part 18 will open. As a result, the water accumulated in the water receiving portion 17 flows out from the water receiving portion opening 18 downward. The water that has flowed out flows out in the direction of the vaporizing member 4 along the inclined portion 25 of the water guide portion 23.

Thus, a certain amount of water is continuously supplied to the vaporizing member 4 by the vertical movement of the water receiving portion 17.

The amount of water supplied to the vaporizing member 4 can be arbitrarily set by adjusting the capacity of the water receiving portion 17 and the cycle speed of the vertical movement of the water receiving portion 17. Further, the cycle speed of the vertical movement of the water receiving portion 17 can be arbitrarily set according to the rotation speed of the vaporizing member 4 and the number of the water receiving portion pushing means 26 of the frame 10 of the vaporizing member 4.

Thus, even if it does not equip special power like a water pump for supplying water, it is a simple composition which can supply a fixed quantity of water to vaporization member 4 by interlocking with rotation of vaporization member 4. It can be used as a water supply means.

In the above configuration, since water can be directly supplied to the vaporizing member 4 from the water supply tank 7, even when the operation of the humidifier is stopped, it is possible to prevent the water to be humidified from coming into contact with the surrounding air, It is possible to prevent various germs in the air from mixing into the supply water and causing problems such as propagation of germs. In addition, when the operation of the humidifying device is stopped through the water receiving unit 17, the water receiving unit 17 is emptied if the vertical position of the water receiving unit 17 is controlled to stop at the lower position. The operation can be stopped in the state, and the supply water can be prevented from touching the surrounding air when the humidification operation is stopped.

Furthermore, since the water supply tank 7 is installed upward from the vaporizing member 4, the water is supplied by flowing down due to its gravity, so that it does not require any power such as a water supply pump, and has a simple structure. The above can be realized.

A drain tank 8 is provided below the vaporizing member 4, and excess water out of the water supplied to the vaporizing member 4 is configured to flow down to the drain tank 8. Water that exceeds the capability of the vaporizing member 4 to be vaporized is supplied, and the difference in vaporized water from the supplied water is stored in the drainage tank 8. Usually, tap water is used as water used in the humidifier. This is due to the fact that tap water is strictly controlled by the Water Supply Law, and its components are very safe and stable throughout the country. Another factor is that the sterilization of chlorine is relatively difficult to propagate in the sealed state. However, a small amount of so-called scale components such as calcium and magnesium are contained.

As the vaporization of water proceeds on the surface of the vaporizing member 4, the scale component remains without being vaporized, so that the concentration of the scale component gradually increases. And if it exceeds a certain concentration, the scale component tends to precipitate. And when this scale component precipitates on the vaporization member 4 surface, vaporization capability will fall and the humidification efficiency will fall.

As described above, by setting the excess water to flow into the drainage tank 8, it is possible to drain the water whose vaporization has progressed on the vaporization member 4 and the scale component concentration has increased, and the precipitation on the vaporization member 4 is prevented. It is possible to suppress the decrease in humidification performance.

Moreover, since the water receiving part 17 is installed so that removal is possible, by installing the water receiving part 17 so that removal is possible, a user can remove and clean and can provide a clean humidifier.

Moreover, since the water level sensor 9 is provided in the drainage tank 8 and the humidification operation is stopped when a predetermined amount of water is reached, overflow of the water from the drainage tank 8 can be suppressed.

That is, when the water level sensor 9 detects that the drain tank 8 is full, the driving of the motor 6 that drives the vaporizing member 4 is stopped, the rotation of the vaporizing member 4 is stopped, and the vertical driving of the water receiving portion 17 is also stopped. . As a result, the supply of water to the vaporizing member 4 is stopped, and the outflow of excess water to the drainage tank 8 is also stopped. Thus, surplus water does not flow in excess of the full water in the drainage tank 8, and it is possible to prevent water from overflowing and leaking. At this time, by stopping the motor 6 at a position where the water receiving portion 17 is stopped at the lower position, the humidifier can be stopped while all the water is drained into the water receiving portion 17. In addition, it is possible to suppress the propagation of various germs in the water receiver 17.

Further, when the motor 6 is stopped and the supply of water to the vaporizing member 4 is stopped, the operation of the fan motor 5 can be continued. In this case, since the supply of water to the vaporizing member 4 is stopped, the outflow of water exceeding the full water in the drainage tank 8 is suppressed, so that leakage of water can be prevented and the rotation of the vaporizing member 4 is stopped. After that, since the air blowing by the fan motor 5 is continued, the operation can be stopped after the vaporizing member 4 is dried. Thereby, propagation of various bacteria on the vaporizing member 4 can be suppressed, and problems such as odor can be suppressed.

Further, since water is supplied above the center of the vaporizing member 4, the water is supplied upward from the center of the vaporizing member 4, thereby utilizing the action of water spreading downward due to gravity. 4 can be supplied with water uniformly.

Further, since water is supplied to the portion that moves upward with respect to the rotation of the vaporizing member 4, the water is supplied to the portion that moves upward with respect to the rotation of the vaporizing member 4, thereby By spreading downward and rotating the vaporizing member 4 upward, water can spread to the uniform vaporizing member 4, and water can be supplied uniformly to the vaporizing member 4. Thus, it can be set as the humidification apparatus with good vaporization efficiency.

Water is supplied by the fall of water and does not require a special driving force such as a pump, and water is supplied directly from the water supply tank to the vaporization member. Since it is not touched, it can be humidified with high safety by eliminating contamination of bacteria in the supply water, and is useful as a humidifier, a humidified air cleaner, or the like.
