Description

The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and a method for attaching a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet.

Adhesive sheets are frequently used for labels, stickers, seals, adhesives, and the like, and have the ease of peeling off release sheets and attaching them to various adherends. In recent years, it has been used as an alternative to nameplates for displaying product information, manufacturer information, etc. for equipment, industrial equipment, various devices, industrial instruments and the like.
The nameplate is installed at a position where it can be easily seen by the user, and it is necessary that the written contents can be read accurately.
Traditionally, nameplates were printed, engraved, engraved, etc. on metal, plastic flat plates, and fixed to the adherend with screws, etc., but it took time for threading and alignment, installation on curved surfaces, Since it is difficult to correct the installation position, an adhesive sheet that can be easily installed has been increasingly used. As shown in FIG. 1, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has many structures including a surface base material layer 1, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, and a release sheet 3.

If it demonstrates in detail using FIG. 2, the cut | disconnection 4 orthogonal to a long side will be provided in the peeling sheet 3 in the center part of the long side of the surface base material layer 1. FIG. The user first peels off one release sheet a, attaches it to a predetermined position of the adherend, positions it, then peels off the other release sheet b and attaches the entire surface base material layer 1. It is not always necessary for the release sheet to have one cut, and a sheet having two cuts is used as shown in Patent Document 1 described later.

Japanese Utility Model Sho 62-042814

However, most of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets having only one cut as described above have a cut at the midpoint position of the long side of the surface base material layer, and paste approximately half the area of the entire surface base material layer at the time of alignment. Will be attached. For this reason, when pasting at an angle, in order to correct the pasting position, it is necessary to remove the half of the entire surface base material layer and then reapply it, and the surface base material layer is wrinkled. Probability is high.
The above problem can be solved by shifting the position of the cut from the center part of the long side to the end face part side, but the operator who sticks the adhesive sheet has a dominant arm, and if the cut is on the side opposite to the dominant arm, positioning is extremely possible. It's hard to do. In addition, depending on the attachment position of the adherend, it may be possible to attach only from one of the left and right or up and down directions, and positioning becomes difficult.

The one having two cuts shown in Patent Document 1 is provided at a position where the cuts divide the length between the end portions of the surface base material layer into three equal parts. 3 is pasted, and in order to correct the pasting position, it is necessary to remove the area of about 1/3 of the entire surface base material layer once and then apply it again. There is a high possibility that
Moreover, what is described in Patent Document 1 is to peel off the release sheet at the center and attach the center portion of the surface base material layer, and then peel off the release sheets at both ends to attach the entire surface base material layer. Yes, it is difficult to accurately position and affix the tilt.
An object of the present invention is to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and a method for attaching a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that can be easily corrected at the attachment position, are not easily wrinkled at the time of position correction, and can be attached with little inclination.

The present invention relates to the following.
(1) A surface base material layer, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on one surface of the surface base material layer, and a release sheet that covers the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are provided, and intersects with a long side that cuts the release sheet into three or more. A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a direction or a direction intersecting with a short side and having at least one cut located at positions 10 to 15 from the end when the length of the side intersecting with the cut is 100.
(2) The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to item (1), wherein there are two cuts, and the cuts are arranged equidistant from each end position.
(3) In the item (1) or (2), the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having the front side surface of the surface base material layer as an information display region.
(4) Using the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to any one of items (1) to (3), the narrow end portion side of the divided release sheet is peeled off, and a part of the surface base material layer is exposed, and is attached to a predetermined position. A method of attaching an adhesive sheet in which the alignment sheet is aligned and attached to an adherend, then the remaining part of the release sheet is peeled off, and the entire surface base material layer is attached to the adherend.

According to the present invention, the position of the cut in the direction intersecting with the long side or the direction intersecting with the short side is 10 to 15 from the end when the length of the side intersecting with the cut is 100. The pressure-sensitive adhesive area when the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is aligned with the attachment position is relatively small. As a result, it is easy to peel off the surface base material layer, and it is difficult to wrinkle when reattaching, and the attaching position can be easily corrected.
In addition, when there are two cuts and the cuts are arranged at equal distances from each end, it is easy to apply the same level regardless of the operator's dominant arm and the restriction of the predetermined position of application. it can.
Furthermore, when the front side surface of the surface base material layer is used as an information display area, it can be used as a label, a sticker, or a seal, and can also be used as a substitute for a nameplate.
When peeling off the narrow end portion side of the release sheet and pasting a part of the surface base material layer to the adherend, when peeling the rest of the release sheet and sticking the entire surface base material layer, Since pasting is started from the end, it is possible to perform pasting with easy alignment and reduced inclination.

Sectional drawing of the adhesive sheet which is a prior art example is shown. The top view which looked at the adhesive sheet shown in FIG. 1 from the peeling sheet side is shown. The top view of the peeling sheet showing the position of the cut used for this invention is shown.

<Surface base material layer>
The surface base material layer described in the present invention is not particularly limited in size, shape and the like. Although the material is not particularly limited, it is preferable that there is little deterioration over time, discoloration over time, and the like. Specifically, coated paper, synthetic paper, solvent resistant film, PET film and the like can be used. In particular, it is preferable to use PET because of good weather resistance and acid resistance. Moreover, metallic gloss can be given by vacuum-depositing metals, such as aluminum, an indium, and tin, to PET, and the flaw resistance of a vapor deposition surface can be ensured by performing vapor deposition to the adhesive layer side.
The surface base material layer can be printed and printed on the back surface side or the front surface side, and it is particularly preferable that the surface base material layer can be printed without bleeding by an inkjet printer or the like.

<Adhesive layer>
The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer described in the present invention is formed on one side of the surface base material layer described above and has a function of attaching the surface base material layer to the adherend.
As the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, it is preferable to use one having a small decrease in adhesive force due to secular change, and various pressure-sensitive adhesives can be selected depending on the material of the adherend. More specifically, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, a silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, an epoxy pressure-sensitive adhesive, or the like can be used. Using an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive shortens the curing time at room temperature (25 ° C.). It is preferable because it has sufficient strength.
The formation of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be selected according to the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer such as curtain coat, spray coat, etc., but it can be performed by spray coating because there is little waste of the pressure-sensitive adhesive and a thin and uniform layer can be formed. preferable.

<Peeling sheet>
The release sheet described in the present invention covers the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and does not have to be the same size as the surface base material layer, but needs to have a size larger than the range including the application range of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. There is.
Further, since the release sheet is to be peeled off before the surface base material layer is attached to the adherend, it is necessary that the release sheet can be easily peeled, and it is more preferable if it is a recyclable material.
The material of the release sheet is not particularly limited. For example, a polyethylene sealing agent is applied to a release paper made of wood fiber that can be easily recycled, and a release agent made of silicone resin is further applied thereon. A coated one can be used.

If it demonstrates in detail using FIG. 3, when the surface base material layer 1 is an ellipse, the cut | interruption 4 of the direction which cross | intersects with respect to the long side 5 is arrange | positioned.
When the length of the long side 5 is 100, one cut 4 is arranged at a position 10 to 15 from the end of the long side, and one cut is also arranged at the other end. . Thereby, the area of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to be attached to the adherend during positioning can be made sufficiently small relative to the area of the entire pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the position can be easily corrected.
First, the release sheet a is peeled off and attached to the adherend to perform positioning. Thereafter, the release sheets b and c are peeled off and the entire surface base material layer 1 is attached.
When the position of the cut is less than 10 from the long side end, the adhesive area during positioning is relatively small, insufficient adhesion occurs, and misalignment is likely to occur when the remaining release sheet is peeled off. If it exceeds 15, the adhesion area is relatively large, it is difficult to peel off from the adherend when correcting the attachment position, and the surface base material layer tends to be wrinkled.

The cut line is not particularly limited as long as the number of the release sheets can be divided into three or more, but considering the processing man-hours, it is preferable that the cut line is two and is arranged at an equal distance from each end portion of the long side. Accordingly, it is possible to easily perform the pasting at the same level regardless of the limitation of the predetermined position for pasting the dominant arm of the operator and the adherend.

<Information display area>
The information display area described in the present invention is provided on the front side surface (opposite side of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer) of the surface base material layer, and it is preferable to use an area without ink bleeding. More specifically, it is preferable to perform printing from the back side or the front side by using a thermal method or a thermal transfer method because information display with good weather resistance and wear resistance can be performed.
The information display may be directly entered by a user with a writing instrument, or an ink jet printer, a laser printer, or the like may be used, and is not particularly limited.

<Paste method>
The method for attaching the release sheet of the present invention is to peel off the narrow end-side release sheet of the divided release sheet to expose a part of the surface base material layer, perform positioning, and perform a predetermined position on the adherend. After being attached to the surface, the remaining release sheet is peeled off and the entire surface base material layer is attached. When pasting by this method, the pasting is started from the end, so that the positioning can be easily performed and the tilting can be performed.
