A winding core body is engaged with the shaft part, and held rotatably in the circumferential direction of the wire wound in the hollow coil shape. The winding core body consists of two plate-like members, i.e., a first plate-like member and a second plate-like member which are arranged parallel to each other. The first plate-like member has a plurality of fold parts along the outer circumference of a plate-like member body. Each fold part is folded in the direction toward the second plate-like member to form an angle below 90° with respect to the first plate-like member body, and engaged with each engagement hole formed in the second plate-like member. Thus, the plurality of fold parts form a shaft core to be contracted in diameter from the first plate-like member body toward the second plate-like member.

Description

The present invention relates to a wire rod packing device, and more specifically, a state of a wound bundle in which various wires made of synthetic resin or metal used for various wirings and pipes are wound in a hollow coil shape. It is related with the wire-packing apparatus which can be pulled out and can draw out a wire smoothly in the state accommodated in that way.

As a wire packing apparatus as described above, there is one disclosed in Patent Document 1 below. The packaging device disclosed in Patent Document 1 stores an aligned bundle in which a single cable is concentrically arranged and wound several times in a box body having a front hole on the front surface. And an inner lid on which a pulp mold having a through-hole having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter is attached.

Certainly, according to this conventional packaging device, it is considered that the wire rod can be drawn out to some extent smoothly when the box body is placed in a horizontal state.

However, according to the conventional wire rod packing apparatus as described above, for example, when used in a limited space, the box body cannot be used upright. Cannot be pulled out smoothly.

The present invention has been made in order to overcome the above-described problems, and the wire wound in the shape of a hollow coil can be stored in the state of a wound bundle, and the wire is smoothly kept in such a stored state. An object of the present invention is to provide a wire packing apparatus that can draw out the wire. It is another object of the present invention to provide a wire packing device that can smoothly draw out the wire while keeping the main body of the wire packing device upright and can perform the work even in a narrow space. It is another object of the present invention to provide a wire packing apparatus that can realize the above-described apparatus with a simple configuration and that can easily replace and replenish a winding bundle of wires.

In order to solve the above problems, a wire packing apparatus according to the present invention includes a main body case and a winding core body that is housed in the main body case and can hold a wire wound in a hollow coil shape, and the main body A shaft portion projects from the case, and the winding core is engaged with the shaft portion and is held rotatably in the circumferential direction of the wire wound around the hollow coil. The wire rod can be drawn out from the lead-out hole formed in the core member, and the core body is composed of two plate-like members including a first plate-like member and a second plate-like member arranged in parallel. The first plate-shaped member has a plurality of bent portions formed along the outer periphery of the plate-shaped member main body, and the bent portions are formed in the direction of the second plate-shaped member and the first plate. The engagement hole formed in the second plate member is bent so as to form an angle of less than 90 degrees with the body member. Thus, the plurality of bent portions form an axial core whose diameter decreases from the first plate-shaped member main body toward the second plate-shaped member, and a hollow coil shape is formed around the axial core. It is characterized in that the wire rod wound around can be held.

According to the wire packing apparatus according to the present invention, the winding core body that holds the winding bundle of the wire wound in the shape of a hollow coil engages with the shaft portion of the main body case, and in the circumferential direction of the wound wire. Since it is rotatably held, the wire rod and the core body rotate in synchronization with the force for drawing the wire rod through the drawing hole. Therefore, the wire can be drawn out smoothly.

Further, the second plate is formed by bending the bent portion formed on the first plate-shaped member in the direction of the second plate-shaped member and at an angle of less than 90 degrees with the first plate-shaped member main body. Engaging with an engagement hole formed in the plate-like member, whereby the plurality of bent portions form an axial core whose diameter decreases from the first plate-like member body toward the second plate-like member. Thus, the winding core can be formed with a small number of members and a simple configuration.

Moreover, since the core body can be easily assembled and disassembled with the above-described configuration, it is very easy to replace and replenish the wire bundle. Furthermore, the shaft core portion whose diameter is reduced from the first plate-shaped member main body toward the second plate-shaped member serves as a winding core for winding the wire material, and a hook that guides the wire material so that it does not fall apart. Therefore, it is possible to smoothly draw out the wire while suitably holding the wire.

Further, in the wire rod packing device according to the present invention, the shaft portion formed in the main body case has a cylindrical shape, a circular holding hole is formed in the second plate member, By inserting and inserting the shaft portion of the main body case into the holding hole having a shape, the main body case can be held rotatably.

Furthermore, in the wire packing apparatus according to the present invention, both the main body case and the core body may be formed of cardboard.

As described above, according to the wire packing apparatus according to the present invention, the winding core body that holds the wire wound in a hollow coil shape is engaged with the shaft portion of the main body case, and the circumferential direction of the wound wire Since the wire and the core body rotate in synchronization with the force to draw the wire from the drawing hole, the wire can be drawn smoothly.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a wire packing apparatus according to the present invention, and is a perspective view showing an appearance thereof. As shown in FIG. 1, the wire packing device 1 in this embodiment includes a main body case 2 having a rectangular box shape in appearance. The main body case is capable of accommodating a bundle S of wire s wound in a hollow coil shape, and has a drawing hole 21 for drawing out the wire on the side wall thereof. Further, a wire holding hole 22 is formed at a position slightly below the drawing hole 21 for temporarily inserting and holding the leading end of the drawn wire s. As shown in FIG. 2, an outer lid 23 is provided on one side wall of the main body case 2 so as to be opened and closed.

The main body case 2 is formed of corrugated cardboard in this embodiment. For example, a polyester monofilament wire having a width of 50 mm, a depth and a height of 400 mm, and a diameter of 1.5 mm and a length of 250 m. Is wound in a hollow coil shape and stored. The material for forming the main body case 2 is not limited to corrugated cardboard, and an appropriately selected synthetic resin material or metal material can be used. Moreover, the wire accommodated therein is not limited to the above, and various synthetic resin wires, metal wires or resin-coated metal wires can be accommodated.

As shown in FIG. 3, a substantially cylindrical shaft portion 24 projecting inwardly of the main body case 2 is provided on the inner wall of the main body case 2 (substantially the center of the side wall corresponding to the bottom when the outer lid is opened). ing. The shaft portion 24 may be integrally formed when the main body case 2 is formed, or may be formed by additionally fixing a cylindrical member with an adhesive or the like after the main body case 2 is formed. May be.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the first plate-like member 4 is formed integrally with a substantially regular octagonal plate-like member main body 41 and each side on the outer periphery of the plate-like member main body 41 as a base. It comprises a trapezoidal bent portion 42. The second plate-like member 5 is formed with a circular holding hole 51 into which the shaft portion 24 of the main body case 2 can be inserted at the center of the disc-like plate-like member. Further, it is possible to insert and engage the front end of the bent portion 42 of the first plate-like member 4 at a position closer to the outer periphery than the holding hole 51 of the second plate-like member 5. An engagement hole 52 is formed. Needless to say, the number of the engagement holes 52 is the same as the number of the bent portions 42 of the first plate-like member 4 (eight places in this embodiment). The first plate-like member 4 and the second plate-like member 5 are both formed of corrugated cardboard in this embodiment.

The wire packing device 1 in this embodiment is composed of a main body case 2 having the above-described configuration, a first plate-like member 4 and a second plate-like member 5, and is an exploded perspective view of FIG. They can be assembled together in the arrangement as shown.

That is, the bent portion 42 of the first plate-like member 4 is bent (folded in the direction of the second plate-like member 5 and at an acute angle of less than 90 degrees with the plate-like member main body 41), and these eight pieces are bent. A shaft core 7 having a diameter reduced toward the second plate member 5 is formed by the portion 42 (see FIG. 11), and the shaft core is inserted into the hollow portion of the wound bundle S of the wire s wound in a hollow coil shape. 7 is inserted, the distal end portion of the shaft core 7, that is, the distal end portion of each bent portion 42 is inserted into the engagement hole 52 formed in the second plate-like member 5 to be engaged therewith. In this way, the core body 3 is formed by the first plate-like member 4 and the second plate-like member 5, and the inclination of the shaft core 7 whose diameter is reduced toward the second plate-like member 5. A wound bundle S of the wire s is held between the surface and the second plate-like member 5.

Then, the shaft portion 24 of the main body case 2 is inserted into the holding hole 51 formed in the second plate-shaped member 5, and the core body 3 is held by the shaft portion 24. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 5, the core body 3 is held in the main body case 2 in a state in which the core body 3 can be rotated in the circumferential direction of the wire bundle S. Therefore, by pulling the tip end portion of the wire s out of the main body case from the pull-out hole 21 and pulling it appropriately, the winding core 3 and the winding bundle S of the wire are rotated synchronously, and the wire can be pulled out smoothly. It becomes possible.

At this time, the inclined surface formed by the shaft core 7 whose diameter is reduced from the first plate-like member body 41 toward the second plate-like member 5 serves as a winding core for winding the wire s. Since the wire serves as a guide for preventing the wires from falling apart, it is possible to perform a smooth drawing operation while suitably holding the wires.

The length (the “height” in the trapezoidal shape) M of the bent portion 42 is preferably formed longer than the width (depth) L in the main body case. In this way, there is no fear that the tip of the bent portion 42 opens outward in the radial direction of the shaft core 7, and therefore there is no fear that the core body 3 is disassembled.

FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a side cross-section in another embodiment (second embodiment) of the wire rod storage device 1 according to the present invention. Only the differences from the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 to 5 will be described for the second embodiment. In this embodiment, the length of the bent portion 42 is made longer than that of the first embodiment. (The “height” in the trapezoidal shape is increased), and the second bent portion 421 is formed at the tip. The second bent portion 421 is bent outward in the radial direction of the shaft core 7. As in the first embodiment described above, the length (the “height” in the trapezoidal shape) M of the bent portion 42 is preferably longer than the width (depth) L in the main body case. In this way, there is no fear that the tip of the bent portion 42 opens to the outside in the radial direction of the shaft core 7, and therefore there is no fear that the core body 3 is disassembled during the wire drawing operation.

In this way, the second bent portion 421 is formed and bent outward in the radial direction of the shaft core 7, and the length (the “height” in the trapezoidal shape) M of the bent portion 42 is the width within the main body case. By making it longer than (depth) L, there is no fear that the end of the bent portion 42 opens outward in the radial direction of the shaft core 7, and the engagement between the first plate member 4 and the second plate member 5. Since the possibility that the joint is released becomes extremely low, there is no fear that the core 3 is disassembled during the drawing operation of the wire s.

FIG. 7 shows still another embodiment (third embodiment) of the wire rod storage device 1 according to the present invention. The third embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the plate-like member body 41 of the first plate-like member 4 has a substantially regular hexagonal shape. Thus, the shape of the first plate-like member body 41 may be an octagon or a hexagon, or may be another polygon or a circle. Needless to say, the number and shape of the bent portions 42 are appropriately changed due to the difference in shape, and the number and positions of the engagement holes 52 formed in the second plate-like member 5 according to the difference. Are appropriately changed.

8 to 10 show still another embodiment (fourth embodiment). In this embodiment, the 2nd bending part 421 is formed in the front-end | tip of the bending part 42 of the 1st plate-shaped member 4 similarly to 2nd embodiment.

Further, in this embodiment, the engagement holes 52 are not independently formed as in the first to third embodiments. In this embodiment, the circular holding hole 51 also serves as the engagement hole 52. That is, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, the bent portion 42 is bent and the tip end portion is inserted into the holding hole 51, and then the second bent portion 421 is expanded outward in the radial direction of the shaft core 7. By bending, the bent portion engages with the peripheral edge of the holding hole 51. By storing the wound core body 3 assembled in this manner in the main body case 2, as shown in FIG. 10, the wound core body 3 can be rotated in the circumferential direction of the wire bundle S. It is held by the shaft portion 24.
