Description

The present invention relates to a storage case for an electronic thermometer. More specifically, the present invention relates to a storage case for an electronic thermometer in which an insertion opening of the electronic thermometer is opened.

Various configurations have been proposed as a mechanism for locking and fixing an electronic thermometer in a conventional storage case for an electronic thermometer having an opening. In general, in an electronic thermometer storage case, in order to allow the electronic thermometer to be smoothly put in and out of the internal space, the size of the internal space is provided and a rim or the like is provided on the inner wall to fix the electronic thermometer.

Patent Document 1 describes that a cylindrical holding member that holds a tip cap of a stored electronic thermometer so as to wrap is provided on the bottom plane in the internal space on the tip side of the storage case. According to such a storage case, the holding member holds the tip cap of the electronic thermometer so that the electronic thermometer is fixed in the case and the electronic thermometer is prevented from inadvertently jumping out of the storage case.

Further, according to Patent Document 1, a slit is provided in a cylindrical holding member to make it easy to bend, or an end portion of the holding member is chamfered. With this configuration, when the electronic thermometer is inserted into the storage case, an impact applied to the tip cap when the tip cap comes into contact with the holding member is weakened, and damage to the tip portion of the electronic thermometer is prevented.

Japanese Patent No. 2572127 (FIGS. 3 (A), (B), FIG. 4)

However, since the holding member described above is intended to lock and fix the tip cap of the electronic thermometer, it cannot be easily bent excessively. Therefore, although the end of the holding member is chamfered, an impact is applied to the tip of the electronic thermometer when the tip of the electronic thermometer hits the end of the holding member. Also, because the internal space is made large enough to make it easy to put in and out the electronic thermometer, depending on how the electronic thermometer is inserted into the internal space (angle), it can be held at the center of the tip of the tip cap. The end surface of the member may collide, and a larger impact may be applied to the tip cap.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and in an electronic thermometer storage case in which an insertion port is open and holds and fixes the distal end portion of the electronic thermometer, the distal end portion of the electronic thermometer is stored in the storage case. The purpose is to alleviate the applied impact.

In addition, a storage case for an electronic thermometer according to another aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object has the following configuration. That is,
An electronic thermometer storage case for storing an electronic thermometer,
A container body in which an internal space for housing the electronic thermometer is formed by a top panel, a bottom panel facing the top panel, and a side panel connecting the top panel and the bottom panel;
At one end of the internal space of the container body, an opening for inserting the electronic thermometer from the tip cap side is formed,

The upper panel and the lower panel have a taper shape that narrows toward an end opposite to the opening, and the plurality of holding members are inner walls of the side panel provided along the taper shape. To extend parallel to the insertion direction of the electronic thermometer.

According to the present invention, in an electronic thermometer storage case in which the insertion port is open and holds and fixes the distal end portion of the electronic thermometer, the impact applied to the distal end cap of the electronic thermometer during storage is reduced.

FIG. 1 is a view showing an appearance of an electronic thermometer storage case (hereinafter referred to as a storage case) according to the present embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the storage case 10 includes a container body 11 and a cap member 12. The storage case 10 is made of plastic. The cap member 12 is attached to the container main body 11 via a rotation unit 15 and is rotated by the rotation unit 15 to allow the storage case 10 to be opened and closed. If the cap member 12 is formed of a transparent member, for example, it can be immediately recognized whether or not the electronic thermometer is stored in the storage case 10. A window 13 is provided on the upper panel 111 of the container body 11. The user can view the display unit 22 of the electronic thermometer 20 stored in the internal space of the storage case 10 from the outside. The user can know whether or not the electronic thermometer 20 is stored in the storage case 10 through the window 13. However, when the cap member 12 is transparent as described above, the window 13 can be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 1B, when the cap member 12 is rotated, the opening 14 for inserting and removing the electronic thermometer 20 is exposed to the internal space of the container body 11. When the electronic thermometer 20 is stored in the storage case 10, the electronic thermometer 20 is inserted into the internal space of the container body 11 from the tip cap 21 side. The container body 11 includes an upper panel 111, a lower panel 112 facing the upper panel 111, a side panel 113 connecting the upper panel 111 and the lower panel 112, and an internal space in which the electronic thermometer 20 can be accommodated by these panels; An opening 14 is formed. For convenience, it is assumed that the container body 11 includes the upper panel 111, the lower panel 112, and the side panel 113, but these do not represent actual units. For example, the container body 11 is obtained by integrally molding the upper panel 111, the lower panel 112, and the side panel 113 by injection molding. The container body 11 is made of an impact-resistant thermoplastic resin, such as a high impact styrene resin, butylene, styrene resin, or the like.

The container main body 11 has a tapered shape whose external appearance becomes narrower toward the tip. In the present embodiment, in particular, the upper panel 111 and the lower panel 112 have a tapered shape corresponding to the outer shape of the electronic thermometer 20, and the side panel 113 is provided so as to follow this shape. The lower panel 112 is connected. As a result, the side panel 113 forms an inclined surface with respect to the insertion direction of the electronic thermometer at the end opposite to the opening 14.

2A is a view of the container body 11 (cap member 12 is omitted) of the electronic thermometer storage case according to the present embodiment, as viewed from the top panel side, and FIG. 2B is from the side panel side (FIG. 2). It is the figure seen from the X direction of (a), (c) It is the figure seen from the lower surface panel side (from the Y direction of FIG.2 (b)). As described above, the window 13 is provided in the top panel 111. For this reason, when the electronic thermometer 20 is correctly stored in the storage case 10, nothing is displayed on the display unit 22 of the electronic thermometer, so it can be confirmed whether or not the electronic thermometer is correctly stored. Further, when the electronic thermometer is stored upside down, the electronic thermometer display unit 22 cannot be seen, so it can be confirmed whether or not the electronic thermometer is stored correctly. The rotating unit 15 is connected to the side panel 113 via an arc-shaped arm member 151. The lower panel 112 is provided with a shallow groove 16 so as to be convenient for attaching a label or the like.

Next, the internal space provided in the container main body 11 of the storage case 10 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.

図3(a)は、図2(a)のA−Aにおける断面を示した図である。 Fig.3 (a) is the figure which showed the cross section in AA of Fig.2 (a). An internal space 30 for housing the electronic thermometer 20 is shown by the inner walls of the upper panel 111, the lower panel 112, and the side panel 113. The cap member 12 of the storage case 10 is rotated as shown in FIG. 1B, and the electronic thermometer 20 is inserted into the internal space 30 of the container body 11 from the opening 14 provided at one end of the container body 11 from the tip cap 21 side. To do. Due to the first introduction rib 31a provided on the opening 14 side of the internal space 30 of the container body 11 and the second rib 31b provided substantially in the middle of the container body 11, the wall surface of the internal space and the electronic thermometer 20 In order to fulfill the function as a guide when the electronic thermometer 20 is inserted into the storage case 10, the electronic thermometer 20 is smoothly inserted into the internal space 30 without receiving air resistance. The first introduction rib 31a is provided with a width of about 0.8 mm, a length of about 40 mm, and a height of about 0.7 mm on the opening 14 side, and three in parallel with a width of about 4 mm.

A holding member 32 and a guide member 33 made of a plate-like member having spring elasticity and having an arcuate cross section are provided at the end of the internal space 30 opposite to the opening 14. The holding member 32 wraps the tip cap 21 of the electronic thermometer 20 and acts to fix the electronic thermometer 20 in the internal space 30.

FIGS. 3B and 3C show the BB cross section and CC cross section of FIG. 3A, respectively. The guide member 33 is provided outside the holding member 32 and extends longer to the opening 14 side than the holding member 32. The side panel 113 is inclined with respect to the insertion direction of the electronic thermometer due to the taper shape formed by the upper panel 111 and the lower panel 112, and is arranged in the insertion direction of the electronic thermometer 20 on the inner wall of the internal space 30. On the other hand, a slope is formed. The holding member 32 and the guide member 33 are erected substantially parallel to the insertion direction from such a slope in the side panel 113.

4A and 4B are views showing a state in which the holding member 32 and the guide member 33 are observed from the side of the opening 14, and FIG. 4A is a cross-sectional view taken along the line DD in FIG. FIG. 4B shows an EE cross section of FIG.

The holding member 32 is a plate-like member having an arc-shaped cross section, and in this embodiment, the two holding members 32 are arranged to face each other, and a cylindrical member is used to hold the tip cap 21 of the electronic thermometer 20. Forming. The guide member 33 is a plate-like member having an arc shape in cross section, and is disposed so as to surround the cylinder formed by the holding member 32. As illustrated, the plurality of holding members 32 and the plurality of guide members 33 are all erected from the side panel 113.

A rib 34 is provided on the inner surface of the holding member 32. The ribs 34 have an effect of giving further spring elasticity to the holding member 32 and preventing wear of the holding member 32.

5A and 5B are cross-sectional views of the distal end portion of the storage case 10, FIG. 5A is an enlarged view of the distal end portion of FIG. 3A, and FIG. 5B is the distal end portion of FIG. It is the figure which combined and showed a mode that the front-end | tip cap 21 of the electronic thermometer 20 was hold | maintained while expanding a part.

As shown in FIG. 1 (b), when the electronic thermometer 20 is inserted into the internal space 30 from the tip cap 21 side, the tip cap 21 is elastic as shown in FIG. 5 (b). So that the container body 11 is not inadvertently pulled out when not in use. In use, the electronic thermometer 20 can be easily detached from the internal space 30 of the container body 11 by pulling the electronic thermometer 20 against these elastic forces.

The holding member 32 and the guide member 33 are arranged so that the gap between the side panel 113 and the guide member 33 and the gap between the guide member 33 and the holding member 32 are sufficiently narrow with respect to the diameter of the tip cap 21. For example, preferably, the guide member 33 and the holding member 32 are provided so that these gaps are smaller than the radius of the tip cap 21. The holding member 32 and the guide member 33 are flexible, and their end surfaces are chamfered to form an R surface 32a and an R surface 32b, respectively. Therefore, even if the tip cap 21 of the electronic thermometer 20 abuts against the guide member 33 or the holding member 32, it is smoothly guided as indicated by the arrow 35 and is held by the holding member 32. Therefore, the impact applied to the tip cap 21 when the electronic thermometer 20 is stored in the storage case 10 can be reduced, and the durability of the tip cap 21 of the electronic thermometer 20 can be improved.

Further, as described above, the holding member 32 and the guide member 33 are erected from the inclined surface formed by the side panel 113. For this reason, compared with the case where it stood up from the surface perpendicular | vertical to a discipline direction, the joining area in the junction part (base of the holding member 32 and the guide member 33) of the holding member 32, the guide member 33, and a side panel becomes large. Therefore, the durability of the holding member 32 and the guide member 33 can be improved while having sufficient flexibility.

In the above embodiment, the configuration in which the two holding members 32 and the four guide members 33 are provided has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, three or more holding members 32, two, or four or more guide members 33 may be provided. In any case, the plurality of holding members 32 and guide members 33 are arranged on the side panel 113 at symmetrical positions around the front end portion of the storage case 10 and inserted into the storage space by the above-described spring elasticity. It fits securely with the tip cap 21 of the thermometer 20.

The appearance of the storage case 10 may be a rectangular parallelepiped. In this case, the holding member and the guide member cannot be raised from the inclined surface of the tapered portion, but the guide member can be smoothly inserted into the holding member.

Further, from the viewpoint of improving the durability by providing the holding member 32 on the slope formed by the side panel 113, a configuration in which the guide member 33 is not provided is also within the scope of the present invention.
