Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a nail tip that is detachably attached to the surface of a nail so as to match the size of each individual nail.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an artificial nail is made by applying a ground treatment to an own nail called a sculpture at a nail salon or the like, and directly applying and curing an acrylic resin or a gel-like synthetic resin on the nail. Since this sculpture is in direct contact with the nail, compared to the nail tip, there is no sense of incongruity when worn, but when removing the sculpture from the nail, the sculpture is scraped with a file or acetone. Since the sculpture was removed by dissolving it in a special solution such as the one directly attached to its own nail, the sculpture could not be reused. In addition, since the sculpture is usually in a state of being continuously applied for 3 to 4 weeks, there is a case in which the sculpture may cause a health hazard such that mold grows between the nail and the sculpture.
Conventionally, for example, a method for manufacturing a nail chip that matches and fits the size of each individual's nail is shown in FIG. Here, FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a conventional nail chip manufacturing method. This nail chip manufacturing method uses a female material 101 (see FIG. 3 (a)) to form a desired fingertip portion (see FIG. 3 (a)). At the same time, the
In addition, as a method for manufacturing a nail chip that matches and fits the size of each individual's nail, there is also a method shown in FIG. Here, FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a conventional method for manufacturing a nail chip that matches and fits the size of each individual's nail. In the manufacturing method of a nail chip that matches and fits the size of each individual nail, first, the nail
However, in the method of manufacturing a nail chip described in
Also, in the method for manufacturing a nail chip described in
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a nail chip that can be manufactured at a low cost by a simple manufacturing process.
In order to solve the above problems and achieve the above object, the first aspect of the present invention is a method for manufacturing a nail tip that is detachably attached to the surface of a self-nail and is a thin curing member A curing member adhering step that covers the nails with the curing member, and a resin application that applies acrylic resin or UV curable gel-like synthetic resin from the curing member covered by the curing member adhesion step A step of curing the acrylic resin or ultraviolet curable gel-like synthetic resin applied by the resin coating step, and an acrylic resin or ultraviolet curable gel-like synthetic resin cured by the resin curing step. And a peeling step of peeling from the substrate.
According to the present invention, the nail is covered with a curing member closely attached to the nail, and the acrylic resin or the UV curable gel-like synthetic resin is applied on the curing member. Can be manufactured. Moreover, according to a use, while the manufactured nail chip | tip can be replaced | exchanged and used, the manufactured nail chip | tip can be used for a long period of time. Moreover, since the nail tip can be manufactured without using the self-claw female mold or the nail creation plate as in the conventional technique, the nail tip can be manufactured at a low cost with a simple man-hour. Further, by selecting the thickness of the acrylic resin or the UV curable gel-like synthetic resin applied from above the curing member, a nail chip having a thickness suited to each individual's preference can be manufactured. In addition, when the so-called sculpture is applied, when the length of the nail is made longer than that of the self-nail, it is necessary to attach a base for applying a resin to the extended portion of the nail called a foam. Since the curing member itself covering the sheet is a substitute for the foam, it is not necessary to use the foam.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for manufacturing a nail chip according to the first aspect, wherein the curing member adhesion step is performed such that a thin curing member is brought into close contact with the self nail, and the self nail is formed by the curing member. The resin coating step covers the whole and is characterized in that an acrylic resin or an ultraviolet curable gel-like synthetic resin is applied to the entire nail from the curing member covered by the curing member adhesion step.
According to the present invention, since the curing member that covers the entire nail is provided between the acrylic resin or the ultraviolet curable gel-like synthetic resin and the self nail, the acrylic resin or the ultraviolet curable gel before curing is directly applied to the human skin. There is no concern that the skin-like synthetic resin will be in contact with the skin, and those with weak skin to the acrylic resin or UV-curable gel-like synthetic resin will not be allergic.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for manufacturing a nail chip that matches and attaches to the size of each individual's nail according to the first aspect. The method further includes a shaping step of shaping the ultraviolet curable gel-like synthetic resin.
According to the present invention, since it has a shaping process for shaping the cured acrylic resin or ultraviolet curable gel-like synthetic resin peeled off from the nail, the nail chip fitted to the nail according to each preference Can be created.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for manufacturing a nail chip according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the thin curing member to be in close contact with the nail by the curing member adhesion step is a paper, It is made of cellophane or vinyl.
As described above, according to the method for manufacturing a nail chip of the present invention, the nail is covered with a curing member in close contact with the nail, and acrylic resin or UV curable gel-like synthetic resin is applied on the curing member. Since the nail chip is manufactured, the nail chip can be manufactured at a low cost by a simple manufacturing process.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a method for manufacturing a nail chip according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a flowchart showing a method for manufacturing a nail chip in one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a diagram showing each step of the method for manufacturing a nail chip.
As shown in FIG. 1, the manufacturing method of the nail chip | tip in this embodiment is first performed from the curing member adhesion | attachment process S1. This curing member adhesion step S1 is a step performed for the purpose of curing the nail. Here, curing refers to preventing the ultraviolet curable gel-like
As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the curing
Next, resin application process S2 is performed. In this resin application process S2, the ultraviolet curable gel-like
Next, a resin curing step S3 is performed. This resin curing step S3 is a step of curing the ultraviolet curable gel-like
Next, peeling process S4 is performed. This peeling process S4 is a process which peels the ultraviolet curable gel-like
Next, the shaping step S5 is performed. This shaping step S5 is a step of shaping the ultraviolet curable gel-like
The nail chip completed by the above-described nail chip manufacturing method is affixed to the back surface of the nail chip with a double-sided adhesive tape that is smaller than the size of the
As described above, according to the present invention, the self-
The embodiment disclosed this time should be considered as illustrative in all points and not restrictive. The scope of the present invention is defined by the terms of the claims, rather than the description above, and is intended to include any modifications within the scope and meaning equivalent to the terms of the claims.
