Description

The present invention relates to a weight holder. More specifically, the present invention relates to a weight holder that can easily and reliably hold a weight.

There are weights such as 1 g, 10 g, 100 g, 1 kg, 10 kg, and 20 kg as weights for the upper balance and the standard weight for calibration. As for the thing of 1 g or more, the thing of a cylindrical shape is usually used. The cylindrical weight 4 is generally composed of a trunk portion 7, a head portion 5 and a neck portion 6. On the other hand, when the weight is touched with a bare hand, the mass of the weight may change due to adhesion of oil or fat or sweat salt or rusting. Therefore, it is usually handled with a weight holder such as tweezers. As the weight holder, a wooden holder or a metal gripper with a resin or rubber cover at the tip is used so that the weight is not damaged.

For example, Patent Document 1 describes a metal weight gripping tool whose tip is covered with rubber. In the weight gripping tool described in Patent Document 1, it is necessary to strongly press the weight gripping tool in order to grip the weight. In addition, when pinching the neck portion of the weight, the weight is held at approximately two points with the gripping tool, which is extremely unstable when the weight is moved.
Further, Patent Document 2 has a locking member having a locking recess at the tip, and a connecting portion fitted to the locking member at one end, and the movable piece portion is connected to the connecting portion via a hinge portion. There is described a weight gripping tool having a movable member in which a pair is integrally formed, a notch is provided in the movable piece portion, and a stopper is provided between the movable piece portions on the locking member. . In the weight gripping tool described in Patent Document 2, it is necessary to keep gripping the weight gripping tool in order to prevent the weight from falling while moving the weight.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The weight holder of the present invention has a plate-like member 1 and an enclosure wall 2. The preferred weight holder of the present invention further has a gripping portion 10.

(Plate member)
The plate-like member 1 constituting the weight holder of the present invention has a chip 3 for fitting a weight neck portion. The plate-like member is sized so that the weight head can be accommodated inside the enclosure wall. When the plate-like member has such a size, the weight head is surrounded by an enclosing wall to be described later, so that the holding stability of the weight is obtained. The shape of the plate-like member is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a polygonal plate and a circular plate. Of these, a circular plate is preferred. Ribs or the like may be provided to increase the strength of the plate member.

The chip 3 has a depth and width smaller than the maximum diameter of the weight head 5 and larger than the minimum diameter of the weight neck portion 6. By setting the depth and width of the chip of the plate-shaped member to the above sizes, the weight neck portion can be fitted into the chip of the plate-shaped member. A weight neck is hooked on the inner periphery, and the weight can be lifted. The shape of the chip is not particularly limited as long as it satisfies the above conditions.
The material of the plate-like member used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it has a strength that does not deform when the weight is lifted. For example, steel materials, steel materials with nickel plating, brass, stainless steel, nickel, vinyl chloride resin, polypropylene resin, polyacetal resin, fluorine resin, and the like can be given. Among these, vinyl chloride resin, polypropylene resin, polyacetal resin, fluororesin, and the like are preferable because they do not damage the weight and are excellent in chemical resistance.

(Enclosure wall)
The surrounding wall 2 which comprises the weight holder of this invention is a wall standingly arranged along the outer periphery of the said plate-shaped member. Further, the surrounding wall has a gap having the same width at the same position as the inlet of the chip of the plate-like member, and the surrounding wall 8 exists in a range up to a width corresponding to the maximum diameter of the weight head with the gap as a center. Is lower than the length of the weight neck portion and the height of the surrounding wall 9 in the other range is higher than the length of the weight neck portion (see FIGS. 1, 2 and 7). Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the surrounding wall can be raised in a tapered shape or a stepped shape from the entrance of the chip toward the back. Among these, since the weight can be smoothly fitted into the weight holder, the taper shape is preferable.
Here, the length of the weight neck portion is a length of a portion having a diameter smaller than the width of the chip between the weight body portion and the weight head portion.

When a weight is inserted into the notch entrance, the weight holder is tilted so that the notch entrance side is lowered. If it does in this way, a weight head will pass over the low height part of an enclosure wall, and a weight neck part can be inserted in the back of a chip. When the weight holder is lifted after the weight is inserted into the chip, the weight head is placed inside the enclosure wall, so that the weight is not easily detached from the weight holder (see FIG. 5). When removing the weight from the weight holder, the above operation may be reversed.

The enclosure wall may be a curved plate shape or a bowl shape with a gap like a rod-shaped aggregate, but is preferably a curved plate shape in terms of rigidity. In addition, the standing may be tilted outward, vertical, or inward, but it should be vertical or slightly outward from the viewpoint of ease of operation for inserting the weight and stability of the weight after being inserted. Is preferred. Ribs or the like may be provided to increase the strength of the enclosure wall.
The means for standing the surrounding wall on the plate-like member is not particularly limited. Examples thereof include adhesion, welding, and integral molding. Of these, integral molding is preferred in terms of the mechanical strength of the weight holder.

The material of the enclosure wall used in the present invention is not particularly limited. For example, what was illustrated as a material of a plate-shaped member can be mentioned. Among these, a vinyl chloride resin, a polypropylene resin, a polyacetal resin, a fluororesin, and the like are preferable because they do not damage the weight and are excellent in chemical resistance. The material of the plate member and the surrounding wall may be the same or different.

FIG. 8 is a front perspective view showing another embodiment of the weight holder of the present invention.
The weight holder according to another embodiment of the present invention further includes a grip 10 connected to the enclosure wall. The weight holding part can be operated by grasping the grip part by hand. The shape of the holding part is not particularly limited. For example, the thing of a string shape which can be held up and can suspend a weight holder as shown in FIG.
The material of the grip portion is not particularly limited. For example, steel materials, steel materials with nickel plating, brass, stainless steel, nickel, vinyl chloride resin, polypropylene resin, polyacetal resin, fluorine resin, and the like can be given. Among these, a vinyl chloride resin, a polypropylene resin, a polyacetal resin, a fluororesin, and the like are preferable in terms of excellent chemical resistance, and a vinyl chloride resin is more preferable in terms of rigidity. The gripping part is fixed by adhesion, welding, integral molding, screws or the like.
