Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle seat. More specifically, the present invention relates to a vehicle seat in which a footrest member capable of moving forward toward a position where it hits a foot portion of a seated occupant is provided at the front portion of the seat cushion.

As this type of vehicle seat, a technique disclosed in Patent Document 1 below is known. The vehicle seat includes an ottoman that functions as a footrest, and further has a structure in which an air passage that can blow air sent from the blower toward the ottoman toward the feet of the seated occupant is formed. It has become. Thus, since the foot part is placed on the ottoman by forming the ventilation path in the ottoman, the air can be efficiently blown at a position close to the foot part.

However, the conventional vehicle seat with an ottoman as described above cannot be applied to the driver's seat because the movement of the foot is hindered and the pedal operation may be hindered. The present invention was devised as a solution to the above-mentioned problem, and the problem to be solved by the present invention is that the foot is positioned near the foot without interfering with the movement of the foot of the seated occupant. It is to be able to blow air efficiently toward.

In order to solve the above problems, the vehicle seat of the present invention takes the following means.
A first invention is a vehicle seat in which a footrest member capable of moving forward toward a position hitting a foot of a seated occupant is provided at a front portion of a seat cushion, and the footrest member moves forward. An urging member that applies an urging force, a blower for blowing air to the footrest member, an air passage that is formed on the footrest member, and that ventilates the air blown from the blower toward the feet of the seated occupant; Have In a state where the footrest member is moved forward by the urging force received from the urging member and pressed against the foot of the seated occupant, the footrest member moves back and forth following the movement of the foot of the seated occupant back and forth. It has become.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the footrest member is always pressed against the foot of the seated occupant by the urging member, and moves back and forth following the movement of the foot of the seated occupant. Thereby, the ventilation path formed in the footrest member can always be kept in a state directed toward the foot at a position close to the foot of the seated occupant. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently blow air toward the foot at a position close to the foot without hindering the movement of the foot of the seated occupant.

The second invention is the following structure in the first invention described above. That is, the footrest member is provided at the front portion of the seat cushion so as to be raised and forwardly connected to the seat cushion. The urging member always moves the footrest member backward toward the storage position in the storage area where the footrest member rotates to the boundary position rotated by a predetermined amount from the storage position where the footrest member abuts the front portion of the seat cushion. By applying an urging force to be moved and rotating the footrest member forward to the use region beyond the boundary position against the urging force, the direction in which the urging force is applied always rotates the footrest member forward. It has a turnover type spring structure that can be switched in the direction.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the biasing member is configured to have a turnover type spring structure, when the footrest member is not used, the footrest member is moved into the storage area, thereby The abutting member can be moved and held to the retracted position by the urging force of the urging member. Further, when the footrest member is used, the footrest member can be switched to a use state in which the footrest member is urged in a direction that is always rotated forward by the urging force of the urging member by raising the footrest member into the use region. .

A third invention has the following configuration in the first or second invention described above. That is, the footrest member is configured to be applied to the lower leg part of the seated occupant from the rear side by the forward movement thereof, and the surface part applied to the lower leg part is recessed to imitate the shape of the lower leg part. It is formed in a curved shape.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the surface portion of the footrest member is formed in a curved shape that is recessed like the shape of the lower leg portion of the seated occupant. Increases contact area. Therefore, the hitting of the foot rest member on the lower leg can be eased, and air can be blown more efficiently toward the foot.

EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Below, the form for implementing this invention is demonstrated using drawing.

First, the configuration of the vehicle seat 1 according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle seat 1 of the present embodiment includes a seat back 2 that serves as a backrest and a seat cushion 3 that serves as a seating portion, and a seat occupant P at the front portion of the seat cushion 3. A plate-like footrest member 4 that can move forward toward a position corresponding to the foot portion (crus Lp) is provided. An upper end portion of the footrest member 4 is rotatably connected to the front portion of the seat cushion 3 by a connecting shaft 4A. As a result, the footrest member 4 is tilted to the maximum raised position where it is raised to a position near the horizontal as shown in FIG. 2 and to the position where it abuts against the front portion of the seat cushion 3 as shown in FIG. It is in a state where it can be rotated up and down between the retracted storage position. The maximum raising position of the footrest member 4 shown in FIG. 2 is set to the raising position where the footrest member 4 is inclined slightly below the horizontal position.

The footrest member 4 is always urged and moved in one of the rotational directions by a spring urging force of a tension spring 5 hooked between the footrest member 4 and a seat cushion 3 to be described later. Here, the tension spring 5 corresponds to the “biasing member” of the present invention. Specifically, the footrest member 4 has an area (storage) whose rotation position exceeds the boundary position (details of the boundary position will be described in detail in FIG. 3) indicated by the phantom line state in FIG. When in the region Ap), the tension spring 5 is always biased so as to move backward toward the storage position by the spring biasing force of the tension spring 5. Further, the footrest member 4 is rotated forward to the use region Au beyond the boundary position shown in FIG. 3 against the urging force of the tension spring 5, and thereby the direction of the urging force received from the tension spring 5. Are always switched to a state of being biased in the direction of forward rotation. As a result, when the footrest member 4 is used in the use area Au, the footrest member 4 is always pressed against the foot (crus Lp) of the seated occupant P by the urging force received in the forward direction. P's foot (crus Lp) rotates back and forth following the back and forth movement.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the footrest member 4 receives air 7 </ b> B (heated air 8 </ b> A) warmed by the blower 7 provided in the seat cushion 3, and the foot ( A ventilation path 4C is formed which can ventilate the lower leg Lp). In this way, the footrest member 4 in which the ventilation path 4C is formed is always pressed against the foot (crus Lp) of the seated occupant P and follows the movement of the foot (crus Lp). With this structure, it is possible to efficiently move toward the foot (crus Lp) at a position close to the foot (crus Lp) without interfering with the movement of the foot of the seated occupant P. Air 7B (hot air 8A) can be blown. Hereinafter, the turnover structure of the tension spring 5 in which the urging direction is switched by a change in the rotation position of the footrest member 4 and the footrest member 4 will be described in detail.

As shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 3, the footrest member 4 has a shape with a plate width that is applied to both lower leg portions Lp of the seated occupant P from the back side, and the upper end portion thereof is The connecting shaft 4 </ b> A is provided so as to be axially connected to the upper portion on the front end side of the seat cushion 3 so as to be able to rotate upside down. The footrest member 4 is always rotated by a tension spring 5 hooked between the footrest member 3 and the footrest member 4 in the direction of being retracted to the rear side or the direction of being lifted to the front side. Can be switched and hung. Specifically, the rotation biasing direction by the tension spring 5 is switched in accordance with the change in the rotational position of the movable link 6B that rotates as the footrest member 4 rotates.

Here, the movable link 6B has a rear end portion shown on the right side in the figure connected to the frame portion of the seat cushion 3 so that the shaft can be rotated by a connecting pin 6C. The front end portion shown in FIG. 5 is provided in a long hole 4B formed in the footrest member 4 so as to be slidable and axially rotatable by a connecting pin 6D. The long hole 4B is formed in a shape extending straight in the length direction of the footrest member 4, and the lower end portion of the movable link 6B pin-connected in the hole as the footrest member 4 is rotated up and down. The (connecting pin 6D) is slid. The tension spring 5 is hooked between the lower end portion (connecting pin 6D) of the movable link 6B that slides in the elongated hole 4B and the skeleton portion of the seat cushion 3. Specifically, the upper end 5A of the tension spring 5 is hooked on a position on the rear upper side of the connecting pin 6C of the skeleton part of the seat cushion 3, and the other end 5B on the lower side of the drawing is movable. It is hooked on the connecting pin 6D at the lower end of the link 6B.

Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 3, the tension spring 5 has a straight line segment connecting one end 5A, the other end 5B, and the connecting point (connecting pin 6C) to the seat cushion 3 of the movable link 6B. When the state is in a state where the urging direction is neutral, the movable link 6B rotates upward from the neutral position (boundary position), so that the direction in which the footrest member 4 is urged to rotate is the forward rotation direction. (See FIG. 2), and the movable link 6B rotates downward from the boundary position in FIG. 3 so that the direction in which the footrest member 4 is urged to rotate is switched to the backward rotation direction.

The rotational position (boundary position) of the movable link 6B where the tension spring 5 shown in FIG. 3 is in a neutral state is set to an angular position that is close to the posture in which the footrest member 4 is suspended. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 2, the use area Au in which the footrest member 4 is rotationally biased in the direction raised by the spring biasing force of the tension spring 5 is more than the storage area Ap shown in FIG. It is set to be sufficiently wide, and even when the footrest member 4 is pushed down to a low position and used, the footrest member 4 is pushed against the lower leg Lp without being accidentally stored in the retracted position. It is considered to be a highly usable structure that can be kept at a high level. Further, the footrest member 4 can be adjusted in the direction of the urging force of the tension spring 5 by a simple operation of pushing the footrest member 4 downward from the boundary position shown in FIG. 3 by the foot (crus Lp) of the seated occupant P. It is switched and automatically stored and held in the storage position (see FIG. 4), and by using the heel of the seated occupant P from this stored state, a simple operation of pulling the bottom of the footrest member 4 forward, Since the footrest member 4 can be moved from the storage area Ap to the use area Au and switched to the use state, an operation for switching between the storage state and the use state can be easily performed.

Incidentally, as shown in FIG. 5, a ventilation path 4 </ b> C is formed inside the above-described footrest member 4, and the ventilation path 4 </ b> C is connected to the blower 7 provided in the seat cushion 3. A duct 7A is connected. And in the ventilation path 4C of this footrest member 4, the heat exchanger 8 which can warm and discharge | emit the air 7B sent from the air blower 7 is incorporated. Here, the heat exchanger 8 used in the present embodiment is a semiconductor ceramic heater (PTC heater) mainly composed of barium titanate (BaTiO3). This PTC heater has a structure using the so-called Curie temperature as a heater, has a self-temperature controllability, and does not require temperature control such as using a bimetal thermostat, so there is no occurrence of sparks or noise. In addition, it has a characteristic capable of discharging the hot air 8A having a stable and constant temperature regardless of changes over time.

Here, the footrest member 4 is formed in a curved shape in which a surface portion applied to the lower leg Lp of the seated occupant P from the rear side is recessed in the shape of the lower leg Lp. It is set as the structure widely applied to the thigh Lp by a surface. The body part of the footrest member 4 applied to the lower leg part Lp is heated by the heat exchanger 8 and the heat of the hot air 8A passing through the ventilation path 4C is passed from the surface part through the body part to the seated occupant. It is comprised from the structure which does not interrupt | block the heat conduction which can be transmitted to P lower leg part Lp. Thereby, the heated air 8A heated by the heat exchanger 8 is blown out from the outlet of the ventilation passage 4C and directly applied to the lower leg Lp of the seated occupant P, or the heat exchanger 8 itself or the heat exchanger 8 The heat is transmitted from the inside of the ventilation path 4C passing through the body part of the footrest member 4 to the surface part and indirectly applied to the lower leg part Lp also from the part in contact with the lower leg part Lp. It is supposed to be.

Thus, according to the vehicle seat 1 of the present embodiment, when the footrest member 4 is in the use area Au, the foot (lower leg) of the seated occupant P is always provided by the tension spring 5 (biasing member). The air passage 4C formed in the footrest member 4 is moved forward and backward by following the movement of the foot portion (lower leg portion Lp) of the seated occupant P. It is possible to always keep the seat occupant P facing the foot (crus Lp) at a position close to the foot (crus Lp). Therefore, efficient hot air toward the foot (crus Lp) at a position close to the foot (crus Lp) without interfering with the movement of the foot (crus Lp) of the seated occupant P 8A can be blown.

Further, since the tension spring 5 has a turnover type urging structure, when the footrest member 4 is not used, the footrest member 4 is moved into the storage area Ap, so that the footrest member 4 is moved to the tension spring 5. It can be moved and held to the storage position by the urging force. Further, when the footrest member 4 is used, the footrest member 4 is lifted up into the use area Au, so that the footrest member 4 is always urged to rotate forward by the urging force of the tension spring 5. Can be switched. Further, since the surface portion of the footrest member 4 is formed in a curved shape that is recessed like the shape of the lower leg Lp of the seated occupant P, the contact area between the footrest member 4 and the lower leg Lp Becomes wider. Therefore, the hitting of the footrest member 4 on the lower leg Lp can be eased, and the hot air 8A can be blown more efficiently toward the foot (lower leg Lp). .

As mentioned above, although the embodiment of the present invention has been described using one example, the present invention can be implemented in various forms in addition to the above example. For example, in the above embodiment, the heat exchanger 8 is built in the footrest member 4 so that the wind sent from the blower 7 is warmed to be heated air 8A and blown to the lower leg Lp of the seated occupant P. However, the heat exchanger 8 may not be provided, and the air 7B blown from the blower 7 may be simply applied to the feet of the seated occupant P. Further, instead of the heat exchanger 8, a cooling unit using a Peltier element may be used so that cold air instead of the hot air 8 </ b> A is applied to the foot of the seated occupant P. Further, the heat exchanger 8 and the cooling unit as described above may be provided in the seat cushion 3 instead of in the ventilation path 4C of the footrest member 4. Thereby, the weight of the footrest member 4 can be reduced and a biasing member can be made small with a weak biasing force. Moreover, even if the ventilation path 4C formed in the footrest member 4 applies the air 7B sent from the blower 7 to other places such as the thigh of the seated occupant P, the tip of the foot, and the heel. Good.

Moreover, in the said Example, although the footrest member 4 illustrated what was comprised as a rotation structure of the single axis | shaft rotating around the connection shaft 4A used as a connection part with the seat cushion 3, a footrest member was illustrated. It is connected to the seat cushion 3 via a multi-joint link mechanism such as a four-joint link mechanism, and the footrest member 4 is moved largely forward when the seat occupant P is raised in accordance with the movement of the lower leg Lp of the seated occupant P In this case, the blast air may be applied to a more optimal position of the lower leg Lp of the seated occupant P. However, as compared with the configuration around a single axis, the structure becomes complicated and the weight increases. Further, the surface portion of the footrest member 4 that is applied to the foot portion (crus Lp) of the seated occupant P is not plate-shaped, and moves straight forward by the urging force of the urging member. Thus, it may be configured so that the front surface or the upper surface is always applied to any part of the foot.

Moreover, in the said Example, the urging | biasing structure of the footrest member 4 by the tension | pulling spring 5 (biasing member) is the turnover by which the urging | biasing direction is switched to a storing direction and a use direction by the rotation position of the footrest member 4. Although the structure is exemplified, the structure may be such that the footrest member 4 is always urged in the use direction in which the footrest member 4 is applied to the foot portion of the seated occupant P without using the turnover structure. Regardless of the turnover structure, the configuration corresponding to the “biasing member” of the present invention can be configured using a spring other than a tension spring such as a compression spring.
