In a heat sterilization mechanism in the next process, the number of soil-derived general bacteria, fungi and E. coli, which each stick to raw-material rice, is reduced at least to half of the number immediately after recovery by warming the rice-washed water at 60-100°C for 10-60 seconds.

Description

The present invention relates to a method and apparatus necessary for preparing and using as a good feed raw material washed rice water that has been discharged and purified in large quantities in a rice mill, rice cooking factory, flour mill, brewery factory, and the like.

Conventionally, there is a technique for discharging rice washing water having a solid content concentration of 8% at the time of washing the rice (see, for example, Patent Document 1). However, the recovered washed rice water is diluted with water and subjected to wastewater treatment. Washed rice water of the same concentration has sufficient nutritional value as a feed ingredient and is known to contain many functional ingredients such as vitamins and minerals. It was expected to be used as a resource.

Japanese Patent No. 4239147

In order to use rice-washed water as a feed ingredient, it was necessary to keep the freshness by suppressing spoilage caused by soil-derived bacteria attached to the rice, and at the same time, it was necessary to minimize the transportation cost by increasing the solid content concentration .

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has been intensively studied and completed by a combination of heat sterilization and formic acid addition and a solid-liquid separation method.

Concentrated recovery, concentration, sterilization, pH adjustment, storage, and homogeneity necessary to use washed rice water that has been discharged and purified in large quantities at rice mills, rice mills, mills, breweries, etc. as feed ingredients This is a feed raw material method combining processes such as composting and forced discharge, and an apparatus system having these functions, and includes the following methods and apparatuses.
A system equipped with a device for adding 10% to 20% of water to 1 kg of rice to obtain washed rice water having a solid concentration of 8% or more. And the system provided with the apparatus of the processing capacity of 200 liters / hour or more which obtains the concentrated washing | cleaning rice water of 10%-20% of solid content by subsequent solid-liquid separation operation.
In the heat sterilization mechanism of the next step, by heating for 10 to 60 seconds in a temperature range of 60 to 100 ° C., half of the number of general bacteria, fungi and coliform bacteria derived from soil attached to the raw rice A system with devices that can be sterilized:
Further, formic acid (95% or more) is added in a weight ratio of 0.2% to 0.6% to the concentrated washed rice water subjected to the concentrated recovery and sterilization treatment, so that the pH is adjusted to 3.5 to 4.0. A system equipped with an automatic pH adjusting device that can maintain freshness in an area that does not reach the bacterial count level immediately after the washing and washing water recovery even if it is adjusted and stored at 25 ° C. for 7 days.

According to the high-concentration recovery / freshness maintenance / storage system of rice-washed water enabled by the present invention, the rice-washed water that is currently disposed of in large quantities on a nationwide scale is concentrated and recovered, and has excellent nutritional value. It can be provided to livestock farmers as a high-quality domestically produced feedstock.

In addition, conventionally, the washed rice water has a problem that deterioration occurs when left at 25 ° C. overnight.
