上記旋回軸部材は、上記車輪支持部材に対し軸線方向に進退移動自在に支持されているとともに、上記車輪支持部材を貫通して下方に突出し、その突出端には、当該旋回軸部材の進出移動に伴い上記車輪を押圧しその押圧力に応じて当該車輪の転動を制限する制限部材が設けられており、
上記制限部材には、上記車輪の外周に沿って周方向に延びる延出部が一体的に設けられ、この延出部には、上記車輪支持部材が上記旋回軸部材の軸線回りに旋回した際にその旋回方向に上記制限部材を当該延出部と共に連れ回りさせる連れ回り手段が設けられているとともに、
