前記ボードの上面に接着されて、前記収納部を封止する第一のフィルムと、
再剥離可能な粘着剤によって前記第一のフィルムの表面に貼り付けられる第二のフィルムと、を備え、
前記第一のフィルムには、前記収納部の周囲を囲む第一の切込みであって、一部が該収納部の側方へ突出した凸状部を形成する第一の切込みが設けられている、
