Description

The present invention is a dryer that displays the degree of drying of an object in a dryer for food (fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, fish), flowers and the like, and can dry the object as indicated.

When drying fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, fish, flowers, etc., moisture is removed by drying with temperature and air volume, and the condition of drying is controlled by temperature management, air volume management, time management, etc. We visually confirmed the condition of the drying of the object or touched it with the hand, and based on these data, we made dried foods and dried flowers based on experience.

By adding a function to manage the weight of objects such as fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, fish, flowers, etc. to a conventional dryer, if you can measure the amount of dried moisture or set the planned amount of moisture, you can dry it overnight It can be set freely for dried products, and anyone can make dried products such as stable foods and flowers.
Also, by using far-infrared heat, moisture is extracted from the core of the object, so that the moisture content of the object is also made uniform, so that it can be processed at a low temperature, and the original nutrients of the object It is possible to keep the color vivid without destroying the ingredients.

The conventional dryer had the following defects.
1. In order to manage temperature, air volume and time, shortening the time required increasing the temperature and increasing the air volume, and decreasing the temperature required longer time.
2. When the temperature is raised, the surface temperature of the object rises, causing a heat change and darker brown. In addition, the original ingredients were lost.
3. When the temperature is applied to the object, moisture comes out of the object, and in the case of an open type dryer, the moisture is released to the atmosphere together with heat, but the heat efficiency is poor, and in the case of a sealed type, the humidity inside the machine becomes high. At this time, the heat efficiency is deteriorated because it is deprived of the heat of vaporization.
4). Also, when checking the drying condition of the object in the heated state, there is a method to check from the viewing window etc., but the back side of the object, the lower side when the object is placed on the tray, etc. can not be confirmed, If the work is temporarily suspended and the object is visually observed or touched by hand, the thermal efficiency will deteriorate and time will be lost.
Including these things, the present invention has been devised so as to be compatible.

1. The far-infrared light source is a power heat pipe and is installed in the dryer.
2. The heat source is the nighttime power specification of the Eco Hot Water Supply System.
3. Several thermocouples are installed in the dryer to stabilize the internal temperature.
4). A stirring fan is installed at the top of the dryer to make the temperature inside the machine uniform.
5. A humidity sensor is installed in the dryer, and when the set humidity is reached, the dehumidifier works to stabilize the humidity inside the machine.
6). The water generated from the dehumidifier can be stored as biological water of the object.
The amount generated at this time can be monitored, and moisture can be extracted from the object to check the dryness.
7). A load cell is installed at the bottom of the dryer, and the dryness can be set by taking the difference between the moving shelf and tray weight as the target weight from the total weight of the moving shelf, tray and target.
8). With the touch panel, the temperature, humidity, dry weight, and time can be set arbitrarily, and the control can leave the conditions.

1. The present invention enables the low-temperature treatment by drying fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, fish, flowers, etc. from the inside of the object by using far infrared rays, thereby changing the original components and color of the object. You can make a dry product without any problems.
2. You can use biological water from fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, fish and flowers.
3. Since the degree of drying can be controlled numerically, products with a degree of dryness can be stably produced according to need, from overnight drying to dried flowers.
4). The most suitable temperature, humidity, time, and object weight of fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, fish, flowers, etc. can be managed, so that the same object, the same production area, and the dryness can be characterized by the degree of drying. Goods can be produced.
From these things, when seasonal products and local produce fall into oversupply, they can be regenerated as dried products, and new forms of dried products can be created by changing the degree of drying. Since it is dried, it can be made into a uniform powder.
In addition, it is a very useful invention, such as making dried products that are easy to eat as natural dry foods for healthy crops such as bitter gourd, chrysanthemum, and aloe, which are said to be good for the body.
