Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an improvement of a food powdering method and a food powdering apparatus in which a powdery material such as bread crumb is attached to the surface of a material to be powdered which is a raw material food such as fried food.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an automatic food powdering apparatus has been proposed in which a powdery material such as bread crumb is continuously attached to the surface of an object to be powdered, which is a raw material food such as fried food (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Patent No. 3499700

The apparatus proposed in Patent Document 1 is placed from a front side to a rear side from a powdered material such as fried food and a powdered material such as bread crumbs or meriken powder sprinkled from above the powdered material. A transfer member for transferring to the object to be powdered, left and right side pressing pieces for pressing and adhering the powdery material to the object to be powdered from both left and right sides, and an upper pressing member for pressing and adhering the powdery object to the object to be powdered from above A support member for movably supporting the left and right side pressing pieces and the upper pressing member, while the powdered article and the powdery substance are transferred from the front to the rear, By passing the material to be powdered and the powdery material through the flow path on the transfer member formed by the side pressing piece and the support member, the powdery material is applied to the material to be powdered from above and from both the left and right sides. It is pressed and attaches a powdery object to the object to be powdered. In addition, a guide member for guiding the left and right side pressing pieces is provided, and the width of the left and right side pressing pieces is transferred from the front of the flow passage to the rear of the powdered article covered with the powdery material by the guide members. It is set so that it gradually becomes narrower as the powdered material is gradually pressed against the object to be powdered from both the left and right sides as it is transferred, and the powdery object is surely adhered to the left and right side surfaces of the object to be powdered. it can.

However, when attaching the powdered material to the object to be powdered using the above-mentioned apparatus, there is no member or means for attaching the powdery material to the front end and the rear end of the object to be powdered. The adhesion of the powdery material to the front and rear ends of the object was insufficient as compared with the other surface of the object to be powdered. For example, when attaching bread crumbs to an object to be powder soaked in batter liquid using the above apparatus, while transferring the object to be powdered and bread crumbs from the front to the rear by the transfer member, Batter liquid adhering to the rear end drips, and the adhesion of bread crumbs to the front and rear ends of the object to be powdered is thinner than the other side of the object to be powdered, or the bread crumbs adhering to the object to be powdered is peeled In some cases, the dripping of the batter liquid toward the rear was particularly remarkable at the rear end of the object to be powdered. Therefore, the adhesion of the powdery material to the entire surface of the object to be powdered becomes non-uniform, and the powdery material partially peels off the object to be powdered or the thickness of the powdered material attached to the object to be powdered varies. When the powdered food is fried, the fried color at the front and rear ends thereof may become black compared to other surfaces, which may lead to deterioration in cooking quality.

In view of this, the present invention is directed to a food powdering method and a food powdering method in which a powdery material can be forcibly adhered to the entire surface of the object to be powdered, particularly the front end and the rear end of the object to be powdered.
The invention of the present application relates to a food powdering method and a food powdering device in which a powdery material such as bread crumbs transferred by the conveyor is attached to a plurality of powdered items transferred by a conveyor. A high-speed conveyor disposed upstream of the high-speed conveyor and a low-speed conveyor connected to the downstream side of the high-speed conveyor and operating at a lower speed than the high-speed conveyor. While transferring a powdering thing, it is carried out from the high-speed conveyor to the low-speed conveyor in the state where it was filled with the powdery thing between the powdery thing and the thing to be powdered, and is transferred in the high-speed conveyor By transferring a plurality of objects to be powdered and the powdered material by transferring to a low speed conveyor, the interval between the plurality of objects to be powdered in the low speed conveyor is reduced. By making it smaller than the interval in the high-speed conveyor, the powdery material filled between the object to be powdered and the object to be powdered is pressed against the front end and the rear end of the object to be powdered. It is possible to provide a food powdering method and a food powdering device capable of forcing the powdery material to adhere to the front end and the rear end of the object to be powdered.
In addition, an upper charging unit for charging a part of the powdery material is provided above the high-speed conveyor, the powdered material to be transferred by the high-speed conveyor is covered with the powdery material, and In addition to being able to supply powdery material sufficient for powdering of the object to be powdered by charging from above so that the space between the object to be powdered and the object to be powdered is filled with the above powdery object, By making it possible to adjust the transfer speed of at least one of the high-speed conveyor and the low-speed conveyor, the type and shape of the object to be powdered and the powdery object, the powdered object and the powdery object at the time of powdering Since the space between the objects to be powdered can be easily changed depending on the state, a food powdering device that can forcibly adhere the powdery substances to the front end and rear end of the object to be powdered continuously It was possible to provide.

Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. For convenience of explanation, in each drawing, the right side in the drawing is the upstream side (rear) in the transfer direction, and the left side in the drawing is the downstream side (front) in the transfer direction.

As shown in FIG. 1, the food powdering apparatus 10 according to the present invention includes a transfer unit 11, a powder input unit 41, and a powdering unit 51.

The transfer unit 11 includes a conveyor 12, a powder removing unit 20 connected to the downstream side of the conveyor 12, and a return conveyor 23 disposed below the conveyor 12 and the powder removing unit 20.

The conveyor 12 is for transferring a plurality of powdered articles W ... W, which are raw foods such as fried foods, and a powdery substance P such as bread crumbs from the upstream side in the transfer direction to the downstream side in the transfer direction. The high-speed conveyor 13 arrange | positioned at the side and the low-speed conveyor 17 connected to the downstream of the high-speed conveyor 13 are provided.

As shown in FIG. 1, the high-speed conveyor 13 is arranged on the upstream side in the transfer direction, and places and transfers a plurality of powdered articles W... W with a gap D1 in the transfer direction. It fills and transfers the powdery material P to S1 between the thing W and the to-be-polished object W, and consists of an endless belt conveyor. A plurality of powdered articles W... W and a powdery substance P are placed on the upper surface of the belt 14 forming the placement surface of the high-speed conveyor 13, and the plurality of powdered articles W. W and powder P are sequentially transferred from the upstream side to the downstream side. In addition, an upper input portion 45 described later is provided above the upstream side of the high-speed conveyor 13.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the low-speed conveyor 17 is connected to the downstream side of the high-speed conveyor 13, and is powdered with a plurality of powdered articles W... W that are transferred downstream by the high-speed conveyor 13. The article P is transported to the low-speed conveyor 17 and is transferred to the downstream side. The endless net conveyor having the same width as the high-speed conveyor 13 and the belt 18 forming the mounting surface of the net conveyor It consists of a receiving plate 19 provided below. Similar to the high-speed conveyor 13, a plurality of powdered articles W... W and a powdery substance P are placed on the upper surface of the belt 18 that forms a placement surface, and the belt 18 circulates and moves. W... W and powdery substance P are sequentially transferred from the upstream side to the downstream side. When the plurality of powdered articles W... W and the powdery material P transferred to the downstream side by the high speed conveyor 13 are transferred to the low speed conveyor 17 to be transferred, at least a plurality of the objects to be placed and transferred on the high speed conveyor 13 are transferred. Of the powdered articles W... W, the powdered article W placed on the front end side of the high-speed conveyor 13 and the plurality of powdered articles W. A state in which S1 (a position indicated by an arrow P in FIG. 2) is filled with the powdery object P between the powdery object W placed on the rear end side thereof. Further, between the front end of the high-speed conveyor 13 and the rear end of the low-speed conveyor, there is provided a transfer plate 27 made of a plate-like member having the same width as that of the high-speed conveyor 13 and having an inverted triangular cross section. The transfer plate 27 smoothly transfers the plurality of powdered articles W... W and the powdery material P transferred to the downstream side by the high-speed conveyor 13 to the low-speed conveyor 17, and at the time of the transfer, This is to prevent the powdered material from dropping from between the rear ends of the low-speed conveyor 17.

The transfer speed of at least one of the high speed conveyor 13 and the low speed conveyor 17 can be adjusted, and the transfer speed of the low speed conveyor 17 is set to be lower than the transfer speed of the high speed conveyor 13. Thus, by setting the transfer speed of the low-speed conveyor 17 and operating the low-speed conveyor 17 at a lower speed than the high-speed conveyor 13, as shown in FIG. 2, it is placed on the low-speed conveyor 17 and transferred downstream. The distance between the front end Wf of the object to be powdered W to be transferred and the rear end Wb of the object to be powdered W transferred immediately before, that is, the low speed conveyor 17 The space | interval D2 between the some to-be-powdered articles W mounted is clogged. Therefore, compared with the interval D1 between the plurality of powdered articles W placed on the high-speed conveyor 13, the interval D2 between the plurality of powdered articles W placed on the low-speed conveyor 17 that has been transferred is set. Get smaller. In addition, the powdered material P placed in the space S2 between the plurality of powdered articles W is reduced by the distance D2 between the plurality of powdered articles W being reduced. It not only escapes into the space above the low-speed conveyor 17 and is piled up bulky, but is also pressed against the front ends Wf... Wf and the rear ends Wb. In some cases, when the powdery material P is pressed, the gaps between the individual powdery materials P and the gap between the front end Wf and rear end Wb of the material to be powdered W and the powdery material P are clogged. The density of the powdery substance P placed in the space S2 between the plurality of powdered articles W in 17 is the powdery substance P placed in the space S1 between the plurality of powdered articles W in the high-speed conveyor 13. It becomes large compared with the density. Therefore, the front end of the powdered article W is obtained by pressing the powdery substance P filled in S2 between the powdered article W and the powdered article W against the front end Wf and the rear end Wb of the powdered article W. The powdery substance P can be forcibly adhered to Wf and the rear end Wb. The performance of the high-speed conveyor 13 and the low-speed conveyor 17, in particular, the transfer speed adjustment area may be selected and used. For example, it is not necessary that the region for adjusting the transfer speed of the high speed conveyor 13 be a region that is faster than the region for adjusting the transfer speed of the low speed conveyor 17. The regulatory regions may overlap in whole or in part.

The transfer speed of the low-speed conveyor 17 only needs to be slower than the transfer speed of the high-speed conveyor 13 and can be changed as appropriate. The transfer speed of the low-speed conveyor 17 is preferably set in the range of 50 to 99% of the transfer speed of the high-speed conveyor 13, and more preferably in the range of 70 to 95% of the transfer speed of the high-speed conveyor 13. When the transfer speed of the low-speed conveyor 17 is set to less than 50% of the transfer speed of the high-speed conveyor 13, the interval D2 between the plurality of powdered articles W placed and transferred on the low-speed conveyor 17 becomes unnecessarily small. As shown in FIG. 3, the object to be powdered W to be transferred from the high speed conveyor 13 to the low speed conveyor 17 rides on the object to be powdered W which has been transferred to the low speed conveyor 17 one time before, or the speed to the low speed conveyor is immediately before. There is a possibility that the shape of the object to be powdered W is deformed by colliding with the object to be powdered W which has been changed to 17. Moreover, when the transfer speed of the low speed conveyor 17 is set to be equal to or higher than that of the high speed conveyor 13, the interval D2 between the plurality of powdered articles W is widened, and the front and rear ends Wf and Wb of the powdered articles are excellently powdered. The effect cannot be obtained.

Further, the interval D2 between the plurality of powdered articles W placed on the low speed conveyor 17 and transferred downstream is between the plurality of powdered articles W placed on the high speed conveyor 13 and transferred downstream. By becoming smaller than the interval D1, the powdery object P filled in the space S2 between the plurality of objects to be powdered W from the front ends Wf... Wf and the rear ends Wb. On the other hand, it is a distance to which a force is applied and may be a distance that takes productivity into consideration, and can be implemented with appropriate changes. The distance D1 between the plurality of objects to be powdered W placed on the high speed conveyor 13 and transferred downstream, more specifically, the front end Wf of the object to be powdered W to be transferred and the powdering to be transferred immediately before. The distance from the rear end Wb of the object W is desirably in the range of 10 to 100 mm, and more desirably in the range of 30 to 50 mm. By setting the interval D1 between the plurality of objects to be powdered W placed on the high speed conveyor 13 and transferred downstream to the above range, and operating the low speed conveyor 17 at a lower speed than the high speed conveyor 13, the low speed conveyor 17 The distance D1 between the plurality of powdered articles W that are carried out, changed, and transferred to the downstream side, and between the plurality of powdered articles W placed on the high-speed conveyor 13 and transferred downstream. More preferably, it should be reduced by about 5 to 20 mm, and more preferably about 7 to 15 mm. In this way, the transfer speed of the low-speed conveyor 17 with respect to the high-speed conveyor 13 and the intervals D1 and D2 between the plurality of powdered articles W placed on the high-speed conveyor 13 and the low-speed conveyor 17 and transferred downstream are adjusted. As a result, the powdery material P filled in the space S2 between the plurality of powdered articles W is pressed against the front ends Wf ... Wf and the rear ends Wb ... Wb of the plurality of powdered articles W ... W The powdery material P can be forcibly adhered to the front end Wf and the rear end Wb of the attachment W. In addition, each space of S1 between the powdered article W and the powdered article W in the high-speed conveyor 13 and S2 between the powdered article W and the powdered article W in the low-speed conveyor 17 is at least powdered. When a force is applied from the front end Wf and the rear end Wb of the attachment W to the powdery material P filled in the spaces S1 and S2, the space is directly related to the transmission of the force.

The powder removing unit 20 further transfers the plurality of powdered articles W... W transferred from the low-speed conveyor 17 to the downstream side, and also describes an extra powdery material P that has not adhered to the powdered article W. It is for dropping onto the belt 24 of the return conveyor 23. In the present embodiment, a plurality of cylindrical rollers 21... 21 are arranged side by side so as to be rotatable in the transfer direction with a predetermined interval (hereinafter referred to as a gap) 22, and each is rotated by a rotating means (not shown). By rotating the cylindrical rollers 21... 21, the object to be powdered W is transferred to the downstream side, and the excess powdery material P that has not adhered to the object to be powdered W is belted on the return conveyor 23 described later. Drop onto 24. The gap 22 between the cylindrical roller 21 and the roller 21 can be arbitrarily set in consideration of clogging caused by the powdery material P or the like. Moreover, the structure of the powder removal part 20 is not restricted to the above-mentioned thing, You may implement it changing suitably.

As shown in FIG. 1, the return conveyor 23 receives and places the powdery material P dropped from the powder removing unit 20 and transfers it to the upstream side of the high-speed conveyor 13. It consists of an endless belt conveyor of the same width. The return conveyor 23 has one end (the left side in the figure) disposed below the powder removing unit 20 and the other end (the right side in the figure) disposed below the upstream side of the high-speed conveyor 13. Is inclined such that the end portion (right side in the drawing) on the high speed conveyor 13 side is higher than the end portion (left side in the drawing) on the powder removal unit 20 side. The end of the return conveyor 23 on the high speed conveyor 13 side and the upstream end of the high speed conveyor 13 are connected by a connecting means. Specifically, the belt 24 of the return conveyor 23 is wound around the return wheel 25 and is pressed against the outer periphery of the guide wheel 16 provided on the winding wheel 15 around which the belt 14 of the high-speed conveyor 13 is wound from the lower side to the upper side. It is wound in the state. In this manner, the belt 24 of the return conveyor 23 is wound around the guide wheel 16 while being pressed against the guide wheel 16, so that a predetermined interval is provided between the belt 24 of the return conveyor 23 and the belt 14 of the high-speed conveyor 13. A guide portion 26 is formed, and the belt 24 of the return conveyor 23 moves together with the belt 14 of the high speed conveyor 13 as the guide wheel 16 of the high speed conveyor 13 rotates. The interval between the guide portions 26 formed between the belt 24 of the return conveyor 23 and the belt 14 of the high-speed conveyor 13 is not particularly limited, and may be set arbitrarily. As described above, the return conveyor 23 receives and places the powdery material P dropped from the powder removing unit 20, transfers the powdery material P to the lower side on the upstream side of the high-speed conveyor 13, and transfers it to the guide unit 26. The powder P sent to the guide 26 is fed to the high speed conveyor 13 so as to be held between the belt 24 of the return conveyor 23 and the belt 14 of the high speed conveyor 13. Thereby, the powdery substance P can be reliably circulated between the transfer parts 11. On the other hand, a part of the powdery material P transferred by the return conveyor 23 is dropped and placed on a powder supply conveyor 42 described later. Further, in the food powdering method and the food powdering device 10 according to the present invention, the food may be powdered without the return conveyor 23.

The powder input unit 41 is for dropping the powdery material P from above, and includes a powder supply conveyor 42 and an upper input unit 45 as shown in FIG. The powder supply conveyor 42 is used to transfer the powdered material P and supply it to the upper loading unit 45, and is composed of an endless belt conveyor. The conveyor 12, which is the transfer unit 11, the powder removing unit 20, and the return conveyor 23 It is arranged on the side of. One end (left side in the figure) of the powder supply conveyor 42 is disposed below the side of the return conveyor 23, and a part of the powdery material P transferred by the return conveyor 23 is placed thereon. The other end (the right side in the figure) of the powder supply conveyor 42 is disposed in an upper loading part 45 located on the upstream side of the high speed conveyor 13. Further, the belt 43 of the powder supply conveyor 42 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 44... 44 protruding in a direction perpendicular to the belt 43 at predetermined intervals, and dropped from the return conveyor 23 by the plurality of protrusions 44. The placed powdery substance P can be transferred from below to above, and the powdery substance P can be supplied to the upper input unit 45 by a predetermined amount. Further, the powder supply conveyor 42 not only transfers the powdery material P dropped and mounted from the return conveyor 23 to the upper input unit 45 by a predetermined amount, but also a new powdery material accommodated in a hopper (not shown). P can be placed and transferred to the upper loading part 45. The upper feeding unit 45 is configured to cover the powdered material P supplied from the powder supply conveyor 42 with the powdered material P and the powdered material W placed on the high-speed conveyor 13 and transferred. And is to be dropped into the high-speed conveyor 13 from above so that S1 is filled with the powdery material P. In this embodiment, on the upstream side of the high-speed conveyor 13 It arrange | positions upwards and drops and throws the powdery material P to the rear-end side of the high speed conveyor 13 from upper direction. The upper input unit 45 is configured in a bottomless box shape having substantially the same width as the high-speed conveyor 13, and includes a powder sieving unit 46 that sifts the powdered material P supplied from the powder supply conveyor 42. As described above, the powder input unit 41 supplies the powdery material P transferred by the powder supply conveyor 42 to the upper input unit 45 by a predetermined amount, and is powdered by the powder sieving unit 46 of the upper input unit 45. The object P can be dropped substantially uniformly across the width direction of the belt 14 on the rear end side of the belt 14 that serves as a placement surface of the high-speed conveyor 13. As a result, the powdered article W placed on the rear end side of the high-speed conveyor 13 and transferred, and the powdery substance P drops substantially uniformly from above onto S1 between the powdered article W and the powdered article W. The entire surface of the object to be powdered W is covered with the powdery object P, and S1 between the object to be powdered W and the object to be powdered W is filled with the powdery object P.

The dusting part 51 is for attaching the powdery material P to the plurality of powdered articles W... W placed on the conveyor 12, and includes an upper pressing part 52 and a side pressing part 55. Is done.

The upper pressing unit 52 presses the powdered material W covered with the powdery material P placed and transferred on the high speed conveyor 13 and the low speed conveyor 17 from above, so that the upper surface and the lower surface of the powdered material W are pressed. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, four pressing rollers 53, 53, provided above the high-speed conveyor 13 and the low-speed conveyor 17 are attached. 53, 54. Each pressing roller 53, 53, 53, 54 is arranged rotatably in the order of the first to third pressing rollers 53, 53, 53 and the fourth pressing roller 54 from the upstream side to the downstream side in the transfer direction. Among them, the first to third pressing rollers 53, 53, 53 are disposed above the high speed conveyor 13, and the fourth pressing roller 54 is disposed above the low speed conveyor 17. There is no restriction | limiting in particular in the space | interval of arrangement | positioning in the transfer direction of each press roller 53,53,53,54, It can set arbitrarily. In addition, regarding the heights of the belts 14 and 18 forming the mounting surfaces of the high-speed conveyor 13 and the low-speed conveyor 17 and the lowermost surfaces of the pressing rollers 53, 53, 53, and 54, the object to be powdered W is pressed by the pressing rollers 53. , 53, 53, 54 and the belts 14, 18, while being transferred to the downstream side, the object to be powdered W is pressed by the pressing rollers 53, 53, 53, 54, and the object to be powdered What is necessary is just to set to the height which can adhere the powdery material P to the upper and lower surfaces of W, and what is necessary is just to set arbitrarily according to the shape of the to-be-ground material W and the kind of the powdery material P. In the present embodiment, the first to third pressing rollers 53, 53, 53 are set to the same height, but the heights of the first to third pressing rollers 53, 53, 53 are sequentially decreased. What is necessary is just to set arbitrarily as above-mentioned, such as making the height of the 3rd press roller 53 low with respect to the 1st-2nd press rollers 53,53. Further, the configuration of the upper pressing portion 52 is not limited to the above-described configuration, and may be appropriately changed and implemented without departing from the object of the present invention. For example, the upper pressing portion 52 includes a plurality of plate-like bodies (not shown) described in Patent Document 1 and a plurality of support members (not shown) that support the plate-like bodies, and is upstream of the high-speed conveyor 13. To the low speed conveyor 17, and a plurality of objects to be powdered W... W and a powdery material P are a plurality of plate bodies, belts 14 and 18 on which the high speed conveyor 13 and the low speed conveyor 17 are placed, and So that the object to be powdered W is pressed from above by a plurality of plate-like bodies while being transferred to the downstream side so that the powdery object P adheres to the upper and lower surfaces of the object to be powdered W. It may be configured. Further, for example, the upper pressing portion 52 is composed of a single inclined plate (not shown), and the interval between the inclined plate and the belts 14 and 18 is on the downstream side from the upstream side of the high speed conveyor 13 to the low speed conveyor 17. It arrange | positions so that it may become small as it goes to, and several to-be-powdered articles W ... W and the powdery thing P are between the inclined plates and the belts 14 and 18 which are the mounting surfaces of the high speed conveyor 13 and the low speed conveyor 17. You may comprise so that the to-be-polished object W may be pressed from the upper direction with an inclination board, and the powder-like object P may adhere to the upper and lower surfaces of the to-be-polished object W, while passing and transferring downstream.

The side pressing portion 55 presses the powdery material P from the left and right sides against the powdered material W placed and transferred on the high-speed conveyor 13, so that the left and right side surfaces and the powdery material of the powdered material W are pressed. In this embodiment, it is composed of a pair of left and right circulation belts (not shown) provided on the downstream side of the high-speed conveyor 13. Specifically, the pair of left and right circulation belts are arranged above the high-speed conveyor 13 at a predetermined interval on the left and right sides, and are arranged so that the interval gradually decreases toward the downstream side. And it arrange | positions so that it may become a reverse C shape as it goes downstream. The pair of left and right circulation belts are configured so that the opposed surfaces of the belts can circulate in the same direction as the transfer direction of the high-speed conveyor 13. When a plurality of objects to be powdered W... W and a powdery material P are transferred by the high-speed conveyor 13 and pass between the side pressing portion 55 and the belt 14 forming the mounting surface of the high-speed conveyor 13, The powdery material P is pressed against the left and right side surfaces of the object to be powdered W by the circulation belt, and the powdery material P adheres to the left and right side surfaces of the object to be powdered W. In addition, the configuration of the side pressing portion 55 is not limited to the above-described configuration, and may be appropriately changed and implemented without departing from the object of the present invention. For example, the side pressing portion 55 includes a plurality of left and right side pressing pieces (not shown) formed in a plate shape described in Patent Document 1, and a plurality of support members (not shown) that support the left and right side pressing pieces. And a plurality of objects to be powdered W... W and a powdery material P are a plurality of left and right side pressing pieces and a belt on which the high speed conveyor 13 is placed. 14, while being transferred to the downstream side, the powdery material P is pressed against the object to be powder W from the left and right sides by a plurality of left and right side pressing pieces. You may comprise so that the powdery material P may adhere to the left and right side surfaces. Further, the side pressing portion 55 is composed of a pair of left and right rollers (not shown), and is arranged above the high-speed conveyor 13 and on the left and right sides at predetermined intervals, and a plurality of powdered articles W. And the powdery material P pass through between the plurality of left and right paired rollers and the belt 14 which is the mounting surface of the high-speed conveyor 13 and are transferred to the downstream side. Alternatively, the powdery material P may be pressed from the left and right sides so that the powdery material P adheres to the left and right side surfaces of the object to be powdered W.

Next, about the powdering method of the foodstuff which attaches the powdery thing P to the powdery thing W using the powdering apparatus 10 of foodstuff, the powdery thing W immersed in the batter liquid is used as the powdery substance P. The case where it adheres to bread crumbs will be described. First, the bread crumbs P are placed on the belts 14 and 18 of the high speed conveyor 13 and the low speed conveyor 17 and circulated between the transfer units 11. In this circulation, the bread crumbs P placed on the high speed conveyor 13 and the low speed conveyor 17 fall on the return conveyor 23, and the bread crumbs P placed and transferred on the belt 24 of the return conveyor 23 are connected to the belt 24 of the return conveyor 23. In a guide path 26 formed between the belt 14 of the high-speed conveyor 13 and the belt 14 and 24 of both the return conveyor 23 and the high-speed conveyor 24, it is fed from the return conveyor 23 to the high-speed conveyor 13. As a result, the bread crumb P automatically and continuously circulates between the transfer units 11. Further, a part of the excess bread crumbs P dropped and placed on the belt 24 of the return conveyor 23 and transferred upward from below is dropped and placed on the powder supply conveyor 42 and supplied to the upper input unit 45. The powder supply conveyor 42 can also place a new powdered material P accommodated in a hopper (not shown) and transfer it to the upper input unit 45.

Next, a plurality of powdered articles W... W whose entire surface is covered with batter liquid are placed on the upstream side of the high-speed conveyor 13 on which the bread crumbs P are placed on the belt 14 forming the placement surface. At that time, a plurality of objects to be powdered W... W are placed at intervals D1 in the transfer direction. In this embodiment, it shall be mounted in the position of the upstream of the high-speed conveyor 13 shown by the arrow of FIG. Placement of the object to be powdered W may be performed manually. For example, a net conveyor (not shown) that forms part of a batter liquid immersion device (not shown) for the object to be powdered W on the rear end side of the high-speed conveyor 13. (Not shown) may be connected, and the object to be powdered W placed on the net conveyor may be continuously transferred from the net conveyor to the rear end side of the high-speed conveyor 13.

In addition, the powdered article W placed on the high-speed conveyor 13 and transferred from the upper input portion 45 provided on the upstream side of the high-speed conveyor 13 is covered with the powdery substance P, and the powdered article W The bread crumbs P are dropped so that the space between the powder and the object to be powdered W is filled with the powdery material P, and the entire surface of the object to be powdered W placed on the rear end side of the high-speed conveyor 13 is the bread crumb P. While being covered, it is transferred in a state in which the powdered material P is filled in S1 between the material to be powdered W and the material W to be powdered.

The object to be powdered W and the bread crumb P, which are placed and transferred on the high-speed conveyor 13, are transferred from the upstream side to the downstream side in the transfer direction. As it passes between the first to third pressing rollers 53, 53, 53 and the belt 14, it is pressed from above by the respective pressing rollers 53, 53, 53, and is applied to the upper and lower surfaces of the powdered article W. Bread crumb P is pressed. Further, when the object to be powdered W and the powdery object P which are placed and transferred on the high-speed conveyor 13 pass between the side pressing part 55 and the belt 14, the side pressing part 55 causes the object to be powdered. Since the width through which W and the powdery substance P can pass gradually decreases, the left and right side pressing portions 55 are moved as the bread crumb P placed and transferred on the high-speed conveyor 13 is transferred downstream. By the center. In that case, since the 3rd press roller 53 is arrange | positioned above the side pressing part 55, there is no escape place of bread crumb P, As a result, bread crumb P presses on the upper surface and lower surface of the to-be-powdered article W. At the same time, the left and right side pressing portions 55 are pressed against the left and right side surfaces of the object to be powdered W. Therefore, when the material to be powdered W passes the side pressing portion 55, the bread crumbs P are reliably attached to the upper and lower surfaces and the left and right side surfaces of the material to be powdered W.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a plurality of powdered articles W and bread crumbs P that have been transferred to the downstream side by the high-speed conveyor 13 are transferred to the low-speed conveyor 17 and transferred to the downstream side. To do. At that time, at least the powdered object W placed on the front end side of the plurality of powdered articles W... W in the high speed conveyor 13 and the rear end of the powdered articles W. It shall transfer in the state which filled with the powdery material P between S1 (position marked with the arrow P in FIG. 2) between the to-be-polished objects W mounted in the side. The transfer speed of the low-speed conveyor 17 is set to be lower than the transfer speed of the high-speed conveyor 13, and the low-speed conveyor 17 is operated at a lower speed than the high-speed conveyor 13. Compared with the distance D1 between the powdered articles W, the distance D2 between the plurality of powdered articles W placed and transferred on the low-speed conveyor 17 transferred and transferred is reduced, and the plurality of powdered objects The bread crumb P placed in the space S2 between the attachments W not only escapes into the space above the low-speed conveyor 17 due to the decrease in the interval D2, but is piled up bulky, and a plurality of the attachments W ... W is pressed against the front ends Wf... Wf and the rear ends Wb. As a result, the bread crumbs P can be forcibly adhered to the front end Wf and the rear end Wb of the object to be powdered W. By the above method, bread crumbs P can be reliably adhered to the entire surface of the object to be powdered W.

Next, the object to be powdered W and the bread crumb P transferred to the front end of the low speed conveyor 17 are continuously transferred to the powder removing unit 20. As the plurality of cylindrical rollers 21... 21 rotate, the powder removing unit 20 transfers only the powdered article W to which the bread crumb P is firmly attached to the downstream side and does not adhere to the powdered article W. The excess bread crumbs P are dropped downward from the gap 22 formed between the cylindrical rollers 21 and 21. Excess bread crumbs P dropped downward are received by the return conveyor 23 as described above, and sent to the high-speed conveyor 13 again. As described above, the powdered material P can be uniformly and reliably attached to the entire surface of the object to be powdered W, particularly to the front and rear ends Wf and Wb of the object to be powdered W. When the powdered material P is powdered onto the material to be powdered W using a conventional powdering device, the powder material P partially peels off the material to be powdered W or the powder adhered to the material to be powdered W. The product defect due to the variation in the thickness of the powder P or the like occurred 2 to 3%, but when the powdered material P was powdered to the powder to be powder W using the food powdering apparatus 10 according to the present invention. The defect rate could be suppressed to almost 0%.

In the present embodiment, endless belt conveyors are used for the high-speed conveyor 13, the return conveyor 23, and the powder supply conveyor 42. However, instead of a net conveyor or a plate conveyor that uses a net having a mesh shape formed on each belt. May be implemented. Moreover, although the endless net conveyor was used for the low speed conveyor 17, it may replace with an endless belt conveyor, a plate conveyor, etc. and may implement. Each configuration of the high-speed conveyor 13, the low-speed conveyor 17, the return conveyor 23, and the powder supply conveyor 42 deviates from the object of the present invention as long as a plurality of powdered articles W. It may be implemented with appropriate changes within the range not to be performed.

In this embodiment, the case where bread crumb P is applied to the object to be powder W soaked in batter liquid is illustrated, but not limited to this form, such as powdering of meriken powder such as fried or tempura, fried powder, etc. Applicable when powdering with powder seasoning, powdering to ingredients soaked in seasoning liquid such as fried Tatsuta, powdering peanuts and other nuts, etc. It can be used in the case where various powders P are adhered to the material to be powdered W which is a raw material food.
