第1端から第2端へ向かう方向への昇圧動作をするよう形成された第2回路と、の各々
を少なくとも一つずつ含み、
第1伝送動作を行うときは、
前記第1回路および前記第2回路が、第1端から第2端へ向かう方向への前記昇圧動作
を行い、
第2伝送動作を行うときは、
前記第1回路および前記第2回路が第2端から第1端へ向かう方向への前記降圧動作を
行い、少なくとも前記第2回路の一つは、前記第2回路のみでは実質的に降圧動作を行わ
