Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle seat including a headrest and a board member (for example, a member capable of covering a rear surface of a seat back).

As this type of vehicle seat, a vehicle seat having a seat cushion, a seat back, and a headrest is known (see Patent Document 1).
The seat back is a member connected to the seat cushion so as to stand upright, and includes a frame member (arch shape) forming a seat skeleton, a support member, and a board member. The board member is a plate-like member that covers the rear side of the frame member. The support member is a hollow cylindrical member for attaching the headrest, and is attached to the upper part of the frame member.

And a headrest has a stay member (bar shape), and can be attached to a seat back upper part via a support member. At this time, after inserting the stay member into the support member, the headrest is fixed to the upper portion of the frame member by engaging the engaging portion of the support member with the engaged portion of the stay member.
Here, in the known technique, by covering both the engaging portion and the engaged portion with the board member, the detachment (incorrect handling) of the headrest by the occupant is avoided as much as possible.

By the way, in the known technique, the headrest may be removed from the seat back during the maintenance of the seat. At this time, after the support member was exposed by removing the entire board member or the like, it was necessary to release the engagement between the engaging portion and the engaged portion (the work of removing the headrest was somewhat troublesome).
Of course, it is only necessary to detach the board member, for example, by dividing the board member. However, in this case, the dividing line (parting line) of the board member becomes visible from behind the seat.
The present invention has been devised in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to enable the board member to be removed with good workability without losing the appearance as much as possible.

As means for solving the above-mentioned problems, a vehicle seat according to a first aspect of the present invention includes a seat cushion, a seat back that is connected to the seat section so as to be able to stand upright, a headrest that can be attached to the upper surface of the seat back, and a seat back. A board member capable of covering the portion.
In this type of seat configuration, it is desirable that the board member can be removed with good workability without losing the appearance as much as possible.
In the present invention, the board member includes an upper board portion that can cover a part of the upper surface of the seat back, and a rear board portion that can cover the other portion of the upper surface of the seat back and the rear surface of the seat back. Therefore, the upper board portion and the rear board portion can be individually attached to and detached from the seat back (a seat configuration with good workability).
Further, the upper board part and the rear board part are assembled to cover a part of the seat back, and the parting line that divides both board parts is arranged on the upper surface of the seat back and faces the headrest (the parting line is as conspicuous as possible) No configuration).

The vehicle seat of the second invention is the vehicle seat of the first invention, wherein the parting line described above has an outer dimension that fits directly under the headrest and is as inconspicuous as possible.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the board member can be removed with good workability without losing the appearance as much as possible. According to the second invention, the board member can be removed more reliably without deteriorating the appearance.

In each of the drawings, a reference symbol F is attached to the front of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol B is attached to the rear of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol UP is provided above the vehicle seat, and a reference symbol DW is provided below the vehicle seat.

The vehicle seat 2 in FIG. 1 includes a seat cushion 4, a seat back 6, a headrest 8 (all of which are examples of seat constituent members), and a rail member 7. The rail member 7 is a member for sliding the vehicle seat 2.
The headrest 8 has a pair of stay members 8a, and is attached to the upper portion of the seat back 6 via a cylindrical support member SM (see FIG. 2, details will be described later). Each of the pair of stay members 8a is a rod-like member, and can be arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval below the headrest 8.

[Seatback]
The seat back 6 is a member that is connected to the seat cushion 4 so as to be able to rise and fall (see FIGS. 1 and 2). The seat back 6 of the present embodiment includes a frame member 6F, a support member 20, and a board member 9 (details will be described later).
The support member 20 is attached to the seating side of the frame member 6F, and the board member 9 is attached to the rear side of the frame member 6F different from the seating side. In this type of configuration, it is desirable that the board member 9 can be removed with good workability without losing the appearance as much as possible.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the board member 9 can be removed with good workability without losing the appearance as much as possible by the configuration described later. Hereinafter, each configuration will be described in detail.

[Frame member]
The frame member 6F (substantially inverted U-shaped frame member) includes an upper frame 6a, a pair of side frames 6b, a lower frame 6c, a reclining shaft R, and a support bracket SB described later (see FIG. 2). ).
The upper frame 6a is a rod-like member (substantially inverted U shape in a front view) forming the upper part of the seat, and has a linear member 6d. The linear member 6d is a rod-like member bridged to the upper frame 6a (a pair of free ends), and can lock a board member 9 (upper side) described later.
The lower frame 6c is a flat plate member bridged between the pair of side frames 6b at the lower part of the seat. The lower end of the lower frame 6c is partially bent toward the front of the seat, and a pair of holes H are formed. The pair of holes H are holes penetrating up and down the seat, and can lock a board member 9 (lower side) described later.

Each of the pair of side frames 6b is a flat plate member that forms a seat side, and is fixed to the lower end (free end) side of the upper frame 6a (see FIG. 2). A reclining shaft R can be attached in a bridging manner near the lower ends of the pair of side frames 6b. The reclining shaft R is a rotation center when the seat back 6 is tilted (rotated) with respect to the seat cushion 4 and is covered by the shield member Sr (see FIG. 1).
The brackets BL can be fixed to the upper and lower portions of the side frame 6b. The bracket BL is a substantially L-shaped flat plate member, and has a hole H (a through hole into which a screw BS can be inserted) on a side facing a frame body 20a (side frame portion) described later.
A plurality of engaging holes H1 can be formed in the middle of the front side of the side frame 6b (a position different from the bracket BL).

The support bracket SB is a cylindrical member (substantially rectangular), and the stay member 8a can be inserted through the support member SM (see FIGS. 2 and 7).
In the present embodiment, the pair of support brackets SB are arranged in parallel on the rear surface side of the upper frame 6a with a predetermined interval. Then, the support member SM is fitted to the support bracket SB so as not to be relatively movable so that the stay member 8a can be inserted.

(Stay member lock)
Here, the relative movement of the stay member 8a with respect to the support bracket SB can be regulated by a lock mechanism (an engaging portion and an engaged portion, both not shown).
For example, the lock mechanism includes an engaging portion of the support member SM and an engaged portion of the stay member 8a. The engaging portion is a portion protruding outward in the radial direction of the support member SM, and can be moved radially outward from the support member SM by operation of the operation portion. The engaged portion is a hole into which the engaging portion can be inserted, and is formed in the middle of the stay member 8a. The headrest 8 can be locked in a state where the headrest 8 is close to the upper surface of the seat back 6 (a state in which a parting line SL described later is substantially hidden) by appropriately adjusting the position where the engaged portion is formed.
Then, the stay member 8a is inserted into the support member SM while operating the operation portion. Next, the relative movement of the stay member 8a with respect to the support member SM is restricted by engaging the engaging portion and the engaged portion (the stay member 8a is locked to the support bracket SB).

[Support member]
The support member 20 is a member capable of supporting an occupant and can be attached to the seating side of the frame member 6F (see FIGS. 1 and 2).
The support member 20 of this embodiment has a slightly wider outer shape than the frame member 6F, and includes a frame body 20a, a planar body 20b, and an assembly portion 50.

(Frame)
The frame 20a is a frame-like member (arch shape) that can be assembled to the frame member 6F, and is typically made of resin (see FIG. 2).
Although the material of the frame 20a is not particularly limited, a thermoplastic resin (polypropylene, vinyl chloride resin, polyethylene) or a thermosetting resin (phenol resin, melamine resin, epoxy resin, urea resin) can be exemplified.
The frame body 20a of the present embodiment is hollow at the center, and has a basic configuration (an upper frame portion 22, a pair of side frame portions 24, a lower frame portion 26) and an assembly portion 50.
The upper frame portion 22 is a portion forming the upper portion of the frame body 20a, and has an engagement hole portion 22H (see FIG. 5). The engagement hole 22H is a hole that opens to the rear of the seat and is a part that can be engaged with a board member 9 (engagement claw) described later. In the present embodiment, the pair of engagement hole portions 22H are formed in parallel in the sheet width direction.
Each of the pair of side frame portions 24 is a portion that forms a side portion of the frame body 20a. The lower frame portion 26 is a portion that forms the lower portion of the frame body 20a, and in the present embodiment, is a flat plate portion at the lower portion of the frame body 20a.

The upper frame portion 22 and the side frame portion 24 are substantially L-shaped (in cross-sectional view), and each has an outer frame portion 30 and an inner frame portion 32 (in FIG. 2, for convenience, the side frame portion of the side frame portion). The reference numeral is attached only to the outer frame and the like).
The outer frame part 30 is a flat plate part constituting the outer shape of the frame body 20a. The inner frame portion 32 is a portion that is bent inward from the outer edge of the outer frame portion 30, and can face the side frame 6b.
In the side frame portion 24 of the present embodiment, holes H are provided in the upper and lower portions of the inner frame portion 32 so as to face the bracket BL described above. A plurality of engaging projections P1 are provided on the outer frame portion 30 so as to protrude outward from the seat. The engaging projection P1 can be inserted into and engaged with the side frame 6b (the engaging hole H1).

(Assembly part)
The assembly | attachment site | part 50 is a substantially rectangular (upward view) site | part, and has the recessed part 51 (refer FIG.2 and FIG.6). The recessed part 51 is a recessed part (substantially reverse U-shaped in a side view) provided on the lower side of the assembly part 50, and can receive the upper frame 6a.
In this embodiment, the assembly portion 50 is disposed at the center of the upper frame portion 22 (rear side), and is extended rearward (in a direction facing the frame member 6F). As will be described later, the support member 20 is assembled to the frame member 6F by engaging the recess 51 with the upper frame 6a.

(Planar body)
The planar body 20b is a planar member that elastically supports an occupant, and is preferably a member that can elastically expand and contract (see FIGS. 1 and 2).
Here, the type of the planar body 20b is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include fabric (woven fabric, knitted fabric, non-woven fabric), leather (natural leather, synthetic leather), and net body (member obtained by weaving fibers in a mesh shape). In the net body, fibers (natural fibers or synthetic fibers) may be entangled two-dimensionally or the fibers may be entangled three-dimensionally.

In the present embodiment, the planar body 20b (net body) can be attached to the center (hollow shape) of the frame body 20a. In addition, the attachment method of the planar body 20b with respect to the frame 20a is not specifically limited.
For example, when the frame body 20a (made of resin) is molded, the planar body 20b is stretched in the cavity of the molding die. Then, by pouring a molding raw material (molten resin or the like) into the molding die, the planar body 20b can be integrally attached while molding the frame body 20a. At this time, the resin of the support member 20 penetrates and solidifies into the edge (mesh) of the planar body 20b, so that the peripheral end of the planar body 20b can be integrated with the frame body 20a.

[Board materials]
The board member 9 (a flat plate member) is typically made of resin and can be attached to the rear side of the frame member 6F (see FIGS. 1 and 2).
The board member 9 of the present embodiment includes an upper board portion 91, a rear board portion 92, and a pair of side piece portions 9b.
The upper board portion 91 and the rear board portion 92 can be divided and can be individually attached to the frame member 6F. Further, as will be described later, the frame member 6F can be exposed by removing only the rear board portion 92 from the frame member 6F (the board member 9 can be easily removed).
The pair of side piece portions 9 b are fixed to the rear board portion 92. The pair of side piece portions 9b (flat plate shape) can protrude from the side portion of the rear board portion 92 to the front of the seat and partially cover both sides of the seat.

(Upper board part)
The upper board portion 91 is a portion (substantially rectangular shape when viewed from above) that covers the center of the upper surface of the seat back 6 exclusively. The upper board portion 91 of the present embodiment includes a first divided portion S1, an insertion hole 9H, an engaging claw 91a and a regulating portion 93 described later (see FIGS. 2 to 4, 6, and 7). .
The first divided portion S1 is a folded portion (a portion folded in a substantially J shape) at the periphery of the upper board portion 91, and can insert (lock) a second divided portion S2 described later (see FIG. 6 and FIG. 6). (See FIG. 7).
The insertion hole 9H is a hole that vertically penetrates the upper board portion 91, and the stay member 8a can be inserted therein (see FIG. 2). In this embodiment, the pair of insertion holes 9H are provided in parallel in the sheet width direction. Thus, after the upper board 91 is assembled to the frame member 6F, the stay member 8a can be inserted into the support bracket SB via the pair of insertion holes 9H.

(Engaging claw)
The engaging claw 91a is a flat plate portion and can be formed to protrude from the front surface of the upper board portion 91 (see FIGS. 3 and 5). The front end of the engagement claw 91a is formed with a barb (substantially triangular shape in a cross-sectional view) and can be locked to the inner edge of the engagement hole 22H.
In the present embodiment, the pair of engaging claws 91a are arranged in parallel in the seat width direction on the front surface of the upper board portion 91 and face the engaging hole portions 22H (see FIG. 5).

(Regulation Department)
The restriction portion 93 is a portion (substantially rectangular) as projected from the back surface of the upper board portion 91, and has an opening 94 and a rib 95 (see FIGS. 3 and 6). The opening portion 94 is a portion that opens in a substantially C shape (in longitudinal sectional view), and the rib 95 is a flat plate portion (a flat plate shape that is long in the vertical direction of the sheet) formed in the opening portion 94.
In the present embodiment, a restricting portion 93 is provided in the center of the back surface of the upper board portion 91 so as to be able to face the assembly portion 50 and the upper frame 6a. When the board member 9 is assembled, the assembly part 50 and the upper frame 6a are arranged (stored) in the opening 94. At this time, the plurality of ribs 95 abut (linearly abut) on the assembly portion 50 and the upper frame 6a (see FIGS. 4 and 7).

(Rear board part)
The rear board portion 92 is a portion that covers the rear surface of the seat back 6 and the other portion of the upper surface of the seat back 6. The rear board portion 92 of this embodiment protrudes from a part of the upper surface of the seat back 6 and can cover a portion excluding the center thereof (the other portion of the upper surface of the seat back 6). The rear board portion 92 includes a pair of hook portions 9d, a pair of bracket portions 9c, and a second divided portion S2 (see FIGS. 2, 6, and 7).
The second divided portion S2 is a folded portion (a portion folded downward) of the entire upper edge of the rear board portion 92 and can be locked to the first divided portion S1 described above (FIGS. 6 and 7). See).
Further, the pair of hook portions 9d (substantially inverted J-shaped portions) are portions that can be locked to the linear member 6d, and can be provided on the upper surface of the rear surface of the rear board portion 92 at a predetermined interval. The pair of bracket portions 9c (flat plate portions) are portions that can be fixed to the lower frame 6c, and are provided at a lower portion of the rear surface of the rear board portion 92 at a predetermined interval. The pair of bracket portions 9c have holes H, and can be screwed to the above-described lower frame 6c (holes H).

(Parting line)
The parting line SL is a portion (linear shape) that partitions the upper board portion 91 and the rear board portion 92, and is formed by the first divided portion S1 and the second divided portion S2 (see FIG. 8).
In this embodiment, the parting line SL is arranged on the upper surface of the seat back 6 and faces the headrest 8. That is, the parting line SL is typically formed on the upper surface (flat surface portion) of the seat back 6 that can face the headrest 8. For this reason, the parting line SL is difficult to see from the rear side of the seat, for example.
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the upper board portion 91 has an outer shape that fits directly under the headrest 8. That is, the upper board part 91 has a substantially rectangular outer shape (upward view) smaller than the headrest 8. Therefore, the upper board portion 91 is hidden behind the headrest 8 (the shadow of the headrest 8 formed on the upper surface of the seat back 6 when light is applied from directly above). Similarly, the parting line SL has an outer dimension that fits directly under the headrest 8, and is arranged so as to be hidden behind the headrest 8 (a good-looking seat configuration).

[Vehicle seat assembly work]
With reference to FIG. 2, the support member 20 is assembled | attached with respect to the frame member 6F. In the present embodiment, the support member 20 can be positioned in the vertical direction of the seat by hooking the assembly part 50 onto the upper frame 6a.
The support member 20 is assembled from the seating side of the frame member 6F by rotating the support member 20 (lower side) in a direction approaching the frame member 6F with the assembly portion 50 as the rotation center. Then, both members are fixed while covering the frame body 20a on the seating side of the frame member 6F. At this time, the hole H of the bracket BL and the hole H of the frame body 20a are overlapped while the engagement protrusion P1 is inserted into the engagement hole H1. The frame 20a can be attached to the side frame 6b by inserting screws BS or the like in both hole portions H. Here, the bracket BL and the screw BS are typically made of metal, and the frame body 20a can be fixed relatively firmly to the frame member 6F.

Next, referring to FIGS. 2 and 5 to 7, the board member 9 is assembled to the frame member 6 </ b> F. At this time, the upper board portion 91 is disposed in the upper frame 6a, and the assembly portion 50 and the upper frame 6a are disposed in the opening portion 94 while the engagement claw 91a is inserted and engaged with the engagement hole portion 22H. It is made to contact | abut to the rib 95 of this.
The assembly portion 50 and the upper frame 6a are restricted from moving relative to each other in the upward direction of the seat by the abutment of the plurality of ribs 95.
Then, the upper board portion 91 and the rear board portion 92 are attached by fitting (locking) the first divided portion S1 to the second divided portion S2 while covering the rear surface of the frame member 6F with the rear board portion 92. Assemble. Next, the board member 9 is fixed to the frame member 6F by screwing the pair of bracket portions 9c and the lower frame 6c while locking the pair of hook portions 9d to the linear member 6d.
Here, in the present embodiment, the parting line SL that divides the upper board portion 91 and the rear board portion 92 falls within the headrest 8 (see FIG. 8). For this reason, the parting line SL is configured to be as inconspicuous as possible from the rear of the seat, for example.

[Removing the headrest]
Referring to FIG. 2, only the rear board portion 92 (a part of the board member 9) is removed from the frame member 6F to expose the support member SM (lock mechanism).
At this time, in this embodiment, since the upper board portion 91 and the rear board portion 92 are assembled by the first divided portion S1 and the second divided portion S2 (fitting structure), they can be removed relatively easily. it can. Then, the stay member 8a can be extracted from the support member SM by operating the operation portion to release the lock.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the above-described board member 9 includes the upper board portion 91 and the rear board portion 92. The stay member 8a can be unlocked by removing only the rear board portion 92 (a part of the board member 9) and exposing the support member SM (the construction is excellent in workability).
In the present embodiment, the upper board portion 91 and the rear board portion 92 are assembled in a fitting structure, so that the board portions can be attached and detached relatively easily.
In this embodiment, the parting line SL that divides both board portions is arranged on the upper surface of the seat back 6 and faces the headrest 8. At this time, in the present embodiment, the parting line SL described above is an outer dimension that fits directly under the headrest 8 (the parting line is a structure that is not conspicuous as much as possible). Further, since only the rear board portion 42 can be clearly seen from the rear of the seat, a suitable appearance from the rear of the seat (for example, a sense of unity of the board member 9) can be suitably maintained.
For this reason, according to the present embodiment, the board member 9 can be removed with good workability without impairing the appearance of the seat (for example, the appearance from the rear of the seat) as much as possible.

The vehicle seat of the present embodiment is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can take other various embodiments.
(1) In this embodiment, the parting line SL can be concealed by the concealment structure. For example, in the present embodiment, the outer shape of the second divided portion S2 and the outer shape of the first divided portion S1 are continuous (a shape without unevenness) (see FIG. 6). Unlike this, the second divided portion S2 can protrude above the sheet rather than relative (an example of a concealment structure can be formed). Due to this concealment structure, the parting line SL is further inconspicuous from the rear side of the seat in the first divided portion S1 projecting into.
Further, by providing a covering member that covers the parting line SL (formation of another example of the concealing structure), the parting line SL can be made less noticeable.

(2) Further, in the present embodiment, the parting line SL is set to a size that fits directly under the headrest 8, but the configuration of the parting line SL is not limited. In the present embodiment, by setting a part or all of the parting line SL to be a size that fits directly under the headrest 8, it is possible to make the parting line inconspicuous as much as possible (particularly, a structure inconspicuous from the rear of the seat).
(3) In the present embodiment, the board member 9 having the upper board portion 91 and the rear board portion 92 has been exemplified, but a board member that can be divided into three or more pieces can be used.
