A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

1 to 3, reference numeral 1 denotes an opening / closing device. The opening / closing device 1 is a manual window shutter device that opens and closes an opening 2 such as a window opening formed in a building (not shown) such as a house. It is. That is, for example, the opening / closing device 1 opens and closes the substantially rectangular opening 2 positioned between the outdoor space 3 that is one side space and the indoor space 4 that is the other side space.

The opening / closing apparatus 1 includes a pair of guide bodies 6 such as a pair of left and right guide rails that are vertically opposed to each other through the opening 2 when the opening 2 is opened.

The guide body 6 has a guide portion 7 having a substantially U-shaped cross section in a plan view that opens toward the opening portion 2. As shown in FIG. 6, the guide part 7 has opposing plates 8 that are spaced apart from each other, and the outer ends of the opposing plates 8 are connected by a connecting plate 9. On the opposing surface of the opposing plate 8, a protruding protrusion 10 is provided so as to protrude. A muffling member 11 such as mohair is attached to an attachment portion 12 formed on the opposite surface side of the inner end portion of the opposite plate 8. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, an engagement receiving portion 13 protrudes in the vicinity of the lower end portions of both the connecting plates 9 of the guide portion 7.

And the lower frame body 16 which is a contact part of the left-right direction longitudinal shape is arrange | positioned over the lower end part of both the guide bodies 6, and the left-right direction longitudinal shape and substantially box-shaped shutter box etc. which open toward the downward direction are used. A container 17 is disposed between the upper ends of both guide bodies 6.

A winding body 18 such as a substantially cylindrical winding shaft having an axial direction in the left-right direction is disposed in the container 17 so as to be rotatable about a support shaft 19 in the left-right direction. That is, the winding body 18 is rotatably supported via the support shaft 19 by brackets (not shown) which are left and right support portions of the housing body 17.

Further, the opening / closing device 1 has an upper end attached to the winding body 18 of the containing body 17 and a lower end that is a free end, and moves in the vertical direction (opening direction and closing direction) as the winding body 18 rotates. An opening / closing body 21 such as a substantially plate-like shutter curtain that moves up and down to open and close the opening 2 is provided.

The opening / closing body 21 moves in the opening direction while being guided by the guide body 6 while being wound around the winding body 18, thereby opening the opening 2. When the opening 2 is opened, substantially the entire opening / closing body 21 is wound around the winding body 18 so as to be substantially cylindrical and accommodated in the housing body 17. Further, the opening / closing body 21 moves in the closing direction while being guided by the guide body 6 while being unwound from the winding body 18 to become a substantially flat plate shape and close the opening 2. As a result, the outdoor space 3 and the indoor space 4 are partitioned by the opening / closing body 21. The open / close body 21 has insertion end portions 21a that are guided in the vertical direction along the guide portion 7 while being inserted into the guide portion 7 of the guide body 6 when moving up and down. .

The open / close body 21 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the winding body 18 via a suspension member (not shown) at the upper end, which is the front end in the opening direction, and is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the winding body 18 so that it can be rewound. The opening / closing body main body 23 to be taken, and the opening / closing body main body 23 are attached to the lower end which is the front end in the closing direction, and contact the upper surface of the lower frame 16 when the opening 2 is closed, and the container when the opening 2 opens. And a baseboard portion 24 which is a contact portion having a longitudinal shape in contact with the lower surface of the left-right direction.

Here, the opening / closing body main body 23 is formed of a plurality of types, for example, three types of metal, each of which is formed in a plate shape having a longitudinal shape in the left-right direction and is vertically connected to each other. The opening / closing body constituting members 26, 27, and 28 are configured.

That is, the opening / closing body main body 23 includes a plurality of normal opening / closing body constituting members (for example, steel slats) 26 having a known shape, and a normal opening / closing body structure positioned at the lowest position among the plurality of normal opening / closing body constituting members 26 A plurality of, for example, five perforated opening / closing member constituting members (for example, made of aluminum), which are rotatably connected to the lower end of the member 26 and have a plurality of substantially circular small holes (for example, ventilation holes) 30 formed over substantially the whole. Punching slats) 27 and a blindfold that is only one crime prevention means that is pivotally connected to the lower end of the holed opening / closing member constituting member 27 located at the bottom of the plurality of holed opening / closing member constituting members 27 And a non-hole opening / closing member constituting member (for example, an aluminum flash slat) 28.

The normal opening / closing member constituting member 26 and the holeless opening / closing member constituting member 28 are not formed with small holes 30 which are through holes. For example, an upper end portion of an aluminum base plate portion 24 is rotatably connected to a lower end portion of the holeless opening / closing member constituting member 28. That is, the holeless opening / closing member constituting member 28 for blindfolding is directly connected to the connecting portion 29 at the upper end of the base plate portion 24.

The perforated opening / closing member constituting member 27 is a flat plate-like main body plate portion 31 positioned vertically when the opening 2 is closed, and a bent plate shape integrally provided by bending the upper end portion of the main body plate portion 31. An upper connecting end portion 32 having a substantially C-shaped cross section, a lower connecting end portion 33 having a substantially C-shaped cross-section, which is integrally formed by bending at the lower end portion of the main body plate portion 31, and a main body plate. And a projecting plate portion 34 integrally projecting from the vicinity of the upper end portion of the portion 31 toward the indoor space 4.

A plurality of small holes 30 are formed through the front and rear surfaces of the main body plate portion 31 other than both ends in the left-right direction so as to be distributed over the entire portion. That is, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the small hole 30 is not formed in the portion of the main body plate portion 31 inserted into the guide body 6, and the predetermined opening / closing body constituting member 27 is not formed. A hook-shaped retaining member 36 that prevents the insertion end 21a of the opening / closing body 21 from coming out of the guide body 6 due to the engagement with the retaining projection 10 is fixed to both left and right ends of the main body plate 31. It is fixedly attached at 37.

The retaining member 36 is substantially T-shaped in plan view, a mounting plate portion 38 attached to the main body plate portion 31, a protruding plate portion 39 that protrudes outward from the side end surface of the main body plate portion 31, An engaging plate portion 40 that is provided orthogonal to the protruding plate portion 39 and is engaged with the retaining protruding portion 10 is provided at the distal end portion of the protruding plate portion 39. In FIG. 4, the retaining members 36 are respectively attached to the left and right ends of the plurality of perforated opening / closing member constituting members 27 that are located at the bottom and those located at the top.

On the other hand, the holeless opening / closing member constituting member 28 for blindfold has the same shape as the holey opening / closing member constituting member 27 except that the small hole 30 is not formed. That is, the holeless opening / closing member constituting member 28 is a flat plate-like main body plate portion 41 positioned vertically when the opening 2 is closed, and a bent plate shape integrally provided by bending the upper end portion of the main body plate portion 41. The upper connecting end portion 42 having a substantially C-shaped cross section, the lower connecting end portion 43 having a substantially C-shaped cross-section and a bent plate integrally provided at the lower end portion of the main body plate portion 41, and the main body plate And a protruding plate portion 44 that integrally protrudes from the vicinity of the upper end portion of the portion 41 toward the indoor space 4.

Further, the opening / closing device 1 has an operation portion 50 such as an operation lever that is operated from the indoor space by the user at least when unlocking, and is provided in the baseboard portion 24 so that the opening / closing body 21 is opened when the opening 2 is closed. Locking means (locking means) 51 for restricting movement in the direction is provided.

The locking means 51 is movable to the left and right sides of the skirting board 24, for example, is slidable in the left-right direction, and is a pair of left and right that is engaged (locked) and disengaged (unlocked) by sliding. The engaging portion 52, a biasing portion (not shown) such as a spring that biases the engaging portion 52 to be in an engaged state, and the engaging portion 52 are connected via interlocking means (not shown). And a release operation unit 50 for disengaging the engaging part 52 against the urging force of the urging part.

When the opening 2 is closed by the opening / closing body 21, the engaging portion 52 regulates the movement of the opening / closing body 21 in the opening direction by engaging with the engagement receiving portion 13 in the engaged state, and is not engaged. In the state, it does not engage with the engagement receiving portion 13 and allows the opening / closing body 21 to move in the opening direction.

The operation unit 50 is, for example, provided so as to be movable to a portion on the side of the indoor space 4 at a substantially central portion in the left-right direction of the base plate portion 24 of the opening / closing body 21, that is, for example, pivotable in the left-right direction about a longitudinal support shaft. ing. For example, when the user manually turns the operation unit 50 from the indoor space 4 in the unlocking direction, the pair of left and right engaging portions 52 are simultaneously changed from the engaged state to the disengaged state.

When the opening 2 is closed, the front portion (outdoor space 3 side) of the operation portion 50 is covered with the holeless opening / closing member constituting member 28 of the opening / closing body 21, so that the operation portion 50 can be seen from the outdoor space 3. There is no such thing. In other words, the opening / closing body 21 is provided with one plate-shaped non-opening / closing body constituting member 28 that is a crime prevention means that is positioned in close proximity to the operation section 50 and prevents the operation section 50 from being seen from the outdoor space 3. Only has just above the baseboard 24.

Next, the operation and the like of the opening / closing device 1 will be described.

When closing the opening 2, for example, the user places his / her hand on the skirting board 24 and moves the opening / closing body 21 in the closing direction until the skirting board 24 comes into contact with the lower frame body 16.

Then, the locking means 51 is automatically locked, and when the opening 2 is closed, the engaging portion 52 in the engaged state engages with the engaging receiving portion 13 even if the opening / closing body 21 is lifted. The movement of the opening / closing body 21 in the opening direction is restricted.

When the opening 2 is closed, the outdoor space 3 and the indoor space 4 are communicated with each other by the plurality of small holes 30 of the opening / closing member constituting member 27, so that, for example, wind or light is transmitted from the outdoor space 3. It can be taken into the indoor space 4, and rattling of the opening / closing body 21 due to wind pressure can be suppressed.

Further, when the opening 2 is closed, for example, a suspicious person cannot see the operation unit 50 of the locking means 51 in the indoor space 4 from the outdoor space 3, and thus knows the position of the operation unit 50. In addition, it is impossible to operate the operating portion 50 from the small hole 30 of the opening / closing body constituting member 27 with holes.

Thus, according to the opening / closing device 1, the opening / closing body 21 is a blind-opening non-opening / closing body constituting member that visually shields the operation section 50 so that the operation section 50 of the locking means 51 cannot be seen from the outdoor space 3. 28, the operation part 50 of the locking means 51 cannot be seen from the outdoor space 4, and the operation part 50 cannot be operated from the small hole 30. Therefore, the locking means by a suspicious person or the like from the outdoor space 3 51 can be unlocked and crime prevention is good.

In addition, since the baseboard part 24 that has been used conventionally can be used as it is by using the holeless opening / closing member constituting member 28, it is processed in comparison with the case of changing the type of the baseboard part 24, etc. Manufacturing costs including costs, etc. can be reduced, no blindfold dedicated member is required, and the number of parts is not increased.

Further, since the small hole 30 of the opening / closing body constituting member 27 is not formed in a portion of the main body plate portion 31 inserted into the guide body 6, the main body plate portion 31 is moved when the open / close body 21 is moved. Therefore, the sound-absorbing member 11 is not scraped off at the periphery of the small hole 30, wear of the sound-absorbing member 11 can be prevented, and durability of the sound-deadening member 11 can be maintained. The perforated opening / closing member constituting member (punching slat) 27 is formed, for example, by cutting a plate member into a predetermined length and then punching the portion excluding both ends in the longitudinal direction of the cut plate member of the predetermined length. After that, the retaining member 36 is attached to both end portions that are not punched and manufactured.

In the above embodiment, the structure in which the opening / closing body 21 has only one holeless opening / closing body constituting member 28 has been described. However, for example, the opening / closing body 21 is constituted by the holeless opening / closing body constituting member 28 from the bottom to the second. In this manner, the opening / closing body 21 may have only two perforated opening / closing body constituting members 28.

7 to 9 show a second embodiment.

The opening / closing body 21 of the second embodiment can be attached to and detached from the opening / closing body constituting member 27 having the lowest hole so as to cover the small hole 30 as a crime prevention means for preventing the operation portion 50 from being seen from the outdoor space 3. And a blindfolding member 61 made of a metal or a resin having a longitudinal plate shape in the left-right direction and positioned so as to face the operation unit 50 in the vicinity.

That is, the opening / closing body 21 does not have the holeless opening / closing body constituting member 28 for blindfolding, and has a holed opening / closing body in which a plurality of small holes 30 are formed in the connecting portion 29 at the upper end of the base plate 24. The component member 27 is directly connected.

The projecting plate portion 34 of the lowermost perforated opening / closing member constituting member 27 located directly above the base plate portion 24 has a mounting recess 34a that is a mounting portion having a substantially C-shaped cross section that opens downward. The upper end portion of the blindfold member 61 as a crime prevention means is rotatably fitted in the mounting recess 34a, and the lower end portion of the blindfold member 61 is a free end portion 62.

When the opening 2 is closed, the blindfold member 61 is positioned vertically based on its own weight, and the front portion (the outdoor space 3 side) of the operation portion 50 is covered with the blindfold member 61. The operation unit 50 is not visible from the outdoor space 3. Between the front surface of the blindfold member 61 and the rear surface of the main body plate portion 31 of the perforated opening / closing member constituting member 27, there is a space portion 70 serving as an air passage through which air from the outdoor space 3 flows.

In addition, the left-right direction length dimension and the up-down direction length dimension of the blindfold member 61 are substantially the same as the left-right direction length dimension and the vertical direction length dimension of the opening / closing body constituting member 27, and the blindfolding member 61 opens and closes the hole. All of the plurality of small holes 30 of the body constituting member 27 are covered (see FIG. 9).

According to the second embodiment, the opening / closing body 21 has the blindfold member 61 that visually shields the operation portion 50 so that the operation portion 50 of the locking means 51 cannot be seen from the outdoor space 3. The operation part 50 of the locking means 51 cannot be seen from the outdoor space 4, and the operation part 50 cannot be operated from the small hole 30. Therefore, the suspicious part from the outdoor space 3 is not reduced without reducing the aperture ratio of the small hole 30. The unlocking of the locking means 51 by a person or the like can be prevented, and the same operational effects as the first embodiment can be achieved, such as good crime prevention.

Further, since the blindfold member 61 is rotatably attached to the opening / closing member constituting member 27 directly above the skirting board 24, the wind from the outdoor space 3 passes through the small hole 30 and the space 70. After the blindfold member 61 is rotated to the indoor space 4 side, it smoothly flows into the indoor space 4 and sufficient ventilation can be secured. In this case, the free end portion 62 of the blindfold member 61 is used as the operation portion. Since the blindfold member 61 does not rotate more than necessary by coming into contact with 50, the blindfold function of the blindfold member 61 is maintained.

In the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the blindfold member 61 is attached only to the lowest holed opening / closing member constituting member 27 has been described. For example, the second lowest holed opening / closing member constituting member from the bottom is used. A configuration in which a blindfold member 61 is attached to 27 may be used.

Further, FIGS. 10 to 13 show a third embodiment.

The opening / closing body 21 of the third embodiment can be attached to and detached from the opening / closing body constituting member 27 having the lowest hole so as to cover the small hole 30 as a security means for preventing the operation portion 50 from being seen from the outdoor space 3. And a blindfolding member 71 made of a metal or resin in the shape of a plate in the left-right direction and positioned in the proximity of the operation unit 50.

That is, as in the second embodiment, the opening / closing body 21 does not include the holeless opening / closing body constituting member 28 for blindfolding, and the connecting portion 29 at the upper end of the skirting board portion 24 includes a plurality of openings. A perforated opening / closing member constituting member 27 in which a small hole 30 is formed is directly connected.

A blindfold member 71, which is a crime prevention means, is attached to the lowest perforated opening / closing member constituting member 27 located directly above the baseboard 24.

The blind member 71 includes a plate-like main body plate portion 72 that is longitudinal in the left-right direction, projecting portions 73 that are integrally projected on the front surfaces of both ends of the main-body plate portion 72, and the left and right projecting portions. And a plurality of (for example, five) mounting convex portions 74 integrally projecting from the front surface of the portion 73.

Each mounting convex portion 74 is composed of a cylindrical portion 75 having the same diameter as the small hole 30 and a large-diameter portion 76 that is integrally provided at the tip of the cylindrical portion 75 and has a diameter larger than that of the small hole 30. Has been. A notch 77 is formed from the large diameter portion 76 to the cylindrical portion 75 for elastically deforming the mounting convex portion 74 when the mounting convex portion 74 is inserted into the small hole 30. The convex part 74 is vertically divided into two.

The mounting projection 74 is once elastically deformed and inserted into the small hole 30, so that the cylindrical portion 75 fits into the small hole 30 and the large diameter portion 76 passes through the small hole 30 and passes through the small plate 30. The blindfold member 71 is attached to the perforated opening / closing member constituting member 27 so that only the front surface of the projecting portion 73 is in contact with the rear surface of the main body plate portion 31. .

A space 80 is provided between the front surface of the main body plate portion 72 of the blindfold member 71 and the rear surface of the main body plate portion 31 of the perforated opening / closing member constituting member 27 so as to flow air from the outdoor space 3. To do.

When the opening 2 is closed, the blindfold member 71 is fixed to the main body plate portion 31 of the opening / closing body constituting member 27, and the front portion (outdoor space 3 side) of the operation portion 50 is the blindfold member 71. Therefore, the operation unit 50 is not visible from the outdoor space 3.

In addition, the left-right direction length dimension and the up-down direction length dimension of the blindfold member 71 are substantially the same as the left-right direction length dimension and the up-down direction length dimension of the perforated opening / closing member constituting member 27. All of the plurality of small holes 30 of the body constituting member 27 are covered (see FIG. 11).

According to the third embodiment, the opening / closing body 21 has the blindfold member 71 that visually shields the operation unit 50 so that the operation unit 50 of the locking means 51 cannot be seen from the outdoor space 3. The operation part 50 of the locking means 51 cannot be seen from the outdoor space 4, and the operation part 50 cannot be operated from the small hole 30. Therefore, the unlocking means 51 can be unlocked by a suspicious person or the like from the outdoor space 3. The same operational effects as those of the first embodiment, such as prevention and good crime prevention, can be achieved.

Moreover, since the wind from the outdoor space 3 flows smoothly into the indoor space 4 through the small hole 30 and the space part 80, sufficient ventilation can be ensured.

Further, by inserting the mounting convex portion 74 of the blindfold member 71 into the small hole 30 of the opening / closing body constituting member 27, the blindfold member 71 can be easily attached to the opening / closing body constituting member 27, It is not necessary to form an attachment portion for attaching the blindfold member 71 in the opening / closing body constituting member 27 with holes.

In addition, the blindfold member 71 can be easily applied not only to the lowermost holed opening / closing member constituting member 27 but also to the holed opening / closing member constituting member 27 at an arbitrary position where it is desired to be blindfolded because, for example, the line of sight matches. Can be attached to.

In any of the above embodiments, the configuration in which the opening / closing body 21 includes the normal opening / closing body constituting member 26 having a known shape has been described. However, for example, the normal opening / closing body constituting member 26 is not provided, and the normal opening / closing body constituting member 26 is provided. Instead of 26, a configuration having a perforated opening / closing member constituting member 27 may be used.

Further, the operation unit 50 of the locking means 51 is not limited to the operation lever, and may be, for example, an operation button that is pushed.

On the other hand, the opening / closing device 1 is not limited to a window shutter device fixed around the opening 2 such as a window opening. For example, other shutter devices fixed around the other opening, blinds A device or the like, or a device in which a plurality of the same or different types of these devices are arranged in parallel may be used.

Further, the opening / closing device 1 is not limited to the configuration in which the base plate portion 24 of the open / close body 21 contacts the lower frame body 16 when the opening 2 is closed. For example, the base frame portion 24 is not provided and the base plate portion 24 is placed on the floor. The structure etc. which contact | abut directly to the building side of a building, such as a surface, may be sufficient.

Further, the locking means 51 is not limited to the one provided in the skirting portion 24 of the opening / closing body 21, but may be provided, for example, in an opening / closing body constituting member (slat) positioned in the middle of the opening. In this case, the opening / closing member constituting member provided with the locking means 51 and the opening / closing member constituting member adjacent to the upper and lower sides of the opening / closing member constituting member are the perforated opening / closing member constituting member 27 and the operation unit 50 may be seen from the outdoor space 3. If there is, for example, the opening / closing member constituting member provided with the locking means 51 or the opening / closing member constituting member adjacent to the upper and lower sides thereof is provided with a crime prevention means for visually shielding the operation unit 50 from the outdoor space 3. Also good.

Furthermore, when the crime prevention means is provided, not only the operation part 50 of the locking means 51 but also the engagement receiving part 13 and the engagement part 52 are not visible from the outdoor space 3. In the case of an electric switchgear, the operation unit 50 is not necessarily required, but the locking means 51 is an electric lock type and has members corresponding to the engagement receiving unit 13 and the engagement unit 52, and When the member is desired to be hidden, the same security means as in the case of the manual opening / closing device may be provided.

Moreover, it is preferable that the blindfold members 61 and 71 are not inserted into the guide body (guide rail) 6 in consideration of the ease of rotation and attachment / detachment. The small hole 30 of the opening / closing member constituting member 27 is not formed in the portion of the opening / closing member constituting member 27 inserted into the guide body 6, and therefore, it is sufficient to hide the small hole 30. The length in the left-right direction may be a dimension that does not reach the length that can be inserted into the guide body 6, and as a result, it can be prevented from being inserted into the guide body 6. That is, for example, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, the left and right end portions (longitudinal end portions) of the blindfold members 61 and 71 are not inserted into the guide body 6, and are near the inner end of the guide body 6. Is located. For example, although not shown, the end of the blindfold member may be inserted into the guide body 6.
