Description

The present invention relates to an article packaging body. In particular, the present invention relates to a novel article packaging suitable for packaging and transporting articles (packaged articles) that are easily broken and susceptible to impact.

Here, examples of packaged articles that are easy to break and weak against impact include, for example, alcoholic beverages / cosmetics in glass bottles, glass decorations, expensive antiques / watches, dangerous chemicals / pharmaceuticals, electrical components (for example, portable personal computers) And the like.

。   As an article packaging body for packaging an article that is easy to break and weak against impact as described above, for example, there is one having the following configuration described in Patent Document 1 (quoting claim 1).

“In a packaging structure of an article formed by holding an article to be packaged placed on a mount with a synthetic resin film, the mount is formed along the periphery of the holding area portion formed inside when unfolded. A bent piece that extends outward from the crease formed and is foldable, and is stacked on the mount, and the end extends to the bent piece and a part is bonded to the bent piece and the other part is hung. It is made of a film that can be hooked by a stopper piece, or can be hooked only by a stopper piece, and inserts an article to be packaged onto the holding area portion from an open edge of the film. A packaging structure for an article, wherein a film is hooked on the hook piece, the bent piece portion is bent, the film is tensioned, and an object to be packed is pressed against a holding area portion and held.

From the standpoint of improving the efficiency of physical distribution in recent years, it has been demanded that packaging of articles to be packaged manually is possible more simply and quickly.

However, the article packaging body of Patent Document 1 has a large number of packaging work steps, and is considered difficult to meet the above requirements.

For example, taking Example 1 as an example, as described in paragraphs 0013 and 0014,
1) Work to insert a packaged article into the gap at the open end of the film from the side,
2) Work of folding the pair of first bent pieces 180 degrees,
3) The work of closing and closing the open end of the film on the hooks formed on the pair of second bent pieces,
4) The work of folding the pair of second bent pieces upward at a substantially right angle,
As described in paragraph 0015, a binding means such as an outer box is required.

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide an article packaging body that makes packaging easier.

As a result of diligent efforts to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have come up with an article packaging body having the following configurations (1) and (2).

(1) An article packaging body comprising a receiving frame (lower frame) and a covering frame (upper frame),
The covering frame body and the receiving frame body are provided with one or more pairs of lower groove parts / upper groove parts so that a cylindrical space can be formed when they are combined as a pair of mating face edges facing each other.
A receiving / covering protective film is stretched and fixed to each pair of mating surface edge portions. When the receiving frame body and the covering frame body are combined, the packaged article is sandwiched and held by the receiving / covering protective film. It is possible to hold.

(2) An article packaging body comprising a receiving frame (lower frame) and a covering frame (upper frame),
Each of the receiving frame body and the covering frame body is provided with one or more hole portions that can form a superposed hole portion when the peripheries of the receiving frame body and the covering frame body are combined with each other as an annular edge portion,
A receiving / covering protective film is stretched and fixed to each annular edge of the mating surface, and when the receiving frame body and the covering frame body are combined, the packaging / wrapping film can be held by the receiving / covering protective film. It is said that it is said.

The package for articles of the present invention receives and covers a packaged article by simply placing the packaged article on a protective film and combining the cover frame (upper frame) with the receiving frame (lower frame). An article to be packaged can be held and held by a protective film, and the packaging process is completed. Therefore, according to the present invention, the packaging operation of the article to be packaged becomes easier, and it can be expected to contribute to the improvement of physical distribution efficiency.

Hereinafter, some embodiments of the present invention will be described.

The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to each embodiment, and extends to various aspects within the scope described in the claims.

<First Embodiment: FIGS. 1 to 6>
The article packaging body P <b> 1 of the present embodiment basically includes a receiving frame body (lower frame body) 11 and a covering frame body (upper frame body) 13.

The receiving frame body 11 and the covering frame body 13 include a lower groove portion 15 / upper groove portion 16 that form a cylindrical space when combined, and are provided so that both sides of the groove portions 15 and 16 face each other. Lower and upper mating surface edge pairs 17 and 18 are provided.

Receiving and covering protective films 19 and 21 are fixed to the mating surface edge pairs 17 and 18, respectively. When the receiving frame body 11 and the covering frame body 13 are combined, the receiving and covering protective films 19 and 21 The packaged article A1 (or A2) can be held and held.

Further, between the facing surfaces of the mating surface edge pairs 17 and 18, a coupling protrusion / concave strip 22 is arranged so as to be capable of mutual sliding fitting or expansion engagement fitting, and covers the receiving frame body 11. The frame 13 can be combined and coupled.

In the present embodiment, from the viewpoint of productivity, the upper and lower combinations of the protrusion 22a and the recess 22b are formed oppositely on the right and left sides of the mating surface edge pairs 17 and 18 on both sides of the groove 15 (or 16). Yes.

With this configuration, the receiving frame body 11 and the covering frame body 13 can be manufactured by cutting a plastic extruded body or a light metal drawing body having the same cross section between the receiving frame body 11 and the covering frame body 13. The productivity of the packaging body P1 for use is improved.

Naturally, the receiving frame body 11 and the covering frame body 13 can be manufactured by cutting an extruded molded body or a drawn body having different cross sections, and further by injection molding (in the case of plastic) or die casting (in the case of metal). It is. In that case, the protrusion 22a may be formed on the left and right of one mating surface edge pair 17 (or 18), and the concave strip 22b may be formed on the left and right of the other mating surface pair 18 (or 17). Is possible.

The plastic material and metal material that form the receiving frame body 11 and the covering frame body 13 are shown below.

Mg, Al, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Zr, Cd, In, W, etc.

The protective film 19 (21) between the mating face edge pairs 17, 17 (18, 18) is usually fixed by surface modification of the mating face edge pairs 17, 17 (18, 18). Thereafter, an adhesive is applied to adhere the protective films 19 and 21.

The film material capable of forming the protective films 19 and 21 may be either elastically stretchable or plastically stretchable, but is preferably elastically stretchable. This is because the elastic stretchable protective film is excellent in protective properties and is easy to return to the original length after taking out the packaged article, and can be reused without re-stretching.

As the material having such elasticity, rubber may be used. For example, the following thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) can be preferably used. The thickness of the sheet varies depending on the article to be packaged (packaged article) and / or the film material, but has a strength capable of holding and a cushioning property capable of protecting the packaged article against impact. There is no particular limitation. Usually, it selects suitably from the range of 1 micrometer-5 mm. If the required properties of the receiving protective film 19 and the covering protective film 21 are different, for example, when the article to be packaged is upside down, the material and thickness of both may be changed.

Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE): Urethane TPE, styrene TPE, olefin TPE, ester TPE, polyamide TPE.

The protective films 19 and 21 may be fixed to the frame bodies 11 and 13 by mechanical bonding such as screws or rivets, but preferably by adhesion. This is because when the protective film embraces the packaged article, damage such as tearing hardly occurs.

When fixing the protective film as an adhesive, it is usually desirable to perform a surface modification treatment as a pre-adhesion treatment from the standpoint of ensuring adhesion.

For example, when the edge pair is subjected to surface modification treatment by flame treatment, one of the applicants of the present application previously proposed the following configuration (1) proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2010-57962 (not disclosed at the time of filing), It is desirable to carry out the surface modification treatment of the following constitution (2) proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2010-589263 (not disclosed at the time of filing). A summary diagram is cited as FIG. The reference numerals are not related to those in the present application.

(1) “Surface that increases wettability of S and the like from the flame burner 29 using a flame of a fuel gas in which a thermal decomposable surface modifier is added and mixed with a combustible gas and an oxidizing gas in a predetermined ratio as a carrier. A reforming method, in which the surface modifier is supplied to the flame burner 29 via the nanopump 15. For example, when the surface modifier is a solid modifier, the injection vaporizer nozzle 27 provided in the flame burner 29 is used. Do it. "

(2) “Surface modification method for solid products in which a combustion flame of fuel gas containing a thermally decomposable surface modifier (wetting property improving agent) is blown against the surface of the solid product (surface to be treated). The carbonaceous material is composed of carbon (C), hydrogen (H) and oxygen (O), and has two or more ether structures (—O—), or C═O group (carboxyl group and its group). 1 or 2 or more types are selected from the group of oxygen-containing organic compounds having carbons to which two or more derivative groups are bonded. "

Next, the usage aspect of the packaging body for articles | goods of the said embodiment is demonstrated.

An article to be packaged (bottle in the illustrated example) A1 is placed on the receiving protective film 19 spanned by the lower groove portion 15 on the receiving frame body 11, and the covering frame body 13 is covered and facing mating edge pairs 17, 18 facing each other. Each coupling protrusion / concave strip 22 is fitted by sliding or expanding engagement. Then, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the packaged article A1 is sandwiched and held between the receiving / covering protective films 19 and 21. Here, the receiving and covering protective films 19 and 21 are only in contact with each other, but the receiving and covering protective films (usually elastic bodies) 19 and 21 are strained due to the bulk of the packaged article A1, Similar to the rubber band, the upper and lower protective films are elastically tightened, and there is almost no possibility that the packaged article A1 is displaced in the longitudinal direction.

If there is a possibility that the article to be packaged may be displaced in the longitudinal direction when it is held by the receiving / covering protective film due to a reasonably heavy object or slippery object, a frame is formed on the four sides described below. It is desirable to use the article packaging as shown in FIGS. 12 to 14 in the third and fourth embodiments.

In addition, 1st embodiment is not restricted to what is shown in FIGS. FIGS. 4 and 6 show examples in which the cross-sectional shape of the cylindrical space when the cover frame body and the receiving frame body are combined, and the cross-sectional shape of the engagement pair of the coupling ridge / concave strip assembly are modified, respectively. .

FIG. 4 shows the cylindrical space S2 having a horizontal H-shaped cross-section, and the connecting ridge / concave strip set 22A is combined as a pit-shaped cross section. FIG. 6 shows the cylindrical space S3. The cross-sectional shape is a regular hexagonal shape, and the cross-section of the connecting ridge / concave strip 22B is a combination of arrow-shaped cross sections. Note that the cross-sectional shape of the cylindrical space may be another regular polygon or an ellipse. Since FIGS. 4 to 6 are basically the same as described above, suffixes A and B are added to the corresponding symbols in FIGS. 1 to 3 and their description is omitted.

5 is a perspective view in which the frame body in which the electrical component (portable personal computer) A2 is sandwiched and wrapped between the upper and lower protective films 19A and 21A in FIG. 4 is omitted.

As can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 5, as a result of covering the entire surface of the packaged article with the upper and lower films and holding the packaged article, vibration and impact received by the packaged article are greatly reduced (in particular, When the upper and lower protective films are made of elastic film.) Further, when the article to be packaged is taken out, the projection in the rail shape can be slid out and taken out, so that the package for the article can be used repeatedly.

<Second Embodiment: FIGS. 7 to 9>
In the present embodiment, parts corresponding to those in the first embodiment are denoted by reference numerals in which the hundreds digit is “2” and the last two digits are the same, and all or part of the description thereof. Is omitted.

As in the first embodiment, the article packaging body P <b> 2 includes a receiving frame body 211 and a covering frame body 213.

The covering frame body 211 and the receiving frame body 213 are formed as mating surface edge pairs 217 and 218 whose both sides face each other, and when combined, lower and upper surfaces capable of forming a cylindrical space (cross-sectional shape is a quadrangle). Grooves 215 and 216 are provided.

The receiving / covering protective films 219 and 221 are fixed to the mating surface edge portions 217 and 218 so that the receiving and covering protective films 219 are joined when the receiving frame body 211 and the covering frame body 213 are combined. 221 can hold and hold a packaged article (not shown). So far, it is the same as that of 1st embodiment.

In the above configuration, the covering frame body 211 and the receiving frame body 213 are coupled to each other by the hinge H via the longitudinal edges of the mating surface edge pairs 217 and 218, and the covering frame body 213 is attached to the receiving frame body 211. Can be rotated and united.

In this embodiment, the cover frame body 213 and the receiving frame body 211 may be coupled only by the facing edge portion on the rotating end side, and in the illustrated example, the coupling means is a coupling engagement claw / claw hole. The set 222 is formed. This coupling claw / claw receiving hole set 222 is easily formed by punching the claw receiving hole 222b by causing the engaging claw 222a when the cover frame 213 and the receiving frame 211 are press-molded with a metal plate. Can be formed.

The article packaging body of the present embodiment can be formed (manufactured) by the above-described extrusion molding or the like. However, productivity can be improved by forming a plastic plate material by vacuum forming or a metal plate material by press forming. Good and desirable.

In the same manner as described above, after placing the article to be packaged on the receiving protection film 219 of the receiving frame body 211, the covering frame body 213 is rotated, and the usage mode is one of the mating surface edge pair 218 on the rotating end side. The engaging claw 222 a is engaged with the claw receiving hole 222 b of the mating surface edge 217 of the receiving frame body 211.

As shown in FIG. 9, the packaging body for goods P2 can be stacked with the packaging bodies for goods P2 stabilized in a stepwise manner as shown in FIG. For this reason, the packaging body for goods P2 can be stored without using a wasteful space.

<Third embodiment: FIGS. 10 to 12>
In the present embodiment, parts corresponding to those in the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals with the hundreds digit being “3” and the last two digits being the same, and all or part of the description thereof. Is omitted.

The receiving frame body 311 and the covering frame body 313 are each provided with one or more holes 315 (or 316) that can form overlapping holes when the peripheries of the receiving frame body 311 and the covering frame body 313 are combined with the mating surface annular edges 317 and 318 (see FIG. In the example, it is 1).

Receiving / covering protective films 319 and 321 are stretched and fixed to the mating surface annular edges, respectively. When the receiving frame body 311 and the covering frame body 313 are combined, the covering / covering protective films 319 and 321 are covered. A packaging article (not shown) can be held.

The connecting means for the receiving frame body 311 and the covering frame body 313 is different from the first and second embodiments, respectively, along the outer side portions of the respective mating face annular edges 317 of the receiving frame body 311 and the covering frame body 113. A coupling leg portion 325 having a substantially L-shaped cross section extending in the opposite direction is formed, and the horizontal beam portions 327 of the coupling leg portion 325 are coupled by a plurality of long elastic coupling members 329, so that the receiving frame body 311 and the covering frame are formed. The body 313 can be combined and joined.

In the illustrated example, the long elastic coupling member 329 is provided with hook-shaped elastic engagement heads 329a at both ends, and elastic fitting holes 327a formed on the longitudinal ends of the horizontal beam portions 327 and 327. By pushing and engaging / disengaging the elastic engagement head 329a into the 328a, the two frame bodies 311 and 313 are combined / uncoupled so that the article to be packaged can be packaged / removed. In addition, the horizontal beam part 327,328 side of the joint leg part 325 is made into the concave strip 327b, 328b for accommodating the engaging head 329a.

The elastic fitting holes 327a and 328a have a rectangular shape in the illustrated example, but may be any shape such as a round shape, an oval shape, a regular polygon shape, and a star shape.

FIG. 12 is a modification of FIGS. 10 to 11 in which a coupling leg portion 325A having an L-shaped cross section is formed on the entire circumference.

The usage mode of the present embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment except for the mode of coupling / uncoupling of the receiving frame body 311 (or 311A) and the covering frame body 313 (or 313A).

<Fourth embodiment: FIGS. 13 to 14>
In the present embodiment, parts corresponding to those in the first embodiment are denoted by reference numerals with the hundreds digit being “4” and the last two digits being the same, and all or part of the description thereof. Is omitted.

The receiving frame body 411 and the covering frame body 413 are upper open and lower open box bodies, and the periphery of each open port (the lower hole portion 415 and the upper hole portion 416) is a mating face annular edge portion 417. Up to this point, the configuration is substantially the same as that of the third embodiment.

Then, in order to unite and join the receiving frame body 411 and the covering frame body 413, downward and upward coupling rails 425 and 426 are provided at the corners on each piece of the outer peripheral portion of the mating surface annular edge 417. (Four in each), and each of the downward and upward coupling rails 425 and 426 is slid from the insertion gap through a total of four coupler channels 427 having a C-shaped cross section so that they can be joined together. This is an article packaging body P4 having a configuration.

In the present embodiment, when the receiving frame body 411 and the covering frame body 413 are combined, a box-shaped sealed space can be formed, and sealing performance is required, or interference of an impact object with the protective film is prevented. It is suitable when it is necessary to avoid it.

As in the third embodiment, the receiving frame body 411 and the covering frame body 413 of the present embodiment are desirably manufactured (manufactured) by injection molding using a plastic material or press molding or die casting using a metal material.

The usage mode of the present embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment except for the mode of coalescence and coalescence release of the receiving frame body 411 and the covering frame body 413.

<Fifth Embodiment: FIGS. 15 to 18>
In the present embodiment, parts corresponding to those in the first embodiment are denoted by reference numerals in which the hundreds digit is “5” and the last two digits are the same, and all or one of their explanations is given. The part is omitted.

Similar to the first embodiment, the receiving frame body 511 includes a covering frame body 513, but the morphological structure is different.

The receiving frame body 511 is a rectangular box body that is open up and down and includes a mating surface annular edge portion 517 that forms a pilot hole 515 at an internal intermediate height position. A receiving protective film 519 is adhered to the upper surface of the mating surface annular edge 517. A step fitting portion 511a and a step fitting receiving portion 511b are provided so that when the lower end portion and the upper end portion of the receiving frame body 511 are overlapped, a step fitting portion 511a and a step fitting receiving portion 511b are provided. On both sides in the longitudinal direction of the portion 511a and the step fitting receiving portion 511b, an oval locking projection 511c and a locking recess 511d that can be fitted to each other are formed.

The covering frame body 513 is a flat annular body having an outer peripheral shape that can be slidably fitted to the receiving frame body 511 and having a mating surface annular edge 518 that forms an upper hole portion 516 on the inside. A covering protective film 521 is adhered to the lower surface of the mating surface annular edge 518.

Further, between the opposing faces of the receiving frame body 511 and the covering frame body 513 on both sides in the longitudinal direction, coupling engagement claw / claw receiving hole pairs 522a and 522b are formed.

As in the third embodiment, the receiving frame body 511 and the covering frame body 513 of the present embodiment are desirably manufactured (manufactured) by injection molding using a plastic material or press molding or die casting using a metal material.

The usage mode of the present embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment except for the mode of combining / releasing the receiving frame body 511 and the covering frame body 513.

That is, after the article to be packaged (bottle) A1 is placed on the receiving protective film 519 of the receiving frame body 511, the covering frame body 513 is inserted into the receiving frame body 511, and the coupling engaging claws 522a and the nail receiving holes are inserted. 522b is fitted (FIG. 15). Then, the packaged article A1 is sandwiched and held between the receiving / covering protective films 519 and 521 (FIG. 16).

And the packaging body P5 which the packaging operation was completed overlaps as shown in FIGS. At this time, the step fitting portion 511a and the step fitting receiving portion 511b are fitted, and the locking projection 511c and the locking recess 511d are engaged. The article packaging bodies P5 and P5 can be stably transported without being detached.

<Summary of side effects>
The secondary effects in each embodiment of the present invention are summarized as follows.

The product packaging itself can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, vacuum forming, press molding, die casting, drawing, etc., so the production process of the product packaging can be made more efficient, and many of the shapes of the product packaging Superposition is possible.

If the structure itself is transparent (when using plastics such as PET), it is not necessary to rewrap each packaged item when packing or storing the packaged item. Since it becomes a cushioning material for articles, the cushioning material itself is not required. Therefore, it can be considered that the package for articles of the present invention has a wide range of applications, mainly in logistics operations such as delivery and transportation.

Because it becomes a package for plastic and metal goods different from the mount, it can be used repeatedly, is resistant to water and rain, and can be visually confirmed even when closed by forming it with a transparent material .

In addition, it has been difficult to efficiently bond plastic and film sheets with conventional packaging materials for plastic (or metal) and film sheets, but it has a special surface for plastic (or metal). By applying the modification treatment, it becomes possible to bond with an adhesive that could not be bonded in the past, and in the packaging structure shape, the selection range of materials is widened, extrusion molding (drawing process), injection molding (die casting) The frame body can be manufactured by a method such as vacuum molding (press molding), and the packaging structure shape is more diverse than the mount.

Further, since vibrations and shocks applied to the packaged article are reduced as compared with conventional packaged articles, it can be used for transporting and transporting electrical components that are vulnerable to vibrations and shocks.

Next, in adhering the protective film to the frame during the production of the article packaging body of the present invention, the result of the indirect test of a suitable specific surface modification treatment is shown in Japanese Patent Application No. 2010-57963 (unpublished at the time of filing). The following is cited from the examples in the attached specification.
