ボディーの一側を吸引セクション、他側を吐出セクションとし、
前記吸引セクションは、ポンプと吸引口とを結ぶ吸引路と、吸入時に対応する無効吸引路とを備え、前記吸引路は吸引側切替室を介してポンプ側の第一吸引路と吸引口側の第二吸引路に分割され、前記第一、第二の吸引路と無効吸引路は前記吸引側切替室に同一平面で開口され、前記3つの吸引路の開口端に切替板が当接して配設され、
