図8は本発明の実施例2を示す断面図である。本実施例では、フランジ31に取り外し用の解除部材50を設け、フランジ31の外側からの走査で軸部材36から軸芯部40を取り外しやすくしてある。解除部材50の先端、すなわちロール紙30の芯管30a内へ入り込んでいる側の先端は弾性部材43の基端部分の斜面部位(大径の先端部分と小径の基端部分をつなぐ部位)に引っかかるように取り付けてある。解除部材50の先端の弾性部材43の基端部分への取り付け形態は、引っかけだけではなく、固着するなど種々の形態を採用できる。また解除部材50の基端、すなわちフランジ31よりも外側に位置する部位は図示のように手を掛けやすい突部51(あるいは突面部等々、どのようなものでも、先端側よりも径が大きくフランジ31の外周方向へ出っ張るものであればよい)が設けてある。
