Industrial application fields

Since ancient times, various methods have been adopted to use perfume as a method for eliminating body odors other than bad breath that humans have been producing, and to prevent body odor from sweat.
The present invention contains natural essential oil, which is a body odor improving substance, in a capsule and then ingested into the body, and then releases the body odor improving substance from the surface of the skin of the body, thereby ingesting the body odor improving substance and those around it. Further, the present invention relates to a method for separating and analyzing and confirming aroma components released after taking a natural essential oil-containing capsule for oral intake that can bring about mental stability.

Perfume has long been used as a method to eliminate body odors, and deodorant products that suppress the growth of bacteria on the skin have been used, but in recent years soft capsules containing ottorose and its aromatic components And the like (patent publication number WO206 / 129676, applicant Kracie Foods Co., Ltd.) and the like have been reported.
In recent years, ingesting a cabcel containing natural rose essential oil into the body said that the fragrance of rose was released from the sweat glands together with sweat through the blood, and it was said that there was an effect that the fragrance of rose was slightly felt from the body surface Many products are now on the market.
However, it is only reported in AROMA RESEARCH 9 (33), 2008 regarding the scientific basis that the aromatic component of rose is released from the surface of the body. According to this report, it is confirmed by gas chromatograph / mass spectrometer (hereinafter referred to as GC / MS) that geraniol and citronellol, which are aromatic components of roses, diverge from human skin over time.
Furthermore, according to WO 2006/129676, chewing gum containing various aromatic components was ingested, and the components released from the surface of the hand were measured by GC / MS. As a result, geraniol, terpinen-4-ol and panillin were remarkably released. It has been reported that it has been confirmed.
However, in order to analyze the gas components from the skin according to this report, first of all, a very special instrument called a skin permeation gas collecting device is necessary, and furthermore, the detected amount of the aroma component obtained by gas analysis is on the order of nanogram. Therefore, it was a small amount.

Problems to be solved by the invention

The present invention uses a capsule that has been developed as an auxiliary agent for taking medicines conventionally, such as rose, jasmine, lavender, neroli, rosemary, ylang-ylang, lemon, sweet orange, roman chamomile and so on. If you take capsules containing essential oils, the scent taken from the body's skin will eventually be released to achieve mental stability, and the aroma components released outside the body will be confirmed by GC / MS analysis. It is about how to do.

Means for solving the problem

A natural essential oil containing a fragrance component is injected into a capsule that has been specially developed to make it easier to take medicines. By taking the capsule, the fragrance component taken from the body is released, and this released fragrance component is converted to GC. This is a major feature of confirmation by / MS analysis.

Embodiments of the present invention are as follows.
As the capsule containing the natural essential oil and the aromatic component used in the present invention, a commercially available capsule already used for pharmaceuticals or the like or a newly produced capsule is used.
It is best to take capsules orally.
In general, the timing of ingestion of pharmaceuticals varies depending on the components of the essential oil used and the compounds used because intestinal absorption is strongly influenced by diet.
In order to examine the amount of the aromatic component released from the body, it is important that the subject ingests orally at the timing when the influence of absorption inhibition from the intestinal tract is the least during fasting or satiety.
The amount of essential oil used in the experiment is optimally 1 to 100 mg / dose, or 01 to 50 mg / dose for aromatic components. After a capsule containing essential oil itself or a fragrance component is orally ingested with water, an interval of, for example, 30 to 60 minutes is opened, and then sweat on the skin surface of the body is collected. Sweats can be collected by exercising lightly, forcing sweat into a room with high room temperature or humidity, wiping the sweat with absorbent cotton, or absorbing it in underwear.
The collected sweat is collected as it is or diluted with water or washed with water and extracted with an organic solvent. In this case, the organic solvent to be extracted includes low boiling point diethyl ether, methylene chloride, chloroform, n-hexane and ethyl acetate.
The sweat collected after ingestion of otrose-containing capsules was extracted with diethyl ether, and the extracted liquid was washed with saturated saline and dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate. After running off the solvent at room temperature and normal pressure, the residue was dissolved in 10 ml of acetone, and this solution was used as a sample for quantification of citronellol and geraniol, which are the main aromatic components of ottorose by GC / MC.
The quantitative method was prepared in advance by using a acetone solution of citronellol and geraniol, and then by using an ion chromatographic extraction method with a mass number m / z = 69.00 which is a common fragment of citronellol and geraniol. Was quantified.
The analysis conditions by GS / MS are as shown below.

Takao Tsuda is a subject after chewing a gum containing geraniol, one of the fragrance ingredients of rose released by Krashe's Co., Ltd. in 2007 in a paper entitled “Chemicals and fragrances volatilized from human skin”. As a result of collecting, concentrating and analyzing GS / MS of the skin gas released from the skin, it was reported that geraniol was confirmed from the skin gas. (WO2006 / 129876)
Table 1 below shows the analysis results of geraniol released from human skin.

The invention's effect

Figure 2012058224
Figure 2012058224
Figure 2012058224
The gas chromatogram of the component extracted from sweat is Table 2, which is a sample for 0 to 30 minutes after ingesting rose oil.
Figure 2012058224
The detected amounts of citronellol and geraniol by nine volunteers are as shown in Table 3, and there are large individual differences, and the fluctuation in each time zone was also variable, but the detected amount is a microgram and a detected amount of skin gas. A large amount was detected. As shown in Table 4, in the average of 9 volunteers, samples of 30 to 60 minutes (2, 49 μg) were detected more than 0 to 30 minutes (2,03 μg).
Figure 2012058224
Figure 2012058224
When a capsule containing natural rose oil is taken orally, the fragrance component of rose oil is quickly absorbed from the digestive tract and passes through the liver into the blood. The details of how each odorant is released to the surface of the body's skin is unknown, but citronellol and geraniol that have not undergone metabolism can cause skin pores, sweat lines, or eccrine lines from the blood. It is believed to arrive at the outer surface of the skin via.
From the above results, it was confirmed that if the capsule containing natural essential oil for oral use according to the present invention was taken, the scent taken from the skin on the body surface was emitted.
