Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an easy-opening means for a packaging material made of a laminated film, and more particularly relates to a material having directionality for tearing by the easy-opening means.
As an easy-opening means for a packaging material composed of plastic or a laminate of a plurality of films mainly made of plastic, as shown in FIG. 12, a notch shape serving as a tearing start portion at the end of the packaging material B produced in the packaging bag B It is widely practiced to provide a notch N. And this easy-opening means is used abundantly in the packaging bag B as shown in FIG. 12 which provided the fastener F for implement | achieving the reseal after opening (refer patent document 1).
In the easy-opening means, the packaging bag B starts from the notch tip N1 as the starting point by picking the upper and lower two parts of the packaging bag sandwiching the notch-shaped notch N points with a fingertip and pulling them in different directions. Torn. However, since the above-described pulling direction and pulling force are not uniform, there is a problem that the tearing direction becomes indefinite as shown in FIG. 13 and the shape of the torn cut becomes irregular.
In the packaging bag B shown in FIG. 12 provided with the fastener F for realizing the re-sealing after opening, the packaging bag is re-sealed by using the fastener F even after opening the packaging bag by tearing. Therefore, it must be avoided that the shape of the torn cut becomes irregular. Therefore, in the packaging bag as described above, a means for accurately guiding tearing from the tear starting portion in the direction crossing the packaging bag is required.
The present invention was created for the purpose of providing a packaging material having directionality for tearing by an easy-opening means that has solved the above-mentioned problems, and has the following configuration.
The packaging material according to the present invention has a configuration in which a tearing guide line composed of a groove having a width of 1 μm to 10 μm is applied to the surface of the packaging material, which is a laminated material in which a plurality of films are laminated.
In the packaging material of the present invention, the tear guide wire is applied by the following various means.
(1) A tear induction line is applied by dividing a part of the film constituting the laminate at intervals of 1 μm to 10 μm in width.
(2) In the above case, for example, in a packaging material composed of a laminate in which films are laminated in two layers, a tearing guide wire is applied by dividing the film of the first layer at intervals of 1 μm to 10 μm in width. Moreover, in the packaging material which consists of a laminated body which laminated | stacked the film in 3 layers, a tear induction | guidance | derivation line is given by dividing | segmenting the film of a 1st layer and a 2nd layer by the space | interval of 1 micrometer-10 micrometers.
(3) A tear guide wire is formed by providing a groove having a width of 1 μm to 10 μm on the surface of a part of the films constituting the laminate.
(4) In the above case, for example, in a packaging material composed of a laminate in which films are laminated in two layers, a tearing guide wire is applied by providing a groove having a width of 1 μm to 10 μm on the surface of the first layer film.
(5) In a packaging material composed of a laminate in which films are laminated in three layers, the first layer film is divided at intervals of 1 μm to 10 μm in width, and the first layer film is formed on the surface of the second layer film. A tear guide line is provided by providing a groove of the same width along the parting point.
The present invention configured as described above has the following specific effects.
(1) By applying a tear guide wire composed of a groove having a width of 1 μm to 10 μm on the surface of the packaging material, the thickness of the packaging material in the groove portion is reduced, and the strength of the above portion against the tearing force is weakened. . Therefore, the above portion is particularly easily torn, and the direction to be torn along this portion is obtained.
(2) In the above case, as shown in FIG. 6B, when the tear guide line of the
(3) When a tear guide line is obtained by dividing the film, if the tear guide line is not a groove but a cut, the end faces of the film will contact each other as shown in FIG. Due to the difference in expansion and contraction between the films separated by drying after application of the adhesive, the end faces may face each other and swell may occur. On the other hand, in the case of the present invention, the tear guide wire is composed of grooves having a width of 1 μm to 10 μm.
(4) When printing is applied to the packaging material, it is usually the previous stage of the lamination process. When a tear guide line is provided on the printed first layer film (front film), when the film is divided to obtain a tear guide line, the tension of the tension or mechanical There is a risk that the printed pattern will be displaced due to the delicate tilt of the roll. In particular, in the solvent laminating method described later, when the insertion stage of the cutter blade to be cut is in a stage before the drying section, the film is shrunk due to heat applied in the drying section, so that the pattern is likely to shift. This problem does not divide the film completely when laminating, but by providing a groove having a width of 1 μm to 10 μm on the surface of a part of the film constituting the laminated body, the film does not divide. It can be solved because it is laminated in a connected state.
