オキシムエステル系化合物としては、1,2−オクタンジオン,1−[4−(フェニルチオ)−,2−(o−ベンゾイルオキシム)]、エタノン,1−[9−エチル−6−(2−メチルベンゾイル)−9H−カルバゾール−3−イル]−,1−(o−アセチルオキシム)等が例示できる。また市販品としては、チバ・スペシャリティー・ケミカルズ社から、「IRGACURE OXE 01」、「IRGACURE OXE 02」、株式会社ADEKAから、「アデカオプトマーN−1919」等が市販されている。また、この他に、特開2007−210991号公報、特開2009−179619号公報、特開2010−037223号公報、特開2010−215575号公報、特開2011−020998号公報等に記載のオキシムエステル系化合物を用いることも可能である。
