ウレタンプレポリマー(A)以外のイソシアネート基含有ウレタンプレポリマー(C)は、有機イソシアネート化合物(c)と活性水素含有化合物(d)とを活性水素(基)に対してイソシアネート基過剰の条件で、具体的には、有機イソシアネート化合物(c)と活性水素含有化合物(d)とを、原料のイソシアネート基/活性水素(基)の反応モル比が1.2〜10/1.0、好ましくは1.5〜5.0/1.0となる範囲で、反応触媒や有機溶剤の存在下あるいは不存在下に、50〜100℃で反応させて得られるものである。前記有機イソシアネート化合物(c)としては、前述のウレタンプレポリマー(A)の合成において挙げた脂肪族系ジイソシアネート化合物や芳香族系ポリイソシアネート化合物と同様の化合物が挙げられ、活性水素含有化合物(d)としては公知のポリオキシアルキレン系ポリオール、ポリエステルポリオール、ポリカーボネートポリオールなどの高分子のポリオールが挙げられる。このうち得られるイソシアネート基含有ウレタンプレポリマー(C)が低粘度で、ゴム弾性物性や接着性が良好な点でポリオキシアルキレン系ポリオールが、さらにポリオキシプロピレンポリオールが好ましいものとして挙げられる。 Isocyanate group-containing urethane prepolymer ( C ) other than the urethane prepolymer (A) is an organic isocyanate compound (c) and an active hydrogen-containing compound (d) under the condition that the isocyanate group is excessive with respect to the active hydrogen (group).
