Description

The present invention relates to a support structure for a fence that is installed to prevent intrusion of a person or a beast into a site.

In farmlands and orchards near mountains, wild boars, bears, deer, etc. are infested and there are areas where crops are seriously damaged. In particular, farmers are putting great effort into the cultivation of high-value-added crops such as mandarin oranges, grapes, loquat, chestnuts, melons, and watermelons.

Wild boars and bears that devastate such crops are set up with traps or mobilized capture troops, but they are manpowered and no sufficient countermeasures have been taken. Moreover, in recent years, with the worldwide increase in animal welfare, taking such measures may lead to criticism from animal welfare organizations and various other fields.

On the other hand, electric pastoral fence devices have been used for repelling wild beasts such as spiders from farmland. This is based on the habit of stretching a bare wire around farmland, applying a high voltage pulse to the bare wire, giving an electric shock to the beast that touched the bare wire, and then becoming inaccessible to the bare wire. .

“Monkey harm prevention device” according to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 6-225680 includes pillars erected at predetermined intervals along a boundary line that should prevent monkeys from entering, a net stretched between these pillars, A monkey comprising a bare wire supported on a top of the net and electrically insulated by a predetermined interval in the vertical or oblique direction by the support, and a power supply device for passing an impact current to the bare wire It is a harm prevention device.

The “Beast Harm Prevention Electric Fence” according to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2009-106215 improves the beast harm prevention electric fence so that animals such as monkeys are more likely to be electrocuted.
Therefore, a plurality of pillars standing at predetermined intervals, a conductive net fence stretched between the pillars, and a net so as to cover from the upper edge of the net fence to a predetermined height position between the pillars. An opaque sheet stretched outside the fence of the fence, at least one electric wire laid horizontally in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the sheet on the outside of the fence and separated by a predetermined distance, and at least one And a means for applying a high voltage between the electric wire and the net fence.

In a conventional general fence, a plurality of pillars stand up at a predetermined interval, and a net is attached to these pillars. The net is formed by crossing a plurality of vertical wires and a plurality of horizontal wires, and the mesh is formed in the vertical and horizontal directions. And a horizontal wire is fixed to a support | pillar via a metal fitting. There are various types of metal fittings, but in general, the tip is a U-shaped screw, and the horizontal wire is engaged with the U-shaped metal fitting and sandwiched between the columns and screwed.

By the way, although the said support | pillar fits in the hole of the steel pipe foundation and stands, the steel pipe foundation is driven into the ground and hardened. And the support | pillar fitted to the steel pipe foundation is packed and fixed so that it may not come off. That is, although the mortar is packed and fixed in the gap between the hole of the steel pipe foundation and the column, this mortar filling operation is very troublesome. Therefore, the number of work steps for attaching one support column increases, resulting in an increase in construction costs. In particular, carrying mortar is troublesome, and if it is in the mountains, it becomes hard work.

Moreover, although the mortar is filled between the hole and the column of the steel pipe foundation, the column is erected. However, it is not easy for all the columns to stand vertically due to the mortar being offset, and the column may be slightly inclined.
"Monkey harm prevention device" according to JP-A-6-225680 "Beast harm prevention electric fence" according to JP 2009-106215 A

Thus, the conventional support structure for supporting the fence has the above-described problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, and it is possible to stand upright correctly without using a conventional mortar for fitting and attaching a column to a steel pipe foundation, and there is a possibility that it will come off. Provide no fence post support structure. Here, the specific structure of the fence is not limited, and it is free to decide whether or not to stretch a bare electric wire to which an animal trying to invade the fence gets an electric shock.

The support structure for supporting the fence according to the present invention is configured by fitting the lower end portion of the support to the steel pipe foundation as in the prior art, but does not use mortar as in the prior art. Therefore, the steel pipe foundation is driven into the ground and fixed, and a pin passing through the center is attached in a radial direction at a predetermined position from the upper end. That is, the tip of the pin is fitted into a hole that passes through the center and is fixed by welding or the like. Here, the specific structure of the fence is not limited.

And the lower end part of a support | pillar fits into the said steel pipe foundation, and it engages with the said pin attached to the steel pipe foundation so that it may not come off. Therefore, two cut grooves are provided parallel to the axis from the lower end of the support column, and an engagement groove extending in the circumferential direction is formed at the tip (upper end) of the cut groove. Therefore, if the pillar is fitted to the steel pipe foundation and the pin is inserted into the notch groove and the pillar rotates when the pin reaches the upper end of the notch groove, the pin can be engaged with the engagement groove, It is fixed so that there is no. And a collar is formed in the support | pillar, and the part for predetermined length fits in a steel pipe foundation, and a collar contacts the upper end of a steel pipe foundation, and supports a support | pillar. However, the shape of the notch groove and the engagement groove is not limited.

The strut of the present invention is fitted to the steel pipe foundation, and the pin can be engaged with the engaging groove through the notch groove cut from the lower end of the strut. Therefore, the support is fitted and fixed to the steel pipe foundation so that it does not come off, and the fence is attached to the support, but the brim formed on the support is supported against the upper end of the steel pipe foundation. And it is not necessary to pack the mortar in the gap with the steel pipe foundation as in the prior art, and the column fitted to the steel pipe foundation is stable without rattling, and can stand up without being inclined with respect to the steel pipe foundation.

Fences are not only installed on farmland and orchards on flat ground, but also often used as fences to prevent the invasion of wild boars, bears, deer, etc. on highways that have been opened up in the mountains, especially in the mountains. When installed, it is not necessary to transport mortar for fixing the struts fitted to the steel pipe foundation to the site, and workability is greatly improved. In other words, it can be attached simply by fitting a column to a steel pipe foundation driven into the ground.

FIG. 1 is an embodiment showing a fence. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a wire grid, 2 denotes a support, and 3 denotes a steel pipe foundation. The basic fence structure is the same as that of the prior art. The bottom end of the support column 2 is fitted to a steel pipe foundation 3 that is driven into the ground and fixed, and the connection grid 1 is attached to the support column 2. The support columns 2, 2... Are provided at regular intervals, and the connection grid 1 is attached via a hook metal fitting. The connection grid 1 is a specific example of a fence, and may have other forms.

Here, the specific mesh structure of the connection grid network 1 is not limited, and the form of a hook fitting for attaching the connection grid network 1 to the support column 2 is also free. 1 comprises a plurality of vertical wires 9, 9,... And a plurality of horizontal wires 8, 8,. The vertical wires 9, 9... Are arranged at regular intervals, and the horizontal wires 8, 8,.

FIG. 2 shows a specific example of the hook metal fitting 4, wherein the hook 5 is curved in a U shape, and a screw portion 11 is formed on the distal end side of the base portion 6. A nut 7 is screwed into the base 6 where the screw portion 11 is formed. FIG. 3 shows a case where the connection grid 1 is fixed to the support column 2 using the hook metal fitting 4.

The horizontal wire 8 constituting the connection grid network 1 can be locked to the U-shaped hook 5 and sandwiched between the side surface 10 of the support column. That is, if a hole penetrates the support column 2, and the base 6 is inserted into the hole and the nut 7 is screwed into the screw portion 11, the horizontal wire 8 locked to the hook 5 is between the support column side surface 10. Sandwiched between. Here, another hole into which the tip of the hook is fitted is formed on the hook side of the support column 2 to prevent the hook 5 from rotating when the nut 7 is tightened.

FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the steel pipe foundation 3, which is configured as a pipe having a predetermined length and an outer diameter. A pin 13 is attached at a predetermined distance from the upper end 12, the pin 13 extends in the radial direction through the center of the steel pipe, and both ends of the pin 13 are fitted and welded to holes provided in the side wall 14. Of course, the fixing means of the pin 13 is not limited to welding, and the tip of the pin 13 may be extended through the side wall 14, a screw portion may be provided at the tip, and a nut may be tightened to fix the screw. . Therefore, a bolt can be used as the pin 13 in this case. One end can be fastened with a bolt head so as not to come out of the hole, and a nut can be screwed into the other end to be fastened and fixed.

FIG. 5 is an embodiment showing the lower end of the support 2. The outer diameter of the support column 2 is set to a size that can be fitted into the steel pipe foundation 3 shown in FIG. 4, and a flange 15 is provided at a predetermined distance from the lower end. The collar 15 is a ring body whose outer diameter is one size larger than the side surface of the column, and is welded to the side surface of the column. Therefore, the support 2 is fitted into the steel pipe foundation 3 and the flange 15 is supported by hitting the upper end 12 of the steel pipe foundation 3.

That is, the lower end portion of the flange 15 is fitted into the steel pipe foundation 3, and the flange 15 is supported by being hit against the upper end 12 of the steel pipe foundation 3. Two notch grooves 16a and 16b are symmetrically cut along the central axis at the lower end of the support column 2, and further bent perpendicularly from the tips (upper ends) of the notch grooves 16a and 16b to engage grooves 17a. , 17b extend in the circumferential direction. The engaging grooves 17a and 17b are also symmetric with respect to the central axis. In other words, the L-shaped notch groove 16 and the engagement groove 17 are formed on both sides of the lower end of the column so as to be symmetrical with respect to the central axis.

By the way, the column 2 is inserted into the steel pipe foundation 3 and the pin 13 attached to the steel pipe foundation 3 is fitted into the notch grooves 16a and 16b. When the pin 13 reaches the upper end of the notch grooves 16a and 16b, the column is supported. 2 can be rotated to engage the pin 13 with the engagement grooves 17a and 17b. Accordingly, the support column 2 is fixed so as not to come out of the steel pipe foundation 3 via the pin 13. In this case, the flange 15 provided on the support 2 abuts on the upper end 12 of the steel pipe foundation 3 so that the load does not act on the pin 13.

Thus, when the connection grid 1 is attached to the upright column 2 fitted to the steel pipe foundation 3, the upright column 2 does not rotate, so that the engagement grooves 17a and 17b are disengaged from the pin 13 and the upright column 2 Does not escape from the steel pipe foundation 3. FIG. 6 shows a state in which the support 2 is fitted to the steel pipe foundation 3 and stands up. Thus, by providing the flange 15 at the lower end portion of the support column 2 and forming the L-shaped cutout groove 16 and the engagement groove 17, it can be attached so as not to come off simply by being fitted to the steel pipe foundation 3.

FIG. 7 shows another embodiment in which the support 2 is fitted to the steel pipe foundation 3 and stands. That is, the shapes of the notch groove and the engagement groove are different. A notch groove 18a having an opening 20 at the lower end of the column, a notch groove 18b that is bent perpendicularly from the upper end of the notch groove 18a and extends in the circumferential direction, and a notch that extends upward from the tip of the notch groove 18b The groove 18c is further bent from the upper end of the notch groove 18c to continuously form a notch groove 18d in the circumferential direction. An engagement groove 19 extends upward along the central axis from the tip of the notch groove 18d. The notch groove and the engaging groove are formed symmetrically about the axis as shown in FIG.

That is, the groove shape is substantially U-shaped, the pin 13 is fitted from the notch groove 18a, and the pin 13 passes through the notch grooves 18b, 18c, 18d and reaches the engagement groove 19. The pin 13 engaged with the engaging groove 19 parallel to the central axis prevents the support 2 from rotating and does not come off the steel pipe foundation 3. Thus, by providing the flange 15 at the lower end portion of the support column 2 and forming the notch groove and the engagement groove, it can be attached so as not to come off simply by being fitted to the steel pipe foundation 3, and the workability is greatly improved.
