Description

ここでいう平均粒子径とは、いわゆるミーの散乱・回折理論に基づくレーザー回折式粒度分布計で測定される体積換算の粒子径分布におけるメディアン径を指す。具体的には、粒子径と固体粒子量との粒子径分布曲線を求めた場合について、全体固体粒子量に対する積算固体粒子量が50%となる粒子径(いわゆる50%粒子径)を意味するものである。 The average particle diameter here refers to a median diameter in a volume- converted particle diameter distribution measured by a laser diffraction particle size distribution analyzer based on the so-called Mie scattering / diffraction theory. Specifically, in the case of obtaining a particle size distribution curve of the particle size and the solid particle amount, it means a particle size (so-called 50% particle size) at which the integrated solid particle amount is 50% with respect to the total solid particle amount. It is.

(1) Measuring method of average particle size and particle size distribution index The average particle size of resin fine particles is obtained by adjusting a slurry of resin fine particles with 0.1% by mass of ion-exchanged water and then ultrasonically treating it. The measurement was performed using a laser diffraction particle size distribution analyzer (SALD-2100: manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation). The average particle diameter means a particle diameter (so-called median diameter) at which the integrated solid particle amount is 50% with respect to the total solid particle amount in the volume- converted particle size distribution.
The particle size distribution index was calculated by the ratio of the volume average particle size to the number average particle size. The number average particle diameter and the volume average particle diameter referred to here are respectively calculated from the scanning electron micrographs according to the aforementioned formulas. When the particle is not a perfect circle, the major axis is measured.
