Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversion adaptor in which an earphone code is wound around a part of the conversion adaptor and integrally stored.SOLUTION: A conversion adaptor with a cord reel comprises a flat package type plug 1 inserted in a housing 2. An insertion socket 3 for a mini plug 16 is provided in the side of the housing 2. A convex shape frame 4 and a guide pin 5 are formed in the right-and-left of outline part of the side, and a U-shaped slot 6 is formed in the back part. The cord reel is formed in a hub a7 and a hub b13. A plurality of hooks 12 and a guide rib 11 for installing the housing 2 are provided in the right-and-left of upper-surface of the hub a7. The hub a7 and the hub b13 are configured so they may be shifted within a definite width.

Description

The present invention relates to an earphone cord winding apparatus capable of winding and storing an earphone cord around a part of a conversion adapter for a mobile phone.

Traditionally, there are several conversion adapters that allow flat plugs to be used with standard mini-plug earphones, but these are all basically single functions for conversion purposes only. A conversion adapter for enabling use of a standard mini-plug earphone from a flat plug widely used in a cellular phone, comprising a reel around which an earphone cord is wound around a part of the conversion adapter A conversion adapter characterized in that the mounting position of the cord reel can be changed horizontally or vertically so that the player can cope with different player shapes, thicknesses and mounting positions, and the width of the cord reel hub can be varied.
