Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems of a conventional bottle container: it is difficult to use up all the content due to flat or convex inside bottom surface, opaque body, or indistinguishable nozzle direction; a viscous pump bottle container gradually sags in the middle, and air is sucked, thereby becoming difficult to empty it; and it is difficult to distinguish the direction of a nozzle of a spray bottle container which is used generally aslant and only the air and gas come out.SOLUTION: In order to use up all the content, the inside bottom surface of the bottle container has a concave surface structure in which the center is concave so as to gather the content. Accordingly, the content is gathered in the center by dead weight. The spray bottle container which is used generally aslant has the concave surface structure, thereby emptying the container even when it is used aslant to some extent.

Description

The present invention relates to a bottle container containing a pump and a spray liquid, such as a pump shampoo, a pump hand soap, a spray antiperspirant, a spray paint, and a spray insecticide.

In the case of conventional pump bottle containers and refillable spray bottle containers, when the contents disappear, the refill liquid is replenished to the bottle container or the bottle container is discarded. Also, the high-pressure gas-type spray bottle containers were thrown away when the contents no longer appeared.
There are “Eco Bottle 84”, “Eco Bottle” and the like with similar readings but similar readings although the uses are different. (See Patent Documents 1, 2, and 3)

Registered Utility Model No. 3141241

For conventional pump bottle containers and refillable spray bottle containers, the bottom surface of the interior was flat or convex, the opaque bottle container is not known for its liquid level, and the position of the inlet of the nozzle ( It was impossible to use the contents without leaving them to the end. Therefore, if the contents remain but the contents do not come out, the bottle container is refilled with a refill liquid or the bottle container is discarded.
In particular, when the pump bottle container adopting a highly viscous (strongly sticky) one is used, the liquid level of the contents becomes ant hell-like, and the center part is recessed and air is sucked in. In this case, if the bottle is shaken, the liquid level becomes flat to some extent, but if the viscosity is high, if the bottle is shaken, the contents naturally shift to the end of the bottle.
The high-pressure gas-type spray bottle container was thrown away because it could not be refilled when the contents no longer came out.
Further, since the spray bottle container is used by being held in hand, it is rarely used in a state where the container is vertical. For opaque containers such as cans, the container is generally used at an angle, but since it is not known which nozzle inlet is facing, the nozzle inlet protrudes from the liquid surface of the contents. For some reason, only air came out.
For high-pressure gas spray bottle containers, only gas sometimes came out, and eventually the gas pressure ceased and the contents could not be used up to the end, and had to be discarded.
Furthermore, there is a risk that the contents (liquid) may be ejected together with a small amount of remaining gas when a hole for venting is made in a bottle container after it has been used up.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.

The bottom surface of the inside of the bottle container has a concave structure in which the center is recessed so that the contents can be gathered at the center so that the contents can be used up to the end. As a result, the contents gather in the center due to their own weight, and the contents gather in the center of the bottle by shaking the bottle even if it has a particularly high viscosity.
The length of the nozzle is in contact with the bottom of the bottle container so that the contents can be used up without waste, and there are several places at the tip of the nozzle so that the contents can be sucked in even if the nozzle suction port is in contact with the bottom. Make a notch. Since the bottom surface inside the bottle container has a concave structure, the bottle body cannot be self-supporting. Therefore, a stand is provided on the bottle body so that the self-supporting can be provided. (Stands are not required for portable or items that do not need to be stored in a box at all times.)
The eco bottle which consists of the above composition.

According to the present invention, it is possible to use up as little as possible the remaining contents of a pump bottle container and a refillable spray bottle container that have been refilled or discarded while the contents are largely left. Further, the spray bottle container can be used up as little as possible even in an oblique state held in the hand.
Furthermore, in the case of high-pressure gas spray bottle containers, there is a risk that the contents (liquid) will be ejected together with the remaining gas in a minute amount when opening a vent hole in the bottle container after it has been used up. Is avoided.
The present invention provides pumps for cosmetic products, industrial products, hygiene products, pharmaceutical products, as well as pump shampoos, pump hand soaps, spray antiperspirants, spray paints, spray insecticides, etc. Applicable to all bottle products using spray.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(A) A bottle bottom 3 is formed on the bottle body 1, and the bottle bottom 3 has a concave bottom surface inside.
In this case, when it is necessary to keep the bottle main body 1 self-supporting, it is possible to form a stand 2 integrated with the bottle main body 1, and a cylindrical thick stand around the bottle bottom 3. By setting it to 2, the strength can be increased. (Fig. 1, 2, 4)
(B) The suction port at the tip of the suction nozzle 4 has a length in contact with the bottom surface inside the bottle bottom 3, and a nozzle notch 5 is provided so that the contents can be sucked to the end. (Figure 3)
(C) In use, by pressing the pump head A or the spray head B, the contents of the bottle main body 1 flow in from the nozzle notch 5 and pass through the suction nozzle 4, and the mouth A1 or Extracted from the mouth B1. Furthermore, even when the remaining amount of the content becomes low, the content flows down the inner surface of the bottle bottom 3 and always moves toward the center of the bottle bottom 3 so that the tip of the suction nozzle 4 is immersed in the content. Since the suction nozzle 4 is in contact with the bottom surface inside the bottle bottom 3 and the notch 5 is provided, extraction can be performed to the end.
