PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot-operated petroleum pump for feeding oil with excellent economic efficiency by the use of a foot-operated air pump in moving oil from an oil storage polyethylene tank to a fuel tank of an oil heater or the like.SOLUTION: The foot-operated petroleum pump is characterized in that the foot-operated air pump is connected to a container having an air injection port and an oil feeding port on a lid of the oil polyethylene tank, and atmospheric pressure in the tank is increased or decreased in order to freely control the feed of the oil.

Description

The present invention is a foot-operated oil pump that moves the liquid in a container to another container by using the siphon principle by pressurizing a liquid such as petroleum in a poly container.

Conventionally, a major oil pump is known that repeatedly sucks liquid in a container with a strong gripping force. When the contents are moved, unless the height of the container to be transferred is not changed, the automatic transfer of the contents liquid is not performed smoothly and stops.

As mentioned above, the upper surface of the liquid to be moved gradually becomes closer to the liquid level of the container to be transferred, and eventually there is a situation where the situation is reversed from the same level. You have to hold it again and continue to pry. This seems to be particularly difficult for the elderly and women. However, according to this stepping method, the atmospheric pressure inside the container can be raised unexpectedly, it has excellent assisting power for siphon action, and using a foot has a synergistic effect on weight utilization above all, manual pumping method It is much easier. The present invention has been made to solve these problems.

As shown in [FIG. 1], the oil storage plastic container lid is provided with an air intake port from a stepping type air pump and a pipe joint for sending the oil in the container to the outside.
The outlet has a lever handle that stops the oil flowing out and at the same time releases the pressure in the container, so that the oil delivery can be stopped instantly.
As mentioned above, it is a foot-operated oil pump that is also characterized by the fact that it can be easily lubricated and disconnected.

In the present invention, oil in a container is sent out by a siphon system by increasing the atmospheric pressure in the oil storage container. However, in order to increase the pressure in the container, the lid must be securely attached so that air does not leak. When the required amount of oil has been injected, the oil supply port can be closed by closing the lever handle, and at the same time, air flows into the container and the oil flow is blocked.
In addition, if the level of the container receiving the liquid level is the same as the storage tank, the inflow stops, but if you step on the air pump again, the oil spill will resume, compared to the work with the hand gripping force. It's pretty easy. In addition, because the main force is foot power, both hands are free, the oil container can be prevented from falling over and the lubrication stopper can be operated easily, and it seems that the safety measures are also perfect.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
(A) Provide the oil outlet (2), the air suction port (3), and the air inlet (4) on the lid of the oil storage container (poly tank) and assemble the lever handle shown in FIG.
(B) A soft PVC pipe is fitted in (2) and (6), and the PVC pipe in (7) must be long enough to reach the bottom of the plastic tank. Moreover, the length attached to (2) should just be about 50 cm.
(C) Connect the foot-operated air pump of (10) and (4) with a PVC pipe.
(D) By opening the lever handle of (1) vertically, the opening of the lever handle is connected to (2) and (6) and opened. On the other hand, 3 (a) of [FIG. 3] becomes sideways, the hole is closed, and the inside of the poly tank is sealed.
(E) After the above procedure, if the air pump is stepped on, the air pressure in the storage tank will gradually increase and oil will be sent out from (2). When stopping the refueling, if the lever of (1) is tilted to the side, 2 (a) of (1) is closed sideways and 3 (a) is opened, the pressure in the poly tank is released and the refueling stops .
The present invention has the above configuration.
