Description

The present invention relates to a stove, particularly a mounting structure for a board mounting member.

Conventionally, in a stove, a board mounting member for mounting an electrical resin board on which electronic components are mounted is fixed to an outer case of the stove body using screws.

Patent Document 1 describes that a bracket on which a valve body of a thermal power adjusting device is mounted is fixed to a right side plate of a sheet metal housing (outer shell case) using a screw.

However, when assembling or removing the electrical resin substrate during assembly manufacturing or maintenance replacement, it is necessary to remove the screws. Therefore, it takes time and workability is not preferable. In addition, there is a risk of damage to the harness due to screws, biting, and loss of screws. Furthermore, due to overtightening of the screw, the screw hole of the stove body may be damaged, making reassembly impossible.

In view of the above points, the present invention provides a substrate mounting that does not use a screw, has better workability than a screw, and can maintain a firm fixed state equivalent to screw fastening. It aims at providing the stove which has the attachment structure of a member.

The present invention includes an electrical resin board on which electronic components are mounted, a board attachment member to which the electrical resin board is fixed, an outer shell case to which the board attachment member is attached and constitutes an outer shell of a container, A stove comprising a top plate mounted on the outer shell case, wherein a removal direction end portion of the substrate mounting member attached to the outer shell case is in contact with the top plate.

According to the present invention, the removal direction end portion of the board attachment member attached to the outer shell case comes into contact with the top plate attached to the outer shell case. Thereby, the movement to the removal direction of a board | substrate attachment member is blocked | prevented. Therefore, unless the top plate is removed, the board mounting member is securely fixed to the outer shell case.

Therefore, the board mounting member that is detachably attached to the outer shell case cannot be removed without using screws by attaching the top plate to the outer shell case. Therefore, workability is improved as compared with the case where screws are used.

Further, since the mounting state of the board mounting member is maintained by the strong top plate, it is possible to maintain a strong fixing state equivalent to screw fastening. Furthermore, by removing the top plate, the board mounting member can be easily assembled and removed.

Further, in the present invention, the top plate has a hanging piece that hangs downward at an end portion, and the board mounting member has a claw having a protruding portion protruding in a direction opposite to the hanging piece side, and the outer shell case A hole through which the claw can be inserted is opened on the top surface of the frame portion, and after the claw claw is inserted through the hole, the board mounting member is moved in the direction opposite to the hanging piece side, and then the top plate is moved. It is preferable that movement of the board mounting member toward the drooping piece side is prevented when the drooping piece is attached and the drooping piece comes into contact with the end portion in the removal direction.

In this case, the projection of the claw and the board mounting member are moved by inserting the claw of the board mounting member into the hole formed in the top surface of the frame portion of the outer shell case and moving the board mounting member while maintaining this insertion state. The outer peripheral part of the hole in the top frame part of the outer shell case is sandwiched between Therefore, the board attachment member is temporarily fixed to the outer shell case in a detachable state.

Furthermore, by mounting the top plate, the hanging piece of the top plate comes into contact with the end portion of the board mounting member in the removal direction, and the movement of the board mounting member toward the hanging piece side, which is the removal direction side, is prevented. Thereby, the sandwiched state is maintained. Therefore, unless the top plate is removed, the board mounting member is securely fixed to the outer shell case.

Therefore, without using a screw, simply insert the claw of the board mounting member into the hole formed in the outer shell case, and add the work of moving the board mounting member while maintaining this insertion state. Can be attached. Therefore, workability is improved as compared with the case where screws are used.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the stove 1 according to the present embodiment is a desktop gas stove.

The stove 1 has a stove body 2 formed in a box shape with an open top surface, and a top plate 3 is mounted on the top surface of the stove body 2. The outer shells of the left and right side surfaces and the rear surface of the stove body 2 are constituted by an outer shell case 4 made of sheet metal. The top and bottom surfaces of the outer shell case 4 are opened leaving the peripheral frame portions 4a and 4b (see FIG. 2). Support legs are fixed to the bottom frame portions 4b at the four corners of the front, rear, left and right of the bottom surface of the outer shell case 4, and the stove 1 is placed on the upper surface of a kitchen gas stand (not shown) by these support legs.

The stove body 2 is provided with a pair of left and right stove burners 5 and a grill 6. Then, the top plate 3 is formed with openings that allow each of the stove burners 5 to face, and the five virtues 7 are placed so as to surround each opening. In addition, an exhaust port for the grill 6 is opened at the rear portion of the top plate 3, and an exhaust cover 8 covering the exhaust port is placed.

A grill door 10 that closes the front opening of the grill cabinet 9 and a front panel 11 that is positioned on the left and right of the grill door 9 are provided on the front portion of the stove body 2. On the front panel 11, three operating elements 12 for the stove burners 5 and 5 and the grill 6 are arranged.

As shown in FIG. 2, an L-shaped plate 13 is fixed to the rear left side of the outer shell case 4. The L-shaped plate 13 is mainly composed of a horizontal bottom plate 13a and a vertical plate (not shown) that is bent from the rear end of the bottom plate 13a and extends upward, and is a substantially L-shaped sheet metal member in side view.

A pair of projecting pieces formed on the top of the vertical plate of the L-shaped plate 13 are formed in a horizontal top frame 4a formed so as to bend inward from the upper end of the rear plate of the outer shell case 4. 4c (see FIG. 3C). Further, the bottom portion of the bottom plate 13 a of the L-shaped plate 13 is placed and locked on the bottom frame portion 4 b of the outer shell case 4. Thus, the L-shaped plate 13 is positioned and fixed to the outer shell case 4.

A substrate case 15 to which the electrical resin substrate 14 is fixed is attached to the outer shell case 4 to which the L-shaped plate 13 is fixed. The electrical resin substrate 14 is a resin member on which electronic components and the like (not shown) are mounted by a known means. The electronic component is, for example, a microcomputer, a memory, or a diode, and a harness is attached to the electronic component.

The substrate case 15 is obtained by fixing and integrating a plurality of sheet metal members by welding or the like, and corresponds to the substrate attachment member of the present invention. A hanging claw 15b (see FIGS. 4 and 5) that bends from the center rear end of the bottom plate 15a of the substrate case 15 and extends downward is bent from the rear end of the bottom plate 13a of the L-shaped plate 13 and extends downward (not shown). It is in contact with the rear surface. And the lower part of these hanging claws is slightly inclined forward. As a result, the lower portion of the substrate case 15 is positioned on the outer shell case 4.

Further, a pair of claws 15 d is formed on the upper plate 15 c of the substrate case 15. Each claw 15 d has a protruding portion 15 e that protrudes toward the front of the stove 1. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3A, a pair of holes 4 c are opened in the top frame portion 4 a of the outer shell case 4.

Each claw 15d can be inserted into the hole 4c. That is, the maximum length L1 in the front-rear direction of the claw 15d is shorter than the length L2 in the front-rear direction of the hole 4c. Further, the gap between the protruding portion 15e of the claw 15d and the upper plate 15c is slightly wider than the thickness of the top frame portion 4a.

Next, a method for attaching the substrate case 15 to the outer shell case 4 will be described.

First, as shown in FIG. 3A, the hanging claw 15b of the board case 15 is inserted between the hanging piece of the L-shaped plate 13 and the rear side plate of the outer shell case 4, and the board case 15 is moved downward. The claw 15d is inserted through the hole 4c.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), while maintaining this insertion state, the upper plate 15c of the substrate case 15 is slid horizontally to the front, and the gap between the protruding portion 15e of the claw 15d and the upper plate 15c. The top frame portion 4a on the outer periphery of the hole 4c is positioned and sandwiched in the gap. Thereby, the substrate case 15 is temporarily fixed to the outer shell case 4 in a detachable state.

Thereafter, the top plate 3 is fixed to the outer shell case 4 from above by known means (not shown). At this time, as shown in FIG. 3 (c), the top plate 3 is formed with a hanging piece 3 a at an end portion, here, an outer peripheral edge, and this hanging piece 3 a is provided behind the upper plate 15 c of the substrate case 15. Abuts the end. The rear end of the upper plate 15 c is a rear end that is the direction in which the substrate case 15 is removed. Thereby, the substrate case 15 is prevented from moving backward, and the sandwiched state is maintained.

Therefore, unless the top plate 3 is removed, the top plate 3 prevents the substrate case 15 from being pulled out and rattled, and the substrate case 15 is securely fixed to the outer shell case 4. Since the mounting state of the substrate case 15 is maintained by the strong top plate 3, a strong fixed state equivalent to screw fastening is maintained.

As described above, the operation of inserting the claw 15d of the substrate case 15 into the hole 4c formed in the outer shell case 4 without using screws and sliding the substrate case 15 while maintaining this insertion state is added. As a result, the substrate case 15 can be attached, and the workability is improved as compared with the case where screws are used.

Further, by removing the top plate 3, it is possible to easily remove the board case 15 by sliding it backward and lifting it up without having to remove the screws.

Moreover, when a screw was used, there was a possibility that the harness would be damaged by being in contact with the screw. However, in this embodiment, the claw 15d is rounded as a whole, and even if it contacts the claw 15d, the harness is not damaged and biting does not occur.

Although not shown, the rear surface of the electric resin board 14 is in contact with the rear surface of the electric resin board 14 to restrict the rearward movement of the electric resin board 14, and a restriction plate made of a sheet metal member is fixed to the outer shell case 4 and the L-shaped plate 13. ing.

Next, with reference to FIG. 4 to FIG. 6, a structure for mounting the electrical resin substrate 14 to the substrate case 15 will be described.

The substrate case 15 has a vertical plate 15f extending between the bottom plate 15a and the upper plate 15c. And the front surface of the electrical resin substrate 14 is in contact with the rear surface of the vertical plate 15f. In addition, the electrical resin substrate 14 is placed on the upper surface of the bottom plate 15a.

The substrate case 15 is formed with four holding pieces 15g to 15j. The upper two holding pieces 15g and 15h are bent from the vertical plate 15f into an L shape. Then, the front surfaces of the vertical surfaces of the holding pieces 15g and 15h extending in parallel with the vertical plate 15f are in contact with the rear end surface of the electrical resin substrate 14, and the backward movement of the electrical resin substrate 14 is suppressed.

The lower two holding pieces 15i and 15j are formed to bend from the bottom plate 15a and extend upward. The front surfaces of the holding pieces 15i and 15j extending in parallel with the vertical plate 15f are in contact with the rear end surface of the electrical resin substrate 14, and the backward movement of the electrical resin substrate 14 is suppressed.

The electric resin board 14 is positioned in the front-rear direction with respect to the board case 15 by being sandwiched between the vertical plate 15f and the four holding pieces 15g to 15j.

Further, referring to FIG. 2, two protrusions 14 a are formed at the right end of the electrical resin substrate 14. Holes corresponding to these protrusions 14 a are formed in the substrate case 15, and the electric resin board 14 is positioned in the vertical direction with respect to the substrate case 15 by inserting the protrusions 14 a into these holes. .

Further, the board case 15 is formed with two retaining pieces 15k. Each retaining piece 15k is formed to be bent in an L shape from the vertical plate 15f, and its tip protrudes rightward. And as shown in FIG. 6, the hollow 14b which has a width | variety slightly larger than the left-right length of this front-end | tip part is formed in the electrical resin board | substrate 14. FIG.

By inserting the tip of each retaining piece 15k into the recess 14b, it is possible to prevent the electric resin board 14 from being easily detached from the board case 15. The retaining piece 15k has flexibility, and when the electric resin board 14 is inserted into the substrate case 15 from the left direction, the retaining piece 15k bends and does not prevent the electric resin board 14 from entering.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, this invention is not limited to this.
